your instincts are to simply attack anyone who doesn't agree with your community rather than try to listen to what they are saying. I never said VNL was the same in terms of tech. The issue is if a coin is allowed to die on the vine by a community too stubborn or arrogant or both to address concerns for a coin then it doesn't actually have a right to expect anyone to buy it.

Simple, get a peer review, show you don't need to hide. Cause if you don't soon you will look like you hiding. Communities make or break a coin, please tell me there is a sane person here that gets the coin needs to answer critics with a peer review and then we can move on.

Don't exaggerate, I just said that you are trying to compare different things based on past bad experiences. VNL is a long term project (years, not months), don't expect everything at once. It's constantly evolving and that is great.

Here, follow the digits, the perfect sequence. Wink

Looking at the two charts reveals the true difference of these projects.
Vnl has already had three cycles of boom, and has started into its fourth.

There are very few coins that have trended this way.  Bit coin was one of them.

Well I may be jumping the gun on vnl starting in on its fourth....
Accumulation will happen until to many people join accumulation through collateral incentives.   Then the fourth cycle will start.

I think it's important not to enter too soon. Will it be 10K to 100K sats or 1K to 10K sats, or something else? No one can tell except the actual people behind market manipulation.

Same goes both ways.
It's easy to watch which way it's sliding, but once the slide has ended there may very well be a very small window to get yourself and your position established.

Also I'm having a hard time finding a coin with a similar predictable growth scale over 1 year......   bitcoin may be the only 1.

If your posts were about VNL, they would be on-topic.

But I understand you want to distract people from VNL's unrepentant code stealing core dev, so you discuss off-topic trivia instead.

Hey guys I'm having a problem, just after around the 220K block I have noticed that my VNL wallet will sync up fine and then after leaving it for a while it seems to not want to sync up anymore but keeps counting estimated blocks on the chain, I have tried -rescan and repairwallet both haven't helped.

WTF is the go ? It was working fine until this collateral enforcement started.

You know what's funny (It really isn't though) is that my client is doing the exact same thing, stays around or on 99.9946xxxxx % synchronized even after being fully synced before hand.

Hi and thanks for your quick reply, yes I am 100% certain I am on v0.3.7 as I was earning 0 collateral required incentives beforehand.

Are you serious, another 0.3.7 ? Why the heck didn't john-connor update the wallet version to 0.3.7.1 then.... Undecided I'll give it a go and report back.

There was a hotfix after 0.3.7 with the same version number, see here: https://talk.vanillacoin.net/topic/214/version-0-3-7-beta-release

I copy pasted the reminders here also and there were official notices on the forum. Upgrade if you didn't do it before. Jump on IRC if your problem still remains.
