Users who have their credit cards (Visa) linked to their Paypal or something will use their cards or something ? I mean if I withdraw from my Paypal to your Visa card , I will receive or not ? since you said it's changed to MasterCard .
P.S : I'm not using any Physical cards since you can't ship them to my country , I only have Virtual cards .

Every one who has Visa at the moment, will stay with Visa. So, all currently working cards remain untouched. We are not planning to change client's Visa card to MasterCard at the moment.

1. I was paying using Paypal and since they didn't let me use the balance for one reason or another , I used the Visa card linked to it and I was able to do the payment without issues .
Now the user who I sent the funds to , denied the payment so logically the payment should return to me (and it says completed on paypal) however I didn't receive anything on the card.

2. It's 1st January , and Paypal is sending my funds each 1st of every month to the Visa card , like usual I received an email that says so , balance became 0.00$ on Paypal , but I didn't receive anything on the card as-well .

So both issues are the same , I'm not receiving the payments or at least I can't seem be able to seem them . All I have right now on the card is 1.00$ .

The chargeback should be returned to your card within 14 days (you can send an email to support@e-coin.io, so that we check your transactions and card closely).

The PayPal fund transfers usually arrives within 5 days. Please also mind there are holidays in bank which may cause some delay.

Alright thanks , However it would be better if you add that option on the account iself instead of contacting the support each time we want to see the transactions closely .
Also do are you planning to add e-coin.io to Algeria soon ? (I'm speaking about Physical card) , please let me know if you have any info about this .

We hope to return transaction details back shortly (after some changes on the bank site our API can no longr pick that piece of information up). Also, if you see the transaction is authorized and you know it was declined - then money will be back to the balance within 14 days - that's mainly what we, in support, are looking at.  In case they are not back, or transaction is successful (but you know it was declined) - we can send you a dispute form to submit for the bank.

As for Algeria, we are working on it. These are bank's limitations caused mainly by the financial regulations in your country, and it is not that easy to bypass them. Believe me, we are working very hard on being presented all over the world.

I am not sure what exactly you meant by taxes, I assumed you meant usage fees.
There is card's usage fee of 1 USD, EUR or GBR depends on your card's currency.

I haven't received any email that i won the free virtual e-coin eventhough i think that i made more than 10 entries.

We will send emails with instructions shortly. Currently we are contacting the first prizes and plastic card winners. Once settled, we send a message with steps how to get their free virtual card.

As there were e a lot of real people who participated but also a lot of bots, we need some time to analyze our data. So we need some time.

when you are logged and you see the rates and when are not logged (on the mainPage) and you see the rates , they are not the same as you can see here :






Comparing by other websites (like preev.com) , I'd say that the correct rates are the one when you see when you log-off . (430$ at the moment) .
