My Sp 20 is disconnecting/ stopping mining for no reason. I have 1300PSU platinum going and it keeps knocking itself offline. The fan is still running so the only way I can tell is when I log into it, which I can't do at that point. I log into my stats page on eligius and I can see I am zero hashing. If I reboot PSU then it comes back on. Seems to be happening between every 4 and 24 hours. Is anyone else having this issue? I have reset to factory and now trying to run. we will see how this goes.
lower your watts setting to 250 and drop the all the volts by .005 you are taxing the psu. My seasonic 1200 strains to run this and I have to use lower settings then my evga 1300's PS: I'm running mine on a pair of CX750's though and have been having this issue too... any suggestions/advice? well my thread has tests for 5 sp20's they are more like 1400 to 1500gh. Unless you can stand the noise and have really cold air. Since all 5 are in my garage directly under my bedroom. I have no choice but to do massive under clocking. 1350gh I can say that these are not a 1700gh miner do -10% which is 1530gh work from there.

Exactly what I was having for a few times today. Is it running hot? I moved it to somewhere cold, and it hasn't crashed yet. *touches wood* In garage. 30 degrees in there. Its not hot to the touch at all. psu wires not hot. I just reset to factory. maybe this will do it. time will tell. What is the temperature shown in the Asic stat page? i had it in somewhere around 27*C, and it crashed afterwards. It's at somewhere 5*C now, still going with the stats in my last post above. here's what I have. Why are some in yellow? The max temps are 125*C for each of them. Once it hits 120*C I think they start to throttle themselves. According to what I've read, try keeping them at < 115*C for them to run more stably. I'm suspecting that the high temps in there might've caused the controller board to freeze somehow. Max spec temps are 125C, max 'mining' temps are 120C, anything below that it considers there's more headroom and will try to push up clocks + voltages within the voltage and power ranges set. Temperatures in ST gear look hotter than the competition due to the location of the temp sensor, but max temps are all in the same ballpark (100-130C).

Yep, been running all night long at a consistent 1595.15GH/s all night long (number never changed I think) with ambient temps of around 3*C. My Sp 20 is disconnecting/ stopping mining for no reason. It's doing a consistent 85*C across the board (with the exception of one, which is 115*C, and has never crashed since. I can safely deduce that it's probably due to the hot temps that caused its crashes yesterday. The box is cold to the touch though.

I am fine with this as I get to run six (last one comes today) with the power available and the fans at 40 or 50. 6 x 1350= 8.1th 6 x 750 watts = 4500watts or 4.5 k and I get about .56 watt per gh at the k-watt meter

Hi All, just received 2 SP20E's from Spondoolies.
One of the units has the following on the ASIC stats page. LOOP[1] ON TO:0 2: disabled (Asic all engines fail BIST)
When I first power up the unit the stats all look fine, about 1 minute or so after hashing begins, I hear the fan spin down and then back up and this message is there. Hash rate also drops to about 1400Ghs from 1650 at the same time. Running at max setting or underclocked dosent't change anything. Have also tried 2 different power supplies (seasonic 1250 gold and EVGA 1300 G2) that are running without issue on the other SP20. Current settings are:
Fan = 80 Start volts all .73 Max volts .735 Max PSU all 275
These are my first Spondoolies, have been mining with Antminer for about a year so forgive my lack of knowledge on the Spondoolies side.
I've reached out to Spondoolies support but no response so far. Appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.

Spondoolies may be on holiday this week, don't fret if they don't move super quick for the next few days.

i am curious-does it say SP20E on the metal box (for those that are SP20E) or SP20 on the box and SP20E in software?

I believe its SP20 on the case and SP20E in the software. I'll double check when I get in.
