1721  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 26, 2023, 03:39:52 PM
I won’t go as far to say I think that Boston is going to come back from 0-3 and make it to the finals, but they do have a good chance. If they can win another one tomorrow then I think they’ll swap from being the impossible underdog to the likely winner. Last game they dominated the game in every way. The Heat should probably start getting worried.
That's where it is going. That little chance that they've got coming from a 0-3 standing, going to 2-3 well that's definitely a comeback. They might break the code but still, confidence still goes to the Heat.

I don't know what's really going on as we all know that there are still have a possibility that the Boston Celtics will win in their next game and we all know how they played they are very good in both offense and defense they have the Momentum and also they have a good play and that's the reason why they will win the game 5 and in game 6 if Miami still don't beat the celtics then there's a chance that Boston can make a noise and nig comeback in the history of basketball.
If they win the next game, that's crucial for Heat and the wasted advantage that they've got to secure the finals. But then, we'll see on Saturday night if they'll push to max this series to game 7 or will Heat end it on 6.
1722  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Come and let me teach you how to get rich quick on: May 26, 2023, 12:41:42 PM
That's the reality, these rich people don't have much time to chit-chat and look for a random person on the web telling them that they know the way to riches. If someone approaches you out of nowhere and tries to make you believe that they can make you rich, it's the opposite way around. You'll be the one that shall add to their riches because they'll fool you with whatever instruction that they're going to give you on what and where you should invest on this market.
1723  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which Crypto coin Do You Gamble with the Most? on: May 25, 2023, 02:05:09 PM
I think it's more interesting to use stable money than using crypto or bitcoin because I believe bitcoin will have a high value so I've never used it for gambling in the past, therefore I always hold bitcoin instead of using it for gambling especially the fractions are too complicated to bet because the price fluctuates so using a stable currency like usdt it's easier to know the benefits.
This, I have also this feeling that I don't think that gambling with Bitcoin isn't worth it. But you know what happens to me? I still gamble despite I feel guilty whenever I do it.

I think casinos now have converted cryptos into stable currencies to make it easier for gamblers to calculate the value of gains and losses compared to the value of crypto money
Some of them have integrated exchanges where a customer can convert any crypto they deposit into the other supported cryptos that they have. But that still doesn't make sense if you deposited bitcoin and you'll exchange that into other altcoins to gamble.
1724  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Pi mining networks real? on: May 25, 2023, 11:35:07 AM
Pi mining network is listed on different trading platforms that is trusted coins coming out soon
You sure that it's on different platforms? I doubt.

China are willing to buy it when is launches into the market but I had trust issues with most of airdrops and free mining networks, some after a while it will just vanished or remain irrelevant.
Don't generalize that it's China that's willing to buy it. Those Chinese people are just hyping you to think that there's really some value on this coin but in reality, there's none.

Do you think is real or is going to be launched soon?
Never, check this out below;

Please note that mainnet has not launched yet and the price displayed below for certain exchanges reflect the value of the IOUs and it may not be transferable across exchanges.
1725  Economy / Gambling / Re: Help us to choose a bonus for a review campaign! on: May 25, 2023, 09:15:16 AM
I guess with such bonuses or rewards for a review campaign, nothing beats the actual balance(BTC) that you'll give to the participants. I've seen such campaigns and you can be the one to decide how much you're going to reward the reviewer based on the review that has been made.
I think that's fair enough and you should give a range on how much the reward will be so that participants will have an idea on how much the reward will be if ever they're expecting the lowest or highest or even in between rewards that shall be rewarded to them.
1726  Economy / Economics / Re: Which stocks to buy? on: May 25, 2023, 07:19:00 AM
Now the economic sector has sunk, and is it worth buying shares, if so, in which area? I am considering buying shares of any Internet publications and large companies, is there a demand for them and will there be an increase in shares?
Well, if you're for the stocks then one desired stock should be with the technology. But if you're too concerned with the current surroundings and what's happening in the world then take those stocks that are related to pharma or health.
And you know what's best? Aside from the stocks, don't you want to consider buying Bitcoin? It's a no brainer investment and you've posted in a Bitcoin forum so, I guess that you're aware that everyone here is going to suggest you to buy Bitcoin aside or after you bought Bitcoin.
1727  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Don't gamble if you don't have patience on: May 24, 2023, 06:30:56 PM
They may be too quick but the network itself is the one that's too slow at these times, especially for Bitcoin. If the fee isn't aligned with what's being asked by the network then that's it, you'll definitely have no choice but to wait until it's being confirmed by the network.
But if you are able to have some choices and the casino has an internal exchange then choose the coin that you think is better and quicker which don't require you a hefty sum of fee. Sometimes, that's the way on how to make things work on these trafficked networks.
it's quite simple, if at this time the bitcoin network is increasing and prone to jams it would be better to use another coin. to choose a casino that has an internal exchange is the best option but sometimes gamblers are comfortable with the site and reluctant to move to another site so the best plan is to deposit with another coin with a lower network.
OP post is very useful for all of us that always be patient in gambling and especially when making unfinished deposits or withdrawals it would be better to leave gambling until confirmation is complete to avoid emotions when the network is slow and make bets again using the money in the balance.
It's a good idea if ever the casino you're in has also an exchange wherein you can exchange BTC into another altcoin that can avoid the traffic and high fees. But if not, don't have any choice but to pursue the transaction and be patient so that you'll avoid what has happened to OP that he has gambled his balance instead of withdrawing it because of the delay. You may say that it's your money but if you'll also learn from others' mistakes, you'll be the one that shall benefit from it. There's always the attached emotion when we gamble and that must be avoided if the sum balance is quite high.
1728  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't be fool to keep it online, look my name on: May 24, 2023, 03:30:12 PM
It's a warning for everyone. If people think that it's ease to let their keys be on that recover feature of Ledger or any other type of service, you're wrong. As said by OP, you hold only your keys and not any cloud storage, and even the government can take it if they subpoena it as per the CEO of Ledger. Can we imagine that we like decentralization and then these companies are starting to make it look like we need these centralized systems for keeping our money, no way! We've been there once before and wouldn't allow them to hold our funds and wealth.
1729  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token/Coins pegged to real goods - Negative prices on: May 24, 2023, 01:26:18 PM
It's easy on this market to have your own token whether it's pegged with any goods that you think are valuable, you can have it. The twist is that there have been tokens that have no pegged into a good or a use case but then they're even in exchanges mostly, the dexes.
The small dexes and exchanges aren't too strict and that's why you see most shitcoins listed there and the typical tokens there are pump and dump tokens which could be taken the same with your planned token.
1730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Don't gamble if you don't have patience on: May 24, 2023, 10:52:14 AM
Usually, trusted casinos don't take long to process the withdrawals of their members, especially if the members use coins that can quickly get confirmation from the network. But indeed, some casinos require a longer time to be able to complete the transaction, so we have to wait for it to finish. And I agree that we should first complete the withdrawal process before we continue playing gambling. It is also useful for us because we can take a break from playing gambling so that it can refresh our minds for a while.
They may be too quick but the network itself is the one that's too slow at these times, especially for Bitcoin. If the fee isn't aligned with what's being asked by the network then that's it, you'll definitely have no choice but to wait until it's being confirmed by the network.

