Can anyone explain the wide variations in Network Hash Rate and Difficulty for DMD?  From Danbi's pool stats, its looks like the network hash rate ranges from 5+ Gh/s to 18+ Gh/s and it seems to fluctuate up and down in that range.

Difficulty can range from 65 to 220 within a few hours.

Are big hash rate miners dropping off when the difficulty increases (reducing profitability)?

I've mined a number of different coins and I haven't seen difficulty move so much so quickly with any other coins.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

TheMightyKnight, I have to send the coin to this address 1N3TNyPUGUtvk6KD3Gy6WdS8e9P6PmYzPg , right? 0.25BTC is not too small, it can be divided by 0.1BTC? I think it will be easier to find people.
I like this coin, it is perfectly designed and is one of the best cryptocoins. It needs only to add to the popularity.  Smiley

I wanted to ask the same question. Although I have only ~100MH/s and I'm at the other pool with MPOS. People on the NOMP see nothing.  Grin
I think it frontend guilty because when I was at the Danbi pool, I have seen the cases where the pool hashrate was >> network hasrate, which is impossible.

Re:great variance
The "dump-miners" watch closely profitability (great many factors BTC price, DMD price) and simply move to most profitable coin at the moment.  I love it when they bail on DMD, makes life better for DMD hoarders like me mining.

Re:NOMP
we at http://dmd.donkeypool.com:808 have many features in the works to improve visibility on pool, already have worker "pending balance" working.  Look for many new things on pool in the next few weeks.  We are up to 0.325GHs already Smiley
Another nifty feature added is simply click on your DMD address in worker stats to get new block explorer info on your addy Smiley

Thanks TheMightyKnight! I sent only 0.1BTC. Not because I'm greedy, but because I am poor. Now I am not working and I live (suffer) in the country that I do not like and I can not leave from here because I'm already too old (52).

hi mate im no expert but the jump and fall in diff is because when a block is minted it is at a different difficult then if a coin is mined... i think that minting is the low difficult and mining is the high diff

minting diff is very low most times below 1
so the diff jumps they talking about is POW only

let's see what you are hiding Smiley

let me give u following hint

if u own at least 100 dmd cloudmining shares
it would be good if u have at least 500/1000/1500 DMD

because of the "glow blue" thing and the launch goodie we giving towards existing DMD Cloudmining shareholders

(if u dont have 100 dmd cloudmining shares u could try get some and qualify for the "existing" cloudmining users goodie)

@Danbi
How to remove an address from a wallet completely.  I want an address that is currently being used to mine to be seperated from my staking wallet.  I would importprivkey to different wallet, I just don't see a way to remove address from orig wallet after the addr is imported to a different wallet Huh (In particular my cloudmining addy which I cannot simply change ...)

I know of a drastic way to do it ... but don't want to lose staking age on 1600+ coins ...

Unless danbi did something special, there is no way to remove an address or account.
