Since there is not that match action in Dota 2. You may want to follow the Malta Vibes #3[1] which has some matches that are happening for this day. There's a trending player now from Russia who's named Satanic. Lol, what a name but that guy is still a kid and he's a child prodigy. He's playing in this tournament together with other American players under the banner of 4 Zoomers and with Taiga. They have a match later under 3 hours from now.

1202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting Features on any Banking or Financial apps should be Removed on: September 09, 2023, 10:43:12 AM
It just goes against their main principle of helping people to save and to be more knowledgeable about finance. I mean yeah, we're gamblers and we advertise casinos but something like this shouldn't happen. They're the bank and should stay as is, and with the service they offer to the people. That's not the right platform to add as something that's permanent on their app. A background check for that bank must be made by its central bank if it's allowed or not.
After the discussion I checked my bank app to see that feature and try to use it,  but I find out that,  you can only found your betting account from the app and not being able to place a bet directly on those bank apps.
Well, that's too much if that banking app will allow you to place bets directly from them. They'll have to redirect their customers and users to the actual casino.

I think,  those bank are just serving as payment gateways for those casinos and that is still within the services of the bank so no one can really blame them for that.
They do but they shouldn't be there in the first place even if they're not allowing you to bet directly. But one thing is that, they're allowing you to deposit through them and likely partnered with that casino.

@passwordnow. Agreed, this is why it is called gambling, risk taking or speculating hehe. However, if Larry Fink mentions that they can see a future towards tokenization, we can be quite certain that inflows of funds will certainly go into protocols that implement RWA.

However, another speculation. Where and what blockchains would much of these RWA projects be created? I reckon some people from traditional finance already know.

True. They are the ones that make the trend, it makes sense when there's something new and they're implementing that to make everyone FOMO.

I agree. I think this is the new trend that gambling is going to be. Maybe it's still in the early stages but this can only be accessed by those who have capital and expertise in the financial sector. If blackrock says they will tokenize assets in the real world then get ready for major inflation. Because when it is made in the form of a token of course the price can be very high and if this tokenization becomes the future I think there will be a crash of FIAT.
I guess that they're able to introduce it not that easy to the market but soon, they're going to make it look like as if it's a new trend that people should be welcoming about. The edge of the companies that are known to the tech and finance industry are higher and better and that's why bbc is right that they're the ones who already aware of that possible trend that's about to come.
1204  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting Features on any Banking or Financial apps should be Removed on: September 08, 2023, 11:14:02 PM
AFAIK, most banks are mad with any connection to gambling and that's why if a depositor has been tracked that there's some money that comes into his account from a betting site, they're putting it as a red flag. I'm not sure if that's the majority of the banks but that's what I have seen. And with that banking app that @OP shared probably has a partnership with the betting app that will redirect you upon clicking that icon of betting. Well, if so then it's all about the money that that bank is for.
Yeah this law of placing accounts with gambling deposits on a red flag applies to countries where gambling is illegal and that is one of the major reasons why regulators always monitor the incoming transactions of their citizens to see who is violating the law,  and Another thing again to note is that,  banks as commercial entities will partner with whatever firm that could possibly generate steady patronage such as casinos and where the law allows it their get involve in it in full force.
It just goes against their main principle of helping people to save and to be more knowledgeable about finance. I mean yeah, we're gamblers and we advertise casinos but something like this shouldn't happen. They're the bank and should stay as is, and with the service they offer to the people. 1205  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What did you do After Reaching your Bitcoin Goal? on: September 08, 2023, 09:41:25 PM
I may reach my Bitcoin goal very soon all thanks to majorly the Dollar Cost Averaging strategy. I have been investing some specific amount into Bitcoin every month since the past couple of years. I have been at least 80% consistent in doing that through the dips and the funds and the bears and the pumps. The question that's been on my heart is what do I do when I finally reach this goal: set a new one and DCA or just keep DCAing without any goal in mind. If you have reached reached your Bitcoin goal what did you do after then?
Whether you will have to make another goal or continually DCA without a goal on your mind, you'll still be thinking of something new like a challenge that you have to overcome. That's how it goes usually after hitting the goal that we were able to set before.
I have reached a few of the goals that I was able to set but it doesn't end there. Because like what you've said, we can renew it if we want to and be the better version of it and prove to ourselves that we're better than the old goal that we're able to reached.

