ugh, i wanted to add Rashford this week and replace G.Jesus for this GW but i hesitated 

EDIT: And Klopp robbing all TAA believers of the 5 points, at most painful timing, 59 mins!

i got rid of Roberton a couple of weeks ago, then Salah, and now i'm thinking about replacing TAA... i knew the 9-0 was a fluke, for now it looks Liverpool are back to pre-Klopp era and imo anyone keeping more than 1 liverpool players on their is should be ready for dissapointment. Btw, Salah 2nd gw in a row where he's at the top of Transfers out players, grim

Chelsea had clean sheet in first round, and nothing after that, this week was one to expect another clean sheet, but they conceived goal in the end, will change my keeper

i have Chelsea doubles and they're gonna face Mitrovic next week.

I'm actually only getting rid of Arnold simply because of budget troubles, and he's not paying much of dividends tying up that much value down, I would have been better off with Chilwell for this game week, as I suspected he was going to play and would have had him, as the back up plan.

my actual plan was to rotate in Kane for Gabriel Jesus and Gross for Rodrigo and Arnold for a cheaper Chelsea defender, Harry Kane would have been my captain for the game week

My game week would have been next to almost perfect, even If I had taken those 4 points hit because Kane in the end had 8 points more than Gabriel Jesus, even with the 4 points deficit, and I would have gotten much more points for the captaincy.

Thanks to Trossard for saving my Gameweek, those 10 (and incoming 2 more for bonus) points were pretty much needed

I'm not sure how I ended up captaining Salah even though he's been poor for the past three games now, when I should have gone for Halaand instead, but Pep didn't take it well with his mind games match conference, Halaand has had a lot of game time recently, and I was expecting him to play a few minutes against Aston Villa. My game in weeks 4 and 5 has been terrible; the moment you get a rip of someone, the next week they drop 10 points.

I didn't watch the game because I was preoccupied with other matters, but I wasn't surprised by the scoreline; Arsenal has won their last three games by taking chances rather than being the better team; Manchester United has done the same in their last two games.

I never considered bringing Rashford into my team; it must have been a great gamble that has paid off for you given his recent performance. I only have Martinez from the Manchester United squad.

Why Martinez? He is the last defender I would pick up from United squad. Varane has more threat on corners, Dalot and Malacia have more chances to do bring you some points from open play and then to top it all off Martinez looks like penalty or yellow card waiting to happen. He compensates for lack of height and muscle with aggression.

Watched Anthony today and he was ok but forcing a bit too much. Rashford is the standout pick in United so far, he even played striker when Ronaldo came on. I also like what Erikson is doing, he is their deep lying play-maker and often the person to open counter attacks.

He is that cheap? Did not even look at him in Fantasy but I thought he was around 5M. 4.4M bracket must be reserved for Fofana though, doesn't it? Especially for you, a Chelsea supporter. Granted Chelsea defense at the moment looks even worse than united defense. While we are on the topic Liverpool defense is also bad so we are in strange situation without much good choices.

Maybe some options from Brighton & Newcastle are worth looking at.

For the time being, James is the only option who can make something out of nothing, even if the rest of the team is struggling; he can assist or score to save himself.

Brighton score so far is pretty unbelievable to me, having them going down each round, and they are kicking me down on pool and FPL table

I think that they will slump in second part of the season for sure, maybe earlier, but will start to follow their success track at the moment, winning strike it is for now

Arsenal were the better team for majority of the 90 minutes , Man United in the end were able to make the most of their chances, but I think if the Martinelli first goal had stood, it all could have turned out differently, Arsenal have done well in their first 5 games, but also failed their first test, which also isn't what will be their biggest or 2nd to the biggest test, I wonder how they'll fare against the likes of City and Liverpool.

Rashford had a decent game and If were to have some from Man United it would be him because of the game time, and he's been preferred at the at front line which makes him a very dangerous threat to opposition with his pace, the only question is how often will Man United score that many goals per game, prior to this game they only average 1 per game despite playing teams are conceding decent amount of goals.

I have a tough game week ahead, too many conflicts of interest for me, my first choice Keeper "Jose Sa" facing Liverpool where my captain might come from, then Man City hosting Tottenham, and I've got two Tottenham defenders and one from Man City, so a 1-1 score line will end up being the first devasting blow for the game week, but opting for another Chelsea defender or one more from Liverpool might be another no brainer given how often they both concede goals too, and meanwhile Chelsea vs Liverpool are also due to play each other after this game week, while Man United and Arsenal seemed to have the better fixtures for the next two GWs.

If you guys had though game week, I have something to cheer you up. Images are from twitter profile FPL disasters. Perfectly show how you can have terrible game weeks even if you have a solid team. In the long run, good tactics and making informed decisions usually pays off but every single game week is mostly luck

I looked into both teams and think Webster from Brighton is a good alternative at a lower cost, is one of the £4.4m defenders with 20+ points this season. I'm thinking about getting firing Martinez after your thorough analysis; I see him as the type of aggressive player who attaches too much emotion to his game; he plays to please his manager, and I'm convinced that when things get tough, he'll pick a lot of cards for the team. As I previously stated, it would be unjust of me not to get at least one United player in their current form.

Aside from that, being chosen as a starter on the front line compared to Ronaldo is just a no brainer so that probably gave him all those confidence boost that he needed. He plays way better in the last 3 games compared to few games that he had last season imo

Towards the end of the season, when we start to have blank and double game weeks. There will be a game week where maybe only 6 teams play and you have just few players from them - perfect for free hit.

Than those games get crammed in another game week and you have players playing 2 games and getting you more points. Perfect to boost it even more with TC or BB.

Just forget about them for now. Only chip that you should use in first half of the season is wildcard. Best week for those of you who have it is GW9 probably. Lots of fixture swings and after international break, will be chaos in our teams.

I'm thinking of Game week 11 or 10, except I need to make to make significant changes, but with the injuries and knocks that could come from the break, you never can tell. But I guess we'll see, and the fixtures after the break looks kinda ugly for the highly coveted premium players, one might need to rotate the squad almost every other week and the captaincy then will a lot of changes, no premium player will be worth taking the captain risk with for 3 consecutive weeks in that period.

I was forced to use mine as early as GW3 after being left with three players with no points, and I'm glad I got my second team cheap. I believe it's best to use the Wildcard when the players are still cheap and things aren't working out. So far, I've only used triple captain and wildcard.

Only 1 yellow card differences though last season but Martinez has alot more tackle per game according to the site but yeah VVD is a big guy so he doesnt really need to throw his body out there like Martinez. Overall yeah VVD is just a much better defenders than Martinez for sure

Is free hit = wildcard? If it is then I have used mine because I messed up early on the season. Well it would have costed me 28 points if I didnt use it back then so its all good I guess
