to be correct he would need two central banks to hold at least one btc as a reserve and the btc to be worth more than one million us dollars. The odds of this is not fifty percent.

The way this would be done, and is likely imo which I've said for years now, is that a Bitcoin Standard would replace the old gold standard. The dream of the gold bugs all these years has been for the gubmints and markets to revalue gold up to approximately a 1:1 ratio to all the currency, debt, and derivatives worldwide so as to provide full backing. That would send the price of gold to the moon and avoid an economic catastrophe.  Problem is that gold is such a poor form of world reserve currency now that we have Bitcoin that it will never happen. But they keep hoping.

This Tension is why I created this thread back in 2011 as I saw the peak in gold.

Gold is a poor currency for transacting. It has very few qualities that are more desirable than Bitcoin. One of which is that it is a physical object that has other uses like hanging on people's necks, ears, noses, fingers, wrists, etc. and that small industrial application in electronics.

I love the fact that one can move a massive amount of value via Bitcoin and not delay more than an hour or two tops. No BS no capital controls no borders.

A $12,000/year income can get you to be very short-sighted as you would need to live pay check to pay check as opposed to looking at the longer-term.

Sounds like this type of thinking has been engrained into him since birth.

But If I'm doing right assumptions on current Gold price regards to sad macro-economical situation and TPTB dampening on it,

How probable it is that this could be a reversing market trend indicator? 

 I do believe that it should be reversing soon, when USD status as Global Reserve Currency collapses.