Anyway, I will watch his game with great interest. Tundra had odds of 5.3 to win on TI 12,
That's small to be considered but I don't want to get into those odds on what is their chance of winning the TI12. I can say that all of the teams there now have the chance to win it. I'll bet per game and if I'll go with the TI12 winner, it's quite hard to decide on it now.

I wonder how the bookmakers will change it now
If that was the current odd, I guess that it's really going to change into a lower one. It's a solid team and also a former TI champ but, it's always been hard dota for all of these participating teams.
1207  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What are the procedures to follow when I want to invest? on: September 08, 2023, 03:12:44 PM
3. Why is using Bitcoin better than using conventional currencies?
It's better when you're going to do transactions offshore. Because there's no central authority and there's no third party that it has to go through that will take up to 3 business days for the confirmation. And that's what we're talking about as a currency, not mentioning it as a store of value. Being it that has a fixed supply makes it better than the typical currencies that we've got and that's because they can print endlessly compared to Bitcoin. So, its value will keep on increasing as the demand increases as one of its property is its scarcity.

@passwordnow. I would agree that the early investors on RWA are gamblers, however, if the inflow of fiat and stablecoins are increasing quickly from $5 billion total value locked to more than $500 billion total value locked, I reckon this would be a gamble that will give you a higher chance of winning if you are early.
Yup, that's true and it's always the first risk-takers that get to have those profits but of course, there's the possibility that they get nothing.
I didn't know that there's much locked value on it and that's for sure going to be provide liquidity if some companies have already started in doing so.
1210  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos Should Also Be Prepared For Health Emergencies on: September 07, 2023, 10:12:57 AM
You don't have to stop the dealer, it should be the initiative of the dealer to at least get some call and help from guards or other staff that can assist him in that situation. Yeah, other players can also do that but they have no accountability as they're on their own. But as an employee, we all know that they take into account customers' experiences and concerns. And it's not just about it, it's about humanity and compassion but seems it's not there during that time.

No one noticed the man until it was too late and he was already gone. I’m pretty sure that if someone did, he would have been taken care of and wouldn’t have died. No one, including the dealer should have to babysit anyone as casinos expect their customers to come in healthy enough to spend their money.
Agreed, as an employee, he may have an obligation to make the customer have a good experience but again, no one quickly noticed the man had a problem. I’m sure the dealer would have called for some sort of medical help onsite before being rushed to a hospital. No one is at fault here.
It's not about baby sitting or whatnot, you're in a business and your top priority is the concerns of your customers. I don't know why you guys are disregarding the customer service on this fact. Whether they're a casino or just a typical business, they have to take care and be watchful with their customers. It's about giving the best service and approach to them. Yes, they're a casino but just like that we're having on online casinos, we're being taken care of by most of them. As for the dealer not noticing it quickly, when there's something odd since it's a face-to-face game, it should have been noticed easily.
1211  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Alteration of bitcoin 21M cap: Is it possible, necessary or needless? on: September 07, 2023, 08:35:33 AM
What do you have to say about a sudden alteration of the bitcoin 21 million cap perhaps in the future. Do you think it should ever be increased ?
No, if it works and nothing is broken, there's no need to fix it and that limit is already enough.

What would an increment mean to you? And can an alteration of the supply limit spell a disaster as some opined?
I don't know but it sounds like there will be no real decentralization if it happens to be increased. That's why these debates should remain a debate, and if these people want to alter the limit then they just do a hard fork of it and make their own altcoin.
1212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos Should Also Be Prepared For Health Emergencies on: September 06, 2023, 11:14:46 PM
It depends on the kind of health condition that is involved in this kind of condition, you can't expect someone who is having a critical health condition to go out in the first place to gamble, and for those in the category of a manageable conditions, if the situation worsen when they go out, they would rather be transferred to the hospital than being taken care of in the casino, casino is not a place we should expect health treatment because it will require professionalism to attend to a patient when the medical practitioners are not present.
I am sure that the victim knows his own health condition. And that's why if there were incidents of a sudden attack on him then he shouldn't go elsewhere or if he's going, he should be accompanied by any of his relatives or someone he knows to assist him. Professionalism can be set aside when someone's deteriorating.

