Here you go, Drak: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=741867.msg8648504#msg8648504
Looks like it was a mix of legit buy-and-hodlers along with pump-and-dumpers.
It's possible the pump-and-dumpers mostly got out once it pierced 40k sat though because the volume really peaked however price went sideways and after that volume disappeared however price didn't crash which I take as a positive...unless VIA trickles down below 32k on this no volume.
Overall I think VIA consolidating this move sideways some would be a great thing before the next move up.
We'll see.
JL

Thank you for the analysis!!

Thanks for the honest analysis, glad i didn't panic sell. Was thinking the same thing, we may have found a new floor waiting for another leg up in the next few days hopefully in the 60-70k range… we'll see

Also, I don't think a lot of people are aware that there is currently a sale going for XCH (ClearingHouse), a distributed peer to peer exchange which operates on top of the Viacoin protocol.

It's raised around 800k VIA to convert to XCH so far and I believe it runs until September 25th.  It started at 100 XCH per VIA on the first day with the discount reduced to 85 XCH per VIA by the end of the raise.

Here is a link to it.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=734674.0

It's definitely worth taking a look at.

2 breaking news:

1. Eth dev(maran) contributes on Via's github

https://twitter.com/miaoux/status/506844415483473920

https://github.com/ClearingHouse/clearwallet/commits?author=maran

2. https://twitter.com/viacoin/status/506936876935421952

viacoin ‏@viacoin
We have entered into talks with an established #bitcoin ATM provider to add #viacoin support.

Do you know BC is accepted by coinkite? It was epic pumped to 94k sat from 9k sat base when coinkite announced BC was accepted, and the huge pump duration is 3 days, you can imagine the epic pump on Viacoin when a BTC ATM provider accepts Viacoin.  Cheesy 300k sat will NOT be impossible.

Some one from the dev team should contact that person. He's leaning towards coloredcoins.  I don't know what is the difference.  The dev's can explain and tell the advantages of going with clearinghouse.

Seems like he is leaning to coinprism.

we need to explain to him that Coinprism uses a centralized server that could be corrupted

It's not been confirmed, but it is almost certainly Bittrex because they told me they store Viacoin in cold storage because it's so valuable.
