Recently we have good changes in sports with many countries are also developing these facilities for their women's because they understand this is also good way of making profit and many other advantages as well so after Big-3 now few more countries are bringing good improvement in quality and having leagues as well which will surely give experience and improvement in performance, even it's still not easy job with domestic restrictions and many other social difficulties.

But, as ICC is forcing for these things surely we will have better results and all countries will also encourage their domestic setup for having better sources and finances as well recently we have few teams from Thailand, Malaysia and Rwanda in women's world cup which is also big success for the game.

With T20 leagues of women being launched in every country, we can say that finally women cricket is underway globally. There are even few T20 matches of women T20 in Pakistan where women cricketers from different countries participated.

Additionally, the BCCI receives payments for sponsorship and some other sectors. Revenues from ticket sales are given to the franchises. These numbers may look anormous. But compare to the numbers from the IPL, and you will notice how insignificant they are.

I don't have figures for Men IPL so can't say how insignificant WIPL figures are. But the figures you are mentioned are quite huge and tells the story that WIPL is not in loss and it will continuously held like men IPL. BCCI has no doubt has taken crikcet to a level where money is raining.
Meanwhile 4 gulf countries are playing in Nepal. The game between UAE and Kuwait is very much in UAE favour. While the game between Oman and Qatar is competitive.

The UAE team is gradually becoming quite strong. I think this group will become as strong as Afghanistan in the next few days. The UAE team has some very talented players. But regularly these players cannot play well. They lack experience. The UAE board should try to bring consistency in the performance of the team's players by appointing experienced coaches.

Kuwait lost 8 wickets and collected 162 runs. I would have been happy if UAE could have won by 200 runs today. As a result, the confidence of the players increased. But the probability is very low.

As far as I know, here the "revenues" mean TV broadcast fees and sponsorship. It doesn't include the franchise fees (if I am not wrong). Anyway, in the initial 3-4 seasons, none of the franchises are likely to break even. And the franchises who paid higher franchise fee (such as the Ahmedabad and Mumbai franchises) are likely to remain in red for several seasons. Revenues from the first season has exceeded all expectations. Each of the WPL franchises have earned ₹15 to ₹20 crore from sponsorships, and some ₹25 to ₹35 crore from the central revenue pool.

In United Arab Emirates vs Kuwait match United Arab Emirates won by 143 runs. I thought Kuwait might lose by 50 runs but I didn't think that they will lose by 143 runs. Kuwait team batsmen were all out for 228 runs in 36.3 overs. Great performance by United Arab Emirates team.  Won the match very easily to do. I am very happy to enjoy the game.

UAE along with teams of Oman, Kuwait and Qatar are all made up of players of expats. There performance only depends on current players, they don't have long term plan since they don't have any domestic players. As far as I remember UAE was in 1996 world cup still they failed to produce any significant impact.
