I really feel that Barcelona is very difficult to penetrate the defense of Bilbao. Although occasionally Barca managed to enter the penalty area but eventually they failed to score a goal in the first round. There were a number of opportunities in the first half but Barca were unlucky. I dont think that bilbao is an easy opponent because they always force Barcelona to play more optimally for 90 minutes.

It is unacceptable that such a big club like Barca has not improved their ability to break component's defense system with distant shoot. They always try to penetrate the 16.5^m area before making shoots. That is never a good tactic for all matches. They have 3 points but it is not a good match for Barca. Anyway, happy birthday to Lio.

I like Arthur, but he still need a lot of time to become a great player that might be the same as Xavi. He has good talent and operands. I hope the news is just a rumor.

Arthur has a long career ahead. In Nou Camp, in past few years, Thiago Alcantara was believed to be the second Xavi but he decided to find for better opportunities in Bayern. I hope that Arthur will have his position in the Barca squad soon. If not, he will probably make the same decision like Thiago.

Very difficult win. Ifwe will continue to play like in recent games, I don't see how we can league, especially considering that we still will have to play against Atletico. What I really liked today is Puig - this kid looked great today.
And if these news that Barca is going to sell Arthur to Juventus for 80 millions, it would be one of the stupidiest things that they can do. At least I read that Arthur would prefer to stay, so I hope that this transfer won't happen.

Had me on edge even before I stopped watching (had to go sleep at half time) and the whole night dreaming of losing, it's terrible being a Barca fan now but I guess Real will have those panic attacks when they get their turn next too;)

I don't know how transfers will look like for us. Financial situation may give us no choice. Really hope someone takes Coutinho off us. I don't mind him but the wages are killing us.

This could be ended with close score like 1-0 or 2-1 , real madrid will play carefully, they should do it otherwise they'll get a typical Mallorca counter attack ..

This kind game always tricky, the one fighting for the top position to become champion and the other fighting for their place to stay in the highest Spain football division .
Wouldn't surprised if real madrid get lost tho.

As a real fan you can expect Barcelona’s lose to see real Madrid at the top of the point table. but I don't think that Barcelona will lose with Celta Vigo. because Barcelona is more stable than Celta Vigo

Rakitic was always a more attacking player than Busquets.
I don't like personally Busquets. He is doing a great job in the defensive part but he is not adding any value attackingly.
I wonder why Rakitic didn't get enough chances in order to be a first line up player.

I think Rakitic was unable to play 90 minutes due to his fitness decline, and Barcelona's back lines are not working well, This is the reason why busquets are chosen to help backlines. Barcelona needs to reformulate the back lines to avoid some problems.
Tonight, we also have a decisive match for Real, who must win to continue competing for the title.

Real Madrid confirmed the starting XI and we have Karim, Hazard, Vinicius and Bale in the lineup...I don't know if this is the right time to start experimenting with extremely offensive lineups, but what do i know...

I wonder why Rakitic didn't get enough chances in order to be a first line up player.

because he's been underwhelming throughout the season, even the fans want him out of the club. He'll definitely leave at the end of the season.

Earlier, they wrote quite critically about him and thought that he should leave the club, and now they call him the savior of Barcelona

I don't know if Real Sociedad is not playing good or if Celta Vigo doing perfect since I didn't watch the match but I am impressed about the result of Celta in the last two games. 6 goals vs Alavez and now winning vs Sociedad is just impressive! Will see how they will deal with Barca next match

I am thinking they wanted to force him out of the club and didn't give him a real chance this season. De Jong came and he had to have his position because of money paid in transfer and future value. Rakitic is a great player but he is not getting younger and that decision is sort of understandable but I still believe they should have shown more respect. It is not easy to play behind Messi and cover for him all game and then still produce something in the attack.

You will never know the lineup until you see the playing XI because it's Zidane. Almost in every matches now, he is trying different players. Nevertheless, Vini is doing great to be honest. Bale is kinda off though.

Sociedad looks really bad after quarantine, if they will continue to play like now, they will end without UEFA tournament spot. Same can be said about Getafe. These teams cost me too much money in recent games :/
I think that Mallorca isn't that team which can make troubles for Real, so I decided to watch Liverpool game instead of this and now switched to Atalanta - Lazio. Seems that I made good decision, because I see that Resl is leading.
@Daniel91, what else you can expect from Marca or other pro-Madrid newspaper ? Obviously, Rakitic isn't as good as he was few years ago, but I think that he is getting way too much hate.

True, Rakitic had changed after Arthur Melo is arrival and that made him often have to sit on the bench because the coach wanted to give Arthur time to play so he could adapt quickly. Arthur is arrival has led to speculation about Rakitic which he is rumored to be one of the target of the Serie A and EPL clubs.

Maybe now he has to think about something about his future, but Rakitic is a great player and he has a good tempo in the middle area. I am sure you like it too, but he obviously feel very frustrated because he often sit on the bench.

They quite often makes Barcelona struggle, several times hold them draw and even the last Barcelona visit to Abanca Balaidos's celta vigo they lost 2-0.
Just beware for those who betting for Barcelona, bookies give pretty huge odds for Barcelona to win @1.65 for now.

Though match ahead for them as real madrid on top now after beat mallorca , over to you barcelona, the title race getting heated.

I don't know if Real Sociedad is not playing good or if Celta Vigo doing perfect since I didn't watch the match but I am impressed about the result of Celta in the last two games. 6 goals vs Alavez and now winning vs Sociedad is just impressive! Will see how they will deal with Barca next match

Sociecad is impacted from the stop of the league for almost 3 months.
They were in a great form and now it seems that they have lost it.
I didn't watch how Celta is doing but definitely the game against Barcelona is going to be a good test for them.

His wife is Spanish and that is why it seems to me that he doesn't want to leave Spain.
He tried everything he could to stay in Barcelona, turned down many good offers from other clubs and now there are not many options available for him.
I know his plan B has always been Sevilla but they can't pay him.
I think that a club as big as Barcelona should have shown more respect to the player who is the fourth foreigner in their history with 300 appearances and solved this saga with him much earlier.
Rakitic always gave his maximum for the club and had an honest relationship, which he showed in this last game, when he helped Barcelona again.
If Barcelona becomes the champion of Spain again, Rakitic will again be credited for that success.

Damn Ramos he's refusing to stop scoring. I guess the only consolation I can take from this match is that they got a lot of yellows too. It's REALLY going to be tight I think this one. But at least we're in for a nervous finish, what a strange but exciting season it's been for us all:)
