Sri Lanka has near zero chance in this series even to win a single match. The golden era of Sri Lankan cricket is long gone, and the current team is drastically different from the one which managed to lift the ODI world cup in 1996. Among the test playing teams, Sri Lanka is perhaps the team which has declined the most. The same can be said about West Indies as well, but in their case at least they are very good in the T20 format. Sri Lankan cricket seems to be sinking, without any chance of recovery. They lost the T20 series 0-3. We can expect a similar result with the ODI series as well.

Sri Lanka needs to find some outstanding batsman who could face genuine pace bowling, the problem i see is that these players are struggling against genuine pace and the way they struggled against Chris Woakes and Mark Wood shows their vulnerability to cope up in favorable conditions for pace bowling.

The positive aspect for Sri Lanka is that they were still able to pick 5 England wickets when chasing 185 runs, even in T20 the bowlers were able to pick wickets but with such low scores they cannot do anything else and they are delivering the best they can.

Look at the bright side they can only go up from here if they bounce back.

Only two ODI matches remain now and Sri Lanka should aim to prevent complete white wash, by winning at least one match.

Asian countries have the highest rates of covid 19 infections and people in these countries are indifferent to hygiene. The players are the same. While all players and management were asked to abide by strict restrictions during the IPL, many did not comply. As a result, the IPL was postponed. Cricket boards will have to be more strict in ensuring the health of the players in the upcoming matches.

Apart from Kusal Perera and Wanindu Hasaranga, none of the Lankan batsmen managed a score of 20 plus. Two matches remain for Sri Lanka, but I don't have much hope. They lost the T20 series 3-0. And it looks like they will lose the ODI series by the same margin as well. Sri Lanka is in a pathetic situation, as far as the ICC Cricket World Cup Super League is concerned. Right now they are at the 13th position.

No need to criticize them, unka perspective bhi samjha karo thoda. Rule follow na karna hum sub-continent walo ka janam sidh adhikar hai, rule follow karenge toh nawabi chali jayegi apan logo ki. There is a saying in North India " G**nd pathe toh pathe par nawabi na kathe"

Furthermore I too doubt that they'll show any improvement in the remaining two games, hence my advice to all would be is wager on England and make some quick bucks.

‘Guaranteed win!’ Not at all. Although Sri Lankan team performance isn't good but don't think that they will loss every game from now. England had lost their four wickets within 80 runs. England batsman were scoring quickly but they felt little pressure after losing their fourth wicket and started to play slowly. Sri Lanka could make the game close to them by giving less run from the beginning of the game. Now they are hopeless, but they can get rid from this losing streak if they plays with full confidence.

After such a pathetic performance by Sri Lanka, I don't think that any of the sportsbooks will give higher odds for England. And then it gets riskier. If England is at 1.1 or 1.15, it makes little sense to make a bet in their favor. ODI may not be as unpredictable as T20, but upsets do happen every now and then. Here the potential returns are not very good, and the risk is very sizable.

So that is the issue because i remember the Sri Lankan batsman playing well in sub continent wickets recently even though i do not remember their name as it is difficult to understand, if their top three regular players are not in the team then we can give them a pass as a full team could perform better.

Well.. for my part I have never placed a bet on the women's game. For me it is even to watch these matches on TV. When compared to the men's game, the quality is much lower. And this gender gap is unique to cricket. I have seen women's football matches, and the excitement and quality is as good as the men's matches. But in cricket, the women's matches look as if some amateurs are playing cricket. The gap in skillset is too huge. BTW, England needs another 113 runs. For them, it will be tough to win this match.

At one point, England was at 133/5. But the partnership between Sophia Dunkley and Katherine Brunt for the 6th wicket made sure that England get another victory over India. BTW, one of the topmost female players in India, Mithali Raj has been nominated for the Arjuna Award (topmost sporting award in India). At least when compared to the other countries such as England, Australia and New Zealand, the women's game in India hasn't seen much progress over the years. And that is evident from the results during the current series against England.

The scoring is good, and both the teams have given the best. In India people are slowly moving towards other games. Now football, and athletic events seems to have big fan base same as cricket. Already England have won the series, maybe the last match of the series will be for India.

Bowling from Kate Cross and batting from Sophia Dunkley made it an easy win for England.

You cannot compare sports of different genders, woman cricket was playing like this for decades and you could see big hits in T20 matches and i remember watching their World Cup and it was interesting. England is a good team and it is difficult to defeat them at home, i was not aware of the Indian bowlers and when the wickets started to loose i had a doubt whether there would be an upset, but luckily that did not happen.

From the posts here, I can see that other users are also having the same opinion as mine. The women's ODI matches are very boring. But I have watched a few WBBL matches (women's equivalent of the Big Bash League in Australia), and they looked interesting to me. Franchise T20 leagues can bring big change to the women's game. The BCCI has ignored repeated requests for WIPL, but other boards such as the ECB and CA have gone ahead with such leagues. And this has resulted in a huge improvement in quality of the game in these countries.

Looks like BCCI is only looking for tournaments that will make them big money and if they are ignoring to start a T20 league for Women then it is really disappointing as the IPL clearly showed that it will improve the game.

Another dominating victory for England and sad to see Sri Lanka struggling like this and because of that the odds are really low to wage a bet  .

The odds are really low considering how Sri Lanka was performing badly in the last several matches and it was obvious that England would win the match easily even though they rested some players and the odds were around 1.10 when i placed a parlay bet. England needs to rest all their top players for Sri Lanka to stand a chance in this series .
