1261  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is the last movie you watched? on: January 28, 2023, 03:20:51 AM
Last movie I watched was the Empire of Light. What captured me was the cinematography, a British resort style area, setting in the early eights.

It shows a history of how there is this woman fighting her own battle with mental illness. How she overcomes her mental illness with meeting a co-worker that wins her heart. The film showed a dark period of a dark period of racism and violence through racism.

Mental illness and violent discrimination itself are dark and sad. This movie shows how these particular people found their way through the tunnel to reach for that light. I do recommend this movie to others so that they can be educated.
1262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes you into crypto at the moment? on: January 27, 2023, 05:31:33 AM
Well let us be honest when we talk about why we are into Crypto. Yes we like the technology I think most do but we also want to make many gains from being the 'early adopters' for the future.
You must ask yourself this question. If Crypto did not give us a option to make lots of profit just by HODLING onto it, how many of us would really be here? I do not think this is a poor choice to make but it has to be main reason for most people who buy it.
1263  Other / Off-topic / Re: Help me! To Learn More about New Search Engine on: January 27, 2023, 04:28:22 AM
Well I will admit I think google is the best search engine but I tried yours. I think it is a nice concept that gave me some similar results for google searches. I looked where I could buy some shoes I like.

The thing I did enjoy abouty your seach engine is the store icons. Ths makes it quicker to find what stores have a product I searched for. Google does not have this but your search engine did take longer to return my search results.
1264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SBF said: WHAT HAPPENED? on: January 26, 2023, 11:38:42 PM
Remember when SBF said he was 'broke' with only hundred thousand dollars? Well what do we know this is all a big lie and now the Feds are cracking down on him.

A small bank with only 3 workers has now turned over get this $50 million of SBF money. It is interesting to note that Alameda Research bought an $11.5 million stake in the same bank. This was more than double what the bank is even worth.

I became very interested in Comet C/2022 E3 ZTF when heard about this. 50,000 years ago is the time of the neaderthals so I cannot wait to see this. A magical burning ball of green light in the sky.

I am just in awe that a comet will be green and can be seen through a telescope or binoculars so I cannot wait for this. I am just hoping that the night sky will not be overcast and low pollution.
1267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will BNB Coin Hit $300 Mark in 2023? on: January 26, 2023, 09:06:04 AM
Well what do you know for the price of BNB coin is greater then $300 right now. Small pump in the crypto market and BNB coin is $308 and is up close to 6% in the last week.
It is possible we are seeing a pump with news of Uniswap voting. The vote was 80% to move the v3 to BNB Chain instead of Ethereum chain. Its license was expiring and only 20% of token holders voted against it. BNB chain gaining more popularity helping the price of this token I think.
1268  Other / Off-topic / Re: Can we ever boot out Racism on this earth? on: January 26, 2023, 08:25:57 AM
Ending racism starts within yourself, it starts with one’s approach into life, and openness to humanity itself. If all can start to think like me there would end racism. However, a lot of the world has been founded on separation by race, there was no understanding other cultures which is sad.

A never-ending circle that continues for generation after generation, that evolves into a bigger type of racism. I believe that it is about equality and knowing that your next door neighbor is different, and that neighbor should not be judged for who they are. If we all start to put this into awareness, we can make a difference.
1269  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we now on Crypto bull run? on: January 26, 2023, 08:07:50 AM
Well if I am looking at my wallet then the answer is yes we are on a crypto 'bull run'. But I am still not convinced there will not be a sudden correction and all recent profits will be wiped away.
It is happened to much in the past we have all seen this. We think the bulls have come back out. Then all of sudden so fast that idea has changed and we are back to where we started before the run started. My answer is no not at this time but I remain Bullish.

1271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hydra Event to boost Cardano Price? on: January 26, 2023, 07:07:35 AM
It is finally happening next week Cardano will be releasing long awaited Stablecoin Djed. There is more then 2.5 million people holding ADA so we can wish many of them will also buy some Djed Stablecoins.

