I have one 841 still in the box.... can I just plug that in like an Antminer?

Why I am asking .... is that my remote hosted farm 721/741/821/841 are connected to an Avalon provided hub before it connects to the router. I guess its not needed for a single 841 unit...

Um, try reading how to setup an Avalon - any Avalon... There are more than enough reviews of them here. That is not a 'hub' it is a RasPi controller for the miners...

You need a second rasp pi it can handle up to 20x  841s

That's funny, I finally found a cheap enough PSU to turn on my S7. Figure I'll play the lottery for a while too

On edit: Even though the odds are crazy high and I have set Awesome Miner to alert me I still feel compelled to stare at the miner interface to see if it found a block. I need meds...

rejects don't mean much

accepted are far more important.

As long as the s9 accepts are correct you are okay

so if the s9  is 13th and the t1 is 16th

do this   13/16 =  0.8125

take that number 0.8125   and x  the accepts of the t1   say  10000 x 0.8125 = 8125

so if the accepts of the t1 are 10000 and the accepts of the s9 are 8125

8125/10000 = 0.8125     which is okay  not an issue.

but buy the real GekkoScience usb stick miner.

Sounds like the twenty dollar TTBIT sticks I bought and just recently returned are not to good. I will maybe try the Newpac version. Thanks for your good advice.