1731  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 23, 2023, 08:40:53 PM
They'll surely have no comeback as the other team which is Lakers have already been eliminated. I don't think that they still have the nerve to move it along and beat the Heat tomorrow. Well, they might beat with a 1 game but as you've said, many of us think that it won't happen that they'll have a sweep and reverse wins against them. They should just let it go and let Heat and Nuggets have their own moments at the finals.

They are out of confidence now as the Heat is continuously bullying them inside the court and they show no mercy to celtics especially that Butler is so hot in the floor right now. Maybe tomorrow will be the final series as the heat will advance to finals and face off Nuggets on finals.

But if Celtics can show some miracle and get courage maybe the story will became different and they can continue to compete and extend this series.
The Heat is just doing the capacity that they can. All of those wrong predictions have got them and they are there to prove that no prediction will be right if we're in the finals. Boston can win 1 game but what's next? They're just going to prolong the series but still will end up being beaten by the Heat. That is the sad reality for the Celtics and their fate has already been judged and it is going to be Miami Heat and the Denver Nuggets are going to face each other in the end.
1732  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wife discovers husband's hidden Bitcoin during divorce proceeding on: May 23, 2023, 07:32:11 PM
There's the intention of this guy not to declare it and thought that his ex-wife wouldn't find it out.
Being that she has found out, the law in her country may demand she gets half of it as well. It will really be hurtful to the man Because he must have been very disciplined in investing and keeping his Bitcoins to have that amount of bitcoins stashed somewhere. That is a habit he has already developed fully unlike his wife who may have little idea about bitcoins and will most predictable end up using it all. The man will be able to get more bitcoins and grow his wallet status back, but for the woman, she will not.
That's right but he has got no choice since they've been married before and he's married to the woman while he's getting and accumulating those Bitcoins. And probably that as per the law says, they're still conjugal with any investment that man is taking.
Thus, he has to split that into two half-half for both of them and the woman for sure will just have no sense of giving importance to it and might just spend that as soon as she receives it, while the man who patiently saved those Bitcoins might get more because of his discipline.
1733  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: No Agreement to Debt Deals that Protects Crypto Traders on: May 23, 2023, 12:54:28 PM
IIRC, when he just landed the seat as POTUS he has already mentioned that he's gonna tackle related to crypto matters. But how many years have passed and I don't think that there's seriousness with his thing towards crypto? Needless to say, it's just better to look at the take of the SEC instead of him against the regulation that they've been implementing for most of the exchanges in their jurisdiction.
While their regulatory body is certainly too tough on these companies, it's not surprising that he's not even interested or has got to say deep about this topic.

Those 3 undrafted players of the Heat are leading the way for them to get Game 3, and remain undefeated on their home this playoffs. Vincent, Strus, and Martin are combined for 57 points while Vincent got a career-high 29 points.
This is a slap against Celtics and we're now having that 99.9% of probability that it's going to be the Denver Nuggets and Miami Heat that will face each other in the NBA finals. The problem with Celtics is that they're not rotating a lot unlike what Heat is doing. It's like that there's this superstar and minimum player on the Celtic's side. But look at the ball rotation of what Heat does, anyone who's open from the outside, just shoot it and we trust you. That's what they're trying to say.

