Short, they are busy with other things and ran away. (Private issues, was said.)

We are looking for a new dev team. There were suggestions, like:
BinLaden as developer. He would be the best technical choice, but was rejected from a couple of people (below)

Remain only people, like:
IronTiga, one of the best web designer.
deWallet, who made the Windows wallet in nearly no time.
haitch ("headache") who claims to understand all of BURSTs, the good and the bad of bot nets.
blago, who's slogan is: Relax, I am Russian - as all Russians/Indians, we can expect good coding.
yeponlyone, who tries to use "hypnoses" on the coin.
bobafett, who makes a lots of advertisements in Germany.
Ohh, I forgot the CEO of Burstcoin (actually a company who trades with graphic cards and is good in organizing people: crowtec).

There are a lots more people involved in Burstcoin, but they are shot down from above all the time, as you will see on the followup postings ;-)

FYI:

burstforum.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed. The certificate is only valid for Parallels Panel (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

Burstforum.com is a trustworthy site - add the exception and continue to use the site.

Um ... because 1.2.3 is the latest version.

Having a newer version than the currently released version would cause all sorts of space/time continuity issues, and violate many of the basic assumptions about string theory and the multiverses.

To run the wallet, yes - just download and run the batch file. To mine though, you need to set up plots and mine those.

Hey all I'm new here and trying try out burst mining and running into a problem. I've setup the burst windows client wallet, did all the transactions needed to set it up and plotted my drive. I click the mining tab at the bottom right, pick my pool, enter my passphrase and pool address and click submit and get this message.

Make sure the web address http://127.0.0.1:8125 is correct.
Look for the page with your search engine.
Refresh the page in a few minutes.
Check that all network cables are plugged in.
Verify that airplane mode is turned off.
Make sure your wireless switch is turned on.
See if you can connect to mobile broadband.
Restart your router.
