I had 300 CINNIS on Mintpal prior to their upgrade. I was worried it would be delisted so I sent it to my wallet. Turns out my wallet was outdated and my CINNIS never arrived. So I let it sit and sync for days (it took forever). This morning I woke up and my wallet was fully synchronized and I had 600 CINNIS!!!  Shocked What just happened?

I have same issue on mintpal and they are not processing my manual withdrawal request yet.

Cinni Dev needs to work with them to get issue fixed
I will try to work with them to get the issue fixed. I sent Moolah a support ticket asking for more info regarding the issues.

they said they have reached out to you already? did they make contact? or reach out to you? sounds like they didnt?

i worry there may be many support tickets and they may not get to you quickly and perhaps contact needs to be made sooner
i think keeping mintpal listing is critical

I was having trouble even getting my wallet to open. I put this in the directory and it is now opened with a zero balance. Still showing "Importing bootstrap blockchain data file" in boot window and wallet says out of sync.

Could someone please advise.

Thanks,

J

Spokojnie. Panowie, jeżeli sprawa mintpal nie będzie rozwiązana to Cinnidev obiecał mi w wiadomości prywatnej że rozważy możliwość przesunięcia snapshot na inny termin.

Hello
I have tried to contact Mintpal through a support ticket. I haven't recieved a PM or email from them either.
I do see the CINNI/BTC trading pair online now https://www.mintpal.com/market/btc/cinni
But no way to withdraw.
I will make a reddit account to try contact them through reddit.
The snapshot on the 14th is for the DPOS Cinni. Like Cinni v2 built using the Bitshares toolkit. If i can get in contact with them, maybe i can convince them to participate in the snapshot. All it would take is for them to stop the deposits and withdrawals close to the snapshot date and send their Cinni to a new address that they make since they have alot of addresses, and then when the new Cinni wallet comes out they import their private key into it. Maybe they still haven't solved the issues they were facing so i am trying to get in contact with them to ask them and help them solve the problem.
Also don't worry if it isn't solved soon then i would reschedule the snapshot.

DON'T INVOLVE ME IN EVIL NAMES. BYE

@Cinni Dev

I just want to say I understand Cinni hasn't gone quite as planned, but you still seem to be working hard and trying to help everyone. Thanks for your hard work and your innovative ideas... and I really hope for you, and this community, that this snapshot is a huge succes

THanks!

No wonder that Mintpal V2 is disaster.
Cryptsy is the same, they can't find my 30k Cinni.
When I received answer from Cryptsy help support I knew that girl doesn't know nothing about crypto, she doesn't even know what the blockchain is.
My Cinni are in the blockchain but seems like she doesn't know how to check it.
I wait a few hours now and no answer.
So if Moolah has the same "well trained staff" no wonder they can't cope with issues.
They dealing with our money ! My god.