I am reading there are almost 3,000 new ADA wallets every single day. There have been almost 5,000 Smart Contracts that deployed on mainet. Almost 3,000 stake pools so this coin will see gains and profits for the holders.
1272  Other / Off-topic / Re: Happiness on: January 26, 2023, 06:51:57 AM
It is not money that buys happiness, it is one that has the power within themselves to find the happiness. I knew a person that won a medium size lottery and that person has filed for bankruptcy and is living in a one bedroom apartment and a fifteen year old car.

Money bought happiness to endless vacations, night out of town treating friends out to fancy dinner, a night out with full bottle service and all the dancing. Without going into further detail, that person is certainly not happy within, and moving along with careless financial decisions led him to being back to being a middle class working person again.

I am not even sure if there was any happiness at all within any given period I have interacted with this person. It is the way you choose how to bring happiness into your life, not a single penny can purchase happiness.
1273  Economy / Speculation / Re: I think Bottom is gone on: January 23, 2023, 05:50:02 AM
Well if I have to choose then I think the bottom is gone then I would say yes it is. I think for now on we maybe will see Bitcoin drop to 20k but not back down to 10k or 12k like which was a possibility and how I did think was a possibility.

But this is just my bullish way of thinking. We do not know for certain because what if this is not the end of the 'bull market' just yet? We can each have a opinion where the price of Bitcoin is heading but we will never know for sure.

1275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not believe every crypto news you read online on: January 22, 2023, 06:24:27 AM
Well even if I do read every day crypto news online I am not believing everything I am reading. There is so many different people who has a opinion it is not easy to know who to follow.

And to make it worse for that some of the people I did follow are now not talking Bitcoin. Now that we are starting to come out of the 'bear market' I hope they will focus more on being Bitcoin Bulls like I know them to be for many years.
1276  Other / Off-topic / Re: Online Shopping on: January 22, 2023, 06:10:39 AM
Today, online shopping has been more convenient than going to stores. My feeling about online shopping in the beginning was impartial, however ever since we had all the lock down, I like it more. But it would depend on what type of items that I would like to purchase online.

There are certain things that I think that buying online is not a good idea, like grocery items like vegetables and meats. There is that feeling that I do not want a person to choose certain grocery items.

I also do not like to purchase clothing online, this I can attest to an ample online order and when items did not fit, it took me longer and sometimes had to pay to return the items. I guess that if ever in the future the mall closes, I will just have to adjust to purchasing things online.
1277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you stacking up on? on: January 22, 2023, 05:33:47 AM
Well I am always stacking Bitcoin because it is my number 1 in my portfolio. The other coins I am always trying to stack up are Ethereum and Cardano.

I also have some Solana and and Doge but not as many just to diversify. Then there is the Stablecoins like Tether and BNB. I have some of my fiat ready to make a purchase for ADA new Stablecoin when it is available any time now.
1278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solana takes back top 10 position on: January 22, 2023, 04:43:10 AM
Solana is now #10 on coinmarketcap and has taken the lead over Polygon. SOL is up 10% just in the last week with total marketcap of $9.2 billion.

I think much of this is because that Bitcoin also up 10% is the last 7 days. Since Bitcoin is up more then 50% from the 'bear market' and SOL has more then doubled since the crash of FTX now we are seeing more confidence in investors.

1280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hydra Event to boost Cardano Price? on: January 22, 2023, 03:39:19 AM
Cardano is making a lot of news and I think it might be for the release of Djed Stablecoin. They said it is going to be released in January so any time now we can expect to see it and I will be stacking some of them.

According to Bloomberg, Charles Hoskinson is considering buying CoinDesk. This would be very big for ADA. Cardano DeFi TVL has now passed $90 million and Cardano dApps have successfully transacted more than 5.4 trillion ADA.