They are trying to go one-on-one; there's no great team chemistry on the team as they do not trust each other so much. They had a plan to double Butler, but Butler is a good passer and can easily spot an outside shooter. This is embarrassing as it's a blowout loss for the Celtics. In my opinion, they are already out as no team has come back from a 0-3 deficit in the history of the NBA.

The three-point shooting is the biggest factor in this loss by the Celtics. They shot 26%, while the Heat shot 54%.
They'll surely have no comeback as the other team which is Lakers have already been eliminated. I don't think that they still have the nerve to move it along and beat the Heat tomorrow. 1735  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wife discovers husband's hidden Bitcoin during divorce proceeding on: May 22, 2023, 12:29:12 PM
Hi guys!
I have come across a topic here that emphasized on the need to disclose one's Bitcoin dealings and seed phrase to his/her spouse incase something bad and unexpected like death comes knocking on the door, the husband or wife can have access to the funds and claim it.

Well... This story is quite different. A husband hid his crypto assets from his wife amid divorce saga, the wife had her suspicion, then hired a forensic expert who found out that during the splitting of the property, the husband failed to declared his 12 BTC stashed somewhere in an undisclosed wallet. She's now asking that the Bitcoin be splitted into two.

https://www.cnbc.com/amp/2023/05/20/bitcoin-in-divorce-how-spouses-hide-assets-crypto-hunters-find-them.html

Looks like some of the married folks are getting smarter... They don't want to be left in the dark, but are going out to get it themselves through crypto hunters. What's your thoughts on this?
I remember the split of Achraf Hakimi and Hiba Abouk people think that Hakimi is a smart guy naming all of his assets and properties to her mom before the proceedings of the divorce. On the other hand with this situation of split of this guy and his wife, the law varies per country on how the proceedings will be. If he hasn't declared his other assets resulting to being caught then he's obliged to give half of it to his wife as the split proceeds. There's the intention of this guy not to declare it and thought that his ex-wife wouldn't find it out.

Dota 2 ~
Who has watched the match of Xerxia and Blacklist Rivalry? The odds for this match were too high for Xerxia and whoever bet on them to win a game or two then you're able to win such a good amount with Xerxia. Currently watching the match between the Talon and Bleed Sports.
The other team that everyone thinks can beat the good Talon Esports. This is all happening in the sea region folks.

1738  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Think Casinos Should Do Survey From Time To Time To Assess You. on: May 21, 2023, 08:04:34 PM
In light of two cases about casinos being charged for not stopping one player from playing past his betting threshold and from one demanding one casino to return his losses because of VPN issues.

Do you think casinos should implement a survey assessment from time to time to assess gamblers if they are comfortable spending more and if they are using VPN all the time even if they allow the use of VPN.

This is for the casinos to avoid issues in the future when players look for loopholes to regain their losses by charging them in court.

It's not actually a problem to them, they've been reminding gamblers that they should only gamble what they can afford to lose, and if they can't take it anymore, there's always the self-exclusion or they're all free to leave the casino and never pay a visit again.
At most times, it's not the casino's problem because they've been there to make money and it's a business. While those addicted gamblers, when they lose money, can't take it and they look for someone to blame their losses and the one that's always taking the blame is none other than the casino they're gambling with. But detecting a user's activity and asking a survey is actually a good idea to gather data from their users on these actual problems.
1739  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is this considered a safe practice on: May 21, 2023, 01:04:45 PM
Credit cards always leave a foot print behind wherever you use them for spending or paying bills, it's not a safe practice at all if using them on online casino, those casinos are all centralized companies, and they can get a hold of your card details to do some things behind your back.
Exactly and that's why thinking of it as a safe practice will not really be considered as safe if you're going to use your credit cards for this actual purpose.
You'll never know who's gonna use it back when you've placed it on them. They can use it for another purpose, not the actual card but the details of it, at least this is for those unethical casinos that do operate but also have some unethical business together with their operations. Try to research about credit card fraud that people have been reporting and ask them if one of their usage is with a casino, who knows if some interviews will say a yes.
1740  Economy / Economics / Re: Retirement Age for Workers - Does this Make Sense? on: May 21, 2023, 11:12:51 AM
Now people are not looking for the long term jobs. They are now looking for the business which can help them grow.
Not really, if there's an opportunity to work for long-term jobs. There will be people that are quick as a flash to take it as long as the opportunity permits them to stay for the long term. People want security and this is a real thing while everyone wishes to have a business and grow with it. For most starters, having a job is a sign of having no failure at all but if it's for having another source of income then business is the other source that we're thinking of. That's why even if there have been people on their jobs and they've worked for so long and even they're already old, they won't just leave it because there's the stable income that they get from it. No offense to both parties but wherever you're happy and earning hard earned money, that's the best place where we can be as long as we're happy and enjoying.
