Expensive draw but anyway, Real need to win by 4 goals to be top spot. This is getting very tight guys.

In La Liga, Head to Head is considered first and not Goal difference. We have a superior Head-to-head record vs Barcelona. If Real Madrid wins tonight's game and things remain constant until the end of season where they end with the same points with Barça. Real Madrid will lift the trophy regardless of the goal difference.

It is totally understandable why Barcelona depends on Messi so much, dude is either the best player that ever played this game or even for people that dislike him he is top 5, and this is in history ever, so it is not even just right now.

When you have a player that good, you depend on them too much obviously and that is understandable. It is not like they are depending on some player they got recently and just a good football player. For example, you can remove any player from Liverpool and they would be hurt but not to the point that they would start to suck but none of those players ever played as good as Messi neither.

The biggest example is Madrid for example, they lost Ronaldo and from a team that won champions league three times in a row they became a good la liga team and that's it.

3/4 odds are perfect, I did not think Mikel could break Madrid's goal perfectly. 2 -1 is a perfect score for such a tight match, very entertaining match. now Madrid leads the standings.

I was so excited about tonight's result. I know there's still along way to go but this could be the momentum we need to end the season in style. Vini was brilliant tonight and I love how his confidence is growing every day after having a rough start.

I also do hope El capitán (Ramos) did not get a serious injury.

There are some defenders that can replace Ramos. It is time to show the team that they are there not only for the bench.
In my view, the coach will be the key to keep the spirit of all players to keep the position. Once they realize the condition, then it is no problem even Ramos should be on the bench for recovery. Remember that the team plays with 11 players, not only a defender factor.

Celta Vigo's surprisingly high and easy victory. If they maintain their current form they will easily remain in the league. Another thing is that the match started perfectly for them. Two goals and a red card for Alaves and in the 27th minute we knew the winner.

@dwminer1, there was more questionable referee decisions. When there was foul against Vinicius and penalty was given, contact was such minimal that it was even hard to see it on replay. I'm not sure that penalty was right decision. And when Januzaj goal was ruled out because of offside, I could argue about this decision. Player was in passive offside and he wasn't on direction of ball.
After all these moments VAR reviews were made, but it don't clear doubts.

the decision of the referee who was judged inappropriate gave a penalty for Madrid and the Benzema controversy goal which should have
been handball. Far different with Celta Vigo playing very well, coach Oscar Garcia's tactics are brilliant. Proven Celta Vigo can win  against
Devortivo, with score 6-0.

The best teams can never have the best games and play amazing football.
There are games that they win them because they had a historical shirt and this happens with Real as well.
If you don't win those games in such ways then you can never be a champion.

every game is a matter of being lucky to win, there are many games where the loser didn’t deserve to lose ... I don’t deny that I’m very happy that Real Madrid won

if the referee has not seen anything wrong then everything is fine. The best thing is always to look for errors in strategy and in the players and never to blame the referees, even if the  referee really made a mistake

I'm not too sure Barca will take 1st place from Madrid..  playing at home now feels the same, the absence of audience shouts will make the Barca player's psychology affected plus I saw in the last 2 meetings, Bilbao managed to beat Barca with a thin score.  most likely the score will end in a draw..

If this all is true then surely now Barcelona is in not good situation for title race as Real Mardrid is looking very good and strong unit for this years title.

If i am been honest with you, i will say there is nothing totally wrong with the madrid performance because it is expected.
Why do i say so ? The squad was rotated, and played a different tactics to the previous match,

with Hazard sitting out, and Marcelo starting, and also Modric sitting out for  Valverde, changes as that usually affects match rythms.

Well, it's not true. Besides Messi, Suarez and Griezmann we only have Ansu Fati, Braithwaite and some B team players. Only Dembele is injured, but he won't return soon. So, there isn't many choices for Setien.
Anyway, if these would be true, we would probably see it on all channels of news media.

Atletico Madrid should be happy right now after Sevilla dropped 2 points against Villareal and tomorrow is their chance to jump to the third place alone if they win against Levante.

Sevilla have really dropped points since the resumption of the league. They have acquired only 6 points from a possible 12 (1 win and 3 draws). It doesn't seem to be good for their chances of holding onto that 3rd Champion's League spot.  Julen Lopetegui could be in trouble again soon over poor team performance.

It depends on the situation, I mean who did wrong. If Griezmann just defends himself at that time, why he needs to apologize? Barca isn't a club having by Messi, even he is Barca's superstar, he is a player (not the owner). I have heard many times that Messi has a problem with new players on Barca. This is not a good attitude from a superstar. I never heard it happens on CR7.

The same psychology supporters have on the home team is pretty much felt by the opponents because they too come with support so its an even affair and they should get used to it as this corona virus doesn't look like it will be going out any time soon. But for this match maybe Madrid is showing to be a better team but things can change..
