All this speculation about gemz/paykey... Why dont the Devs respond?
Maybe they are like, writing and testing code? I know when I'm working on a project I ignore forums, email and stuff or I'd never get any work done.

Maybe they are like, writing and testing code? I know when I'm working on a project I ignore forums, email and stuff or I'd never get any work done. Which is why we shouldn't bother them too much with requests. I completely trust the team, what they have come out withy recently surpasses any requests people have asked for. I think its dangerous to put pressure on the team about various features, best let them get on with their vision. I have seen a couple of decisions so far been influenced by opinon like focus on Android not iOS and move to Telegram rather than use own messenger......I don't want to get into what would of been better or worse but I do believe the dev team don't work in a vacuum so outside influences change and affect decision making how could they not..... for good or bad. Definitely people should put forward good ideas in a casual way but don't push too hard for features that possibly don't facilitate the bigger goals of the project. Good luck for the UBS competition to the team....later today.

Good luck for the UBS competition to the team....later today. chill souljah1h!! paykey went officially public (excluding sources like from Beta Testers Group, etc) only a few days ago. and the latest blog update was also only a few days ago (same day actually). AirDrop is here, and i am VERY SURPRISE how almost all the attention and focus got shifted away from it TO paykey. like AirDrop ain't worth a thing now, the way some people are responding (you know who you are). Considering how extra busy Daniel and the GETGEMS Team are now with a few competitions (don't forget, they need to travel from country to country. it's not something you can fly to and fro all in one day), you need to give them some grace time. at least 3 weeks more for any new official announcements. But if you are that impatient for answers from the devs, there is going to be a AMA (Ask-Me-Anything) session soon on ZapChain. that's your chance to blast away, ask them anything. if any of you feel you are not up to put in the extra effort to get answers, don't expect the devs to put in an extra effort for you by coming to your doorstep and saying "we will be doing this and that, its going to be like this and that". if there's any room for extra effort, that would be for the development of the GETGEMS Project. So be thankful that they created a timeslot for a AMA Session.

Ultimately I'll tell you why they arent on here 24/7....cause they are building a real product, a real company and have to meet a lot of real people. This isn't some guy making a clone in his bedroom and trading to pump his premine up...ie 95% of crypto.

I think its safe to say GG is the first company that allows money to be transacted in the context of the coversation for desktop, eg instant messaging. The instant 5 Gemz tipping is awesome, you don't have to type anything or @ username. Every user has a Gemz logo next to their name and when you press it it sends 5 Gemz to that person.
Like i said greatness awaits.

Got a question. I downloaded the app and earned some Gems. Now I wanted to send my Gems. When I click the send button then it shows me only my available Bitcoin balance. How is it possible to send Gems with the app?

Android or iOS? If Android, go to the EARN tab then tap on the wallet icon. Once you're in the wallet, tap the red round "+" button and you will see the option to send. -tb-

No, I am using iOS. I do not mean to send GEMS to a friend. I want to send half of my earned Gems to a exchange deposit address. Got a question. I downloaded the app and earned some Gems. Thanks, this is exactly what i have done. But after scanning the QR code for deposit address the app switches over to sending Bitcoin and not GEMZ. No, I am using iOS. That is right. I copied the generated Poloniex deposit address to this site and created a QR-code. http://www.qrcode-generator.de/Thanks, this is exactly what i have done. I tried a few different sites and all codes scan as btc address. So you could put this down as an iOS bug?? I'm sure Alon will look into this when he gets a chance. For now try copying the address to clipboard then send. -tb-

Great, this was the solution. Yes it seems that the camera scanning does not work on iOS version for GEMZ transfer. if you paste in the address then it works fine. You're right. iOS is reading the address from the qr code as bitcoin address. Android scans the qr code as Gemz address. I tried a few different sites and all codes scan as btc address. So you could put this down as an iOS bug?? I'm sure Alon will look into this when he gets a chance. For now try copying the address to clipboard then send.
