It seems like every week or so we learn something that exposes how little we know. Yesterday I heard a news report about Los Angeles doing antibody testing, which suggests that over 4% of the population has had Covid-19. If the report is accurate it's actually good news, not bad. If true, then it suggests that up to 400k people in LA county have had it, recovered, and are now immune. It also suggests that our "confirmed" cases are under estimated, and perhaps our mitigation efforts are too little too late.
Unfortunately, we don't know what we don't know, and taking risks to learn during this critical time means risking people's lives.

what IS known: 1. covid19 is not the standard flu strain. - RNA, blood, mucus, CT scans Xrays, and other issues/symptoms show its new 2. covid19 inhaled initially triggers the respiratory symptoms. 3. getting it on your hands and then food and then ingesting it causes the multiple organ issues that also have ACE2 receptors 4. 5. the r0 of 2.6 = a 9 month population runthrough unhindered. but delayed in the first 3 months cuts short the runthrough of the masses. 6. even with the delayed spread due to isolations. hospitals got very busy and needed doctors from departments that didnt specialise in viral effects. and these doctors do make mistakes. 7.this is why its so important to not risk getting it when hospitals are busy. because you wont get the top care you would expect. 8.this is why its important to delay the spread to not risk peoples health more by not being able to offer top quality care. 9. due to the delay of spread the percentage contracting it thus far is low. meaning expect bigger waves later. or exepect countries to adopt 'contact tracing' to isolate the contagious/sick, to keep the contagion delayed whch means it can be 2 years before full spread 10. just letting it loose might seem ok at month zero where 50->130 the next week. (80 extra isnt bad) but at month 4 where 1.8m turns to 4.7m in just a week (2.9mill extra sick) will swamp hospitals there just aint 4.7m beds

You missed the most important implication of this study, that it is an order of magnitude less lethal than projected, by a factor of at least 10 times, making that particular strain only slightly more lethal than the flu.

No proof? If you can't show anybody the proof, you are simply talking science fiction. Proof: - test reports - people in the tests - locations of the reports where we can get certified and verified copies by mail - names and addresses doctors willing to get on the stand and explain the difference between the various viruses - and how they can tell the differences - a whole lot more. NOT a bunch of your slobber about your science fiction ideas.

My state is a state of belief in a pandemic based in hoax. The websites of those who agree with me are what I have been showing you. However, looking at a website isn't proof, is it? Or do you think that everything you see on the Net is the truth if you believe it? Lol. I understand why you can't even show one website that is proof. Two reasons: 1. You know there isn't any proof; 2. You barely know how to use the Internet at all.

You're right, I missed that implication. 180k deaths world wide, 47k in the US, and I missed the statistical implication that it's "less lethal" than some people projected. Where's my dunce cap? The study might also suggests that the virus is far more contagious than projected.

Bullets fired randomly are very non-lethal, except for those in the line of fire. Duhh.. There are plenty of stories of the nightmare that ensues when Covid-19 descends on a nursing home. Note also that it will be some time before we know more accurately the average statistical mortality of the virus. I also suspect it will be overall, low.

Truthstreammedia presents a possible rationale for the masks, isolation, etc, which actually makes a lot more sense than the hypothesis put forward by the mainstream media about germs and what-not: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3RVG8qNLdoY--- I my area, the team who the mayor 'has chosen' to decide how and if to get to the 'new normal', and what the 'new normal' looks like it consists of entire sociology department faculty from a left-wing university here. The committee ' helping' the principles looks like a family affair with about 10 family members associated with and industrial conglomerate who, as they are so prone to do, has used their excess capital to run a series of NGO's. Likely this is in lu of paying taxes as it is in the West I would guess. There is also cross-over between the Chinese associated chambers of commerce with seats on the boards. In short, this is the most classic 'Agenda 21' structural makeup I've ever seen. " Think Globally, Act Locally' ya-all. The 'Chinese invasion into this SE Asian country will happen all right, but not in the way most people have been conditioned to expect. The 'covid-19' is a United Nations project from top to bottom. They may have ' jumped the shark' with putting the globe into a depression over such a demonstrable hoax. ...there is a different group who has a similar plan about leading the world and would like to take over from the obsolete United Nations. It will be interesting to see how they play their hand here. To learn, watch what their operatives (e.g., Steve Bannon) are carrying on about. The latest idea, which came on super strong all of a sudden about a month ago, was to gin up a war between the U.S. and China. Still analyzing and gathering data about how that fits in.