It is part of the sensitiveness one can observe in big cities and in this part of the world.
There are several reasons the casino worker may not feel prompted to help the man, he could have thought he was drunk or under the effect of those drugs people may consume when engage in gambling, instead suffering a cardiac arrest. Even if he was not sure what was going on, there are casinos and businesses in general in the United States which are very tight when comes to efficiency and work time of their employees, we could argue there is a chance that guy was under pressure to keep his job and chose not to interrupt his shift, for the sake of not making things more difficult in the eyes of his boss.

Ironically, because all this situation ended up with a lawsuit, it could have completely backfire on the casino and that particular employee.  Sad
That's the sad part about that, the employee is just doing his job but a bit of compassion and concern during that time can be taken into action. Like calling some guards to assess the situation and if immediate help is in need. It's just like one call away and let the rescue being done by those staff that he called and continue the dealing task he's asigned.

That's like limiting the life of the person and I'm not for it. There are better ways to handle this and that's not restricting the person to do as he pleases. It should be common knowledge that huge establishments have at least 1 onsite doctor and nurses available any time that are ready for these emergencies. Unfortunately, it's not the medical professionals that made the ultimate mistake, but the dealer who didn't even bat an eye on the man lying awkwardly by the table.
Yeah, that could still be boggling his mind until now. And thinking of the ifs during that situation but what's done is done, and feeling concern for the customer is a must in any customer-facing business and even not, so in general, in any business.

Why stop at just the dealer? How about the other players sitting at the table. Surely they’re wrong too as they all sat with the man at the table and equally failed to notice that he had died.
I don’t think the dealer noticed the man was in any trouble. If it was noticed, I bet it would have been taken care of a lot faster and the man would have received some sort of first aid on-site and later taken to a hospital. It’s simply bad for business to be inattentive and allow such tragedy occur in the business premises that could have be easily prevented. No fault lies with the dealer in my opinion.

No one wants to have a heart attack in the middle of an activity, and no one knows when someone will have a heart attack. But each person's humanity and concern indeed determine the next step. And when no one cares about the incident, that person can die, and no one can help him.

We just hope this case will not happen again in any casino so that no victims are helped too late because there was no preparation. Perhaps the casino needs to inform all its customers that anyone who wants to play gambling must ensure their health first because of this incident. And this requires cooperation between all parties.
Those casinos that have seen this news or following strict protocol from the government have for sure medics on the side. Whilst we really don't know when heart attack will happen, the customer himself knows his condition and should have been neutral and mild on himself before going to such places. That's why for me, both were wrong.
1213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The next trending storyline in DeFi might be RWA on: September 06, 2023, 10:09:33 PM
I agree, that it has become different today and just like the AI trend there have been those type of projects before but wasn't noticed because the focus were not on those. I guess they were saved for today's time and when we seem to run out with new ideas, they're going to come in. Who knows if they're going to be the next trend and maybe by next year when the market is about to get back to its former shape, the new ideas will come again such as RWA and there might be a smooth transition for its introduction.

The difference on who will implement the next RWA storylines is it will not be the hustlers and the clowns in the cryptospace. It will be the rulers and the real criminals from traditional finance hehehe. They will bring their trillions and tokenize anything that could be sold to retirement funds and pension funds.
That sounds scary, I feel that many will be missing out again or those who won't are likely to be the real gamblers.
It's gonna be like another trial and error for them for sure, as it goes from the pros in the finance.

CBDCs are right around the corner, so it might not be long enough before digitized RWAs become a big hit.
Possible that they will be a thing together when the bull run comes, it's like we always need something to push the market up.

