Pakistani team not going to India for ICC ODI world cup later this year. According to local news source

Yeh that's valid news Pakistani government take this tough decision to not allow his team to travel to India for upcoming ODI world cup . I think government and cricket board knows better than us what's good or bad for his team. It's true that such kind of news will hurt indopak cricket fans because they are one of the biggest rivalry in entire cricket world where million of people emotionaly attached with them.
Also absence of this match will affect the revenue of ICC too.

The problem is that the world cup is being organized by the ICC. Pakistan (PCB) boycotting the world cup will be like the Americans imposing sanctions on Belarus for Russians invading Ukraine. If they boycott the tournament, it will result in losses for the ICC and it may not impact the BCCI negatively. On top of that the ICC may refuse to transfer the annual funds to PCB if something like this happens. Similarly, if the BCCI boycotts the Asia Cup, then ACC will be impacted since they are the ones organizing this tournament.

Bhim Sharki is one of the good cricketers in Nepal cricket. He usually plays in the middle order. His average score is 32.33 which is quite good. His consistent performance will be most useful to take Nepal cricket to a better level. At the end of ICC Cricket World Cup League Two 2019-23, Nepal team got the most recognition. ICC guys are not going to be happy if both of their blue-eyed boys (United Arab Emirates and United States of America) finish behind Nepal. If Nepal receives a fraction of the funds that are being spent on these two countries, then they would be able to perform at the same level as Ireland and Zimbabwe (if they are not already up to that level). Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) did the mistake by omitting their best player (Sandeep Lamichhane) from the squad for many months. He is the backbone of the team and now they are performing exceptionally well since he is back.

Not going to each other country for biletral series as well as ICC event is not a wise decision because it may damage the beauty of cricket also fans from both side want such kind of trilling match from them so why should Thier government and board not think about them. If India visit Pakistan no doubt they will get huge respect and love from fans also after thier visit Pakistan will visit India too and thus beauty of cricket will reamin charm.
I think it's true that ICC can an important role in maintaining justice between the two big giant of cricket, but I don't know whose barrier stop them.

Lastly Pakistan will have to travel to India, because their citizens won’t be happy about their country skipping the World Cup hence I strongly feel that in the end they’ll comply and play in India.

At political level, relations are frosty between India and Nepal, and as a result BCCI has refrained from helping CAN for the last 2-3 decades. On the other hand, the BCCI has extended a lot of support for the Afghan cricket board and the Afghanistan team used to play their home-matches in India. The only test nation that have supported Nepal till now is Pakistan. A few weeks ago, Mohammed Rizwan visited Nepal and met with CAN officials as well as members of the national team, on behalf of the PCB. If India pulls out of the Asia Cup, then it would be a good idea to replace them with Nepal.