Lol. I understand why you can't even show one website that is proof. Two reasons: 1. You know there isn't any proof; 2. You barely know how to use the Internet at all.
the point is the thing that i have been saying to you multiple times. but your stupidity and ignorance keep forgetting/ignoring is this: 1. you dont even know the definition of proof 2. you refuse to look for proof 3. if proof was presented to you, you would refuse to 'believe' or decide or acknowledge or even scrutinise it to even consider it 4. i have told you many places to look and you you stupidly say no one is showing you proof 5. i have told you how to contact people(who are at the source) to request proof. 6. by telling you where to get the source you cant then say its about me. because it then becomes about you and your states websites. 7. if you cant even be bothered to find proof from hospitals, labs, local governers in your own area. then you dont actually want proof. so why stupidly be asking for proof to then decline it i know your game your just a time wasters hoping people give up arguing with you, then when they give up arguing you declare that as a win. you are using outdated tactics. you are not original. i called you out on these tactics months ago. try to update yourself, if not with new knowledge, with atleast a new script that is not boring and outdated. and then go play some golf, buy some beer, have a barbecue and realise your not a prisoner. because the world has not made you a prisoner. but your own lack of limiting what you do online and in the real world is you making yourself a prisoner

i found the source of that image reading the article. the swedish health authority did advice social distancing and to stay 2 metres apart. some swedes follow the advice but they are noticing alot of danish people turning up because denmark is more stricter and they travel for the 'paradise'. but alot of people are not following the guidance. many swedes think they are being stupid and its only inevitable that the case numbers will rise because of it https://www.aftonbladet.se/nyheter/a/y3dad2/kroggasten-svenskar-ar-dumma-i-huvudetyep showing an image as if it shows 'covid is a fantasy' makes stupid people then take the risk thinking there is no harm just like the guy in ohio.. who then went stupid.. and then got covid and then died. "Last month John McDaniel, a 60-year-old from Marion, Ohio, wrote a series of Facebook posts in which he described the coronavirus outbreak as a “political ploy” and decried the “madness” of the governor’s decision to close the state’s restaurants and bars.
“If you are paranoid about getting sick, just don’t go out,” he wrote, adding that others should not be prevented from “living [their] lives”.
A few weeks later, Mr McDaniel died from complications related to Covid-19, becoming one of more than 40,000 Americans to have perished from the disease. In his obituary, his family requested that “everyone continue practising social distancing to keep each other safe”. "
maybe death certificates should be wrote 'died of stupidity' and have it wrote on their gravestone. as a lesson to learn for others

It could be due to their overall health, healthcare system, or some other random variable. They also could be benefitting from all their neighbors locking down. Perhaps if Norway, Denmark and Finland made the same decision they'd have run out of hospital beds and been forced to lock it down like Italy. It's a country with 10 million people with only 1 city close to 1 million. Using it as an example of why the rest of the world should just stop social distancing is pretty silly. You don't have to take my word for it though, we've got the best scientists and doctors in the history of the world - listen to what the overwhelming majority of them are saying - we shut down the economy on our own terms, or it shuts itself down when the hospitals and food supply stop functioning.

Ummm what's your definition of lockdown? Most of the countries in the right column have similar rules in effect as most of US. Not that it really matters. You're comparing countries with under 100k people to countries with tens or hundreds of millions. (or 1b+). Go back and look at some of the other sorted lists you've posted here in the past 3 months. Remember when you just kept posting total deaths by country, reverse sorted, including all the zeros? Why did you stop doing that right around the middle of march? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5220206.msg54005294#msg54005294Was it because the numbers just kept going up exponentially?

So...are you saying that you think the deaths are coming as a result of lock downs? For example, in Italy, the number of deaths shot up right after they locked the country down. Does that make you think those deaths happened because of the lock down?

i watched most of that rant.. and guess what the big thing that guy totally missed out on the 'biblical famines' has nothing to do with the USA by which he is trying to make excuses for why americans should just mingle carelessly again sorry dude. you cant rand for ages about how americans not being able to watch superbowl or hug a stranger even comes anywhere near being the same as the situation in africa. the biblical famines of africa actually has little to do with african farmers. its actually big-agri that own most of the land and are choosing not to farm it because its cheaper to just get a business pay-out from multiple countries due to them being headquartered in multiple countries. so they are not sending food to be sold to UN or to other NGO's who hand out rations. yep in africa there is not much actual 'local farmers' its all exported and then imported again during normal times yep there has been many cases of a saudi group farming. exporting the crop and then selling it to the UN who then take it back to africa to feed africans. this kinda stuff needs to be highlighted,, not the crap how a possible famine in africa affects if an american can get his haircut or play golf ... this guy is absolutely foolish to use an african disaster as an american reason to have a haircut. (facepalm)