Hi, i wager only 100 $ and i want to withdraw my balance but i have in pending for 3 days my withdraw and they want to submit kyc, i complete kyc but for 3 days they told me to wait. For me duelbits is a SCAM site.
Nope, Duelbits isn't a scam. If that's the instruction that was given to you then you really have to wait. If there's no certain time of how long you should wait, you need to be patient. There's no harm if you're going to follow it up so that your concern will be placed on top of the queue again. Remember that you're not the only one that's being taken care of but, it's not an excuse though. You can ask nicely for the follow-up so that you'll know what's the progress of your account and pending approval.
1215  Economy / Economics / Re: CBDCs are created for unemployment purpose on: September 06, 2023, 03:22:31 PM
I'll compare this to the feeling that most of us got when we first met Bitcoin/crypto. The thought of it replacing the traditional banking system was intense and there. However, upon realizing that it's hard to replace the traditional banking system, there were thoughts and ideas that we share about it being co-existing. There could be new technologies that the banks will meet but they can remain to the traditional system that they can and stay as is. Or, if the trend and new emerging technologies are fairly beneficial to their business, that's possible to happen and we still don't know if this applicable with CBDCs, maybe it is and maybe not.
1216  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos Should Also Be Prepared For Health Emergencies on: September 05, 2023, 08:07:45 PM
Both were wrong, the victim shouldn't go somewhere else where his family can't watch him when he's aware that when he's attacked by his sickness, no one will be able to help and watch him out. And when the guy was attacked by that disease, the dealer just continued to do his thing? Where's the humanity and being concerned on that part? Yes, the show(job) must go on but how can that dealer attained to just see it around when the guy was being attacked and it's obvious by that time that he's struggling, right? Instead of calling for help, yet he continued to deal.
1217  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your perception about crypto games? on: September 05, 2023, 02:11:02 PM
Were there certain games that you've observed that don't have a good performance since you mentioned the bull run and how it looked like during that time? Please specify as well if these "crypto games" you're saying are the actual ones that we get from the casinos.

There's the confusing terms that we're using on this space that when you say that, you can possibly talking about the NFT or games that allows you to earn crypto or tokens and the same goes for these gambling games. The perception that you might have been asking varies on person to person based on what it is but to prolong the discussion, you just need to discuss and clarify some things.
I am not by any means trying to advertise any these but for the sake of clarity to the discuss. Here's a link to the crypto games am asking  https://dappradar.com/tag/play-to-earn?gclid=Cj0KCQjwgNanBhDUARIsAAeIcAts-Xvi1wiZkpPs0kENByxgj5oQkaHB69EinhmXwpX6thewvaq-0UEaArkQEALw_wcB
I see, so it's about the play-to-earn games that you're discussing and it's not just limited to the typical P2E games that we've used to see. There's also gambling on it. Since many of these games have been dead, choose what p2e game you're going to play and gamble it.
And most of them requires some fees for each move that you do, I don't know with what has caught your interest but see to it that you actually know what you're doing because majority of them are no longer getting the attention that has came to them during the bull run of 2021.
1218  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: September 05, 2023, 12:40:13 PM
but I assume they did it to cut down on operational cost and expenses, in other to increase profit .
Cost cutting is usually the reason for these slashes of their commission percentages and that can't be foreseen. But with such experience from the others, you are having the idea that it can happen elsewhere when you're expecting it. Another reason might be that some plan offers they're about to open.

Yeah, Cost cutting is the typical move of some casino to lessen expenses from affiliates especially for those affiliate that doesn’t invite new referrals and only relying to the existing invites that they already profited for a long time. Retroactive affiliate commission is not new affiliate system of casino since the affiliate can’t pull out their invites anymore once they already registered and made tons of bets in the casino due to VIP level.
They have more favor to the ones that are actively having new referrals and affiliates and that's why it's favorable to the active and hardworking ones. That's a motivation for them to keep on working very well not just for the casinos sake but also to them. And as for the Duelbits' affiliate partners, they're sure to have the best partner and casino to work with.

duelbits did something like that? I didn't keep up.
Nope, we're just overwhelmed when nukerboy shared his great affiliate journey with Duelbits.  Smiley
In fact, he praised Duelbits for being the best in affiliate that he has used.

Duelbits is by far the best site in terms of affiliate commissions I have been working with. For $25 000 wagered by my referral they paid me almost the same commission as another website paid me for $180 000 wagered by him there too.
I like also the fact that you know exactly what your bonuses will be Smiley
1219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The next trending storyline in DeFi might be RWA on: September 05, 2023, 11:22:25 AM
@passwordnow. It did not get much attention on 2017 because the cryptospace did not have enough of the infrastructure it presently has today. Also, the interest from traditional finance was only limited towards bitcoin, altcoins and their ICO scamcoins. The cryptospace today is very different and certainly much more ready to accomodate tokenization of real world assets and securities.
I agree, that it has become different today and just like the AI trend there have been those type of projects before but wasn't noticed because the focus were not on those.
