2101  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can help all nations. on: February 13, 2023, 08:41:15 PM
How did that 800M come from ?

Same question, I haven't follow how much they invested on Bitcoin and when did they sell to take profits.

But regardless of the question though, Bitcoin can indeed help all nations, but there is a caveat as well, not all are willing to invest specially if this talk about the whole country's economic outlook. It will be a big risk for the sitting President like Bukele to believed on Bitcoin itself. That's why the IMF had issued warnings but El Salvador stood firm on Bitcoin and if this news is true then another good example how it can help a poor nation generation money to pay off it's debt although there will be skeptics here for sure.
2102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 4 Altcoins to look at in 2023 on: February 13, 2023, 11:08:29 AM
For me, amongst those on the list, I only have Ethereum in my portfolio, I have nothing against the 3 of them, but for me it's better to stick to where I have been profiting in the last couple of years as I investors.

So no complains here, if you have them, then good, might be good to add BNB or ADA, obviously, this two I have as well because again, in the last bull run, it also get me a good profit so I will just repeat the process till the next bull run.
2103  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much time For next halving? on: February 13, 2023, 10:47:14 AM
Next Bitcoin Halving can effect  crypto market ?
price will Pump ?

Probably it's between last week of April to 1st week of May.

If we can based on past history, yes, usually bitcoin halving is the final catalyst for a bitcoin bull run. How big it is? we really don't know. Conservative estimates put it at around $100k at least, so you do that match.

Last all time high is more than $60k and there are also numbers being thrown that the next ATH will be 2x or 2.5x of the previous run in 2021.
2104  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue - WBC and WBO 122 lbs bout - May on: February 13, 2023, 09:59:40 AM
Inoue is taking a risk, there is little doubt in my mind this is the case, and we have a very recent example with Canelo, Canelo has a huge punching power on his division, but as soon as he moved up and fought against Bivol his punching power became trivial and Bivol dominated him clearly, now I think of Inoue as a better fighter than Canelo so it is likely he can overcome this, so it is a risk to fight a champion right away but even then I still think he can win.

Inoue taking a risk? Fulton is even the underdog in this match. Inoue can surely handle Fulton. That Canelo's case is different from Inoue's today, Canelo is pushing for a big difference in the environment when he chooses to fight Dmitry Bivol. Just wait and see how Inoue will beat Fulton and unify all other belts at the Super Bantamweight division.

As we speaks, Inoue as a challenger is still the Favorite to win the match.

I believe Canelo was also the favorite when he fought Bivol, but it turns out he was well dominated by the speed and size of a champion. Maybe this fight is quite different as Inoue is the heavy favorite, and I think Inoue is very much comfortable with the new weight class.

Yes, he was. However, Inoue and Canelo are completely a different fighter. So, different fighter, different weight class, and definitely will have different outcome.
In this match, Inoue will surely going to be heavily favoured than Canelo had when he fought Bivol.
I am one of those who admire Inoue, as he is a complete fighter. Not underestimating his opponent, but more of believing what Inoue is capable of.

I think it depends on their opponents, in the Bivol fight, I would say that Bivol is great but for sure he is not yet exposed to casual boxing fans as it is the 147 lbs who is the biggest draw followed by Heavyweight division.

So yeah it's completely different division and there's not need to compare in my opinion. But we all know that Canelo get REKT by Bivol, hehehe.

Now's is the question whether Fulton has that ability to believed in himself to beat the Monster in his hometown.
2105  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: February 13, 2023, 09:30:14 AM
Celtics won the game despite missing 2 of their starters. This team played great defense and the main weapon in their game was their 3-point shooting. I think Memphis needs to improve their rebounding department, and also they love to play one-on-one which makes them very predictable.

The good ball movement is gone, we know that Morant can generate points, but eventually, he'll be tired and will be less accurate.
Who is this Sam Hauser from the Celtics? Cheesy The name isn't that popular, but he scored more than 10 points in his last 4 games.

What's good with the Celtics is their depth. In the playoffs, this is what you need. A good starters and a bunch of role players that can step up. The depth of the Celtics is just way too good because they have players that can step up in absence of their core players. They don't have neither Brown or Smart, but they have players like White, this Hauser player and their newly acquired Muscala who scored double digits. Add as well their three-point shooting which the shot 21/51 for 41.2% from it. How can the Grizzlies allow them to shot 51 tries and make 21 of them?

Many are looking at the Suns right now ever since the KD trade, but let's not forget about the Celtics. I still believe that with their roster, they can dominate the East in the playoffs and has a high chance to go to NBA Finals again.

I agree, Ja Morant has reasons why he is looking at Boston Celtics, right now they are on top of the East, just slightly behind the Bucks who are in a 10 game winning streak.

But I think Celtics is more complete and I would say that their stint in the Finals last year was a blessing for them. Now they are more mature and even if they have a issue in the beginning (coach), they are not that affected and it seems everyone has forgotten that already. And now we have seen players in their bench like Sam Hauser who is contributing, their bench is deep and I think only Milwaukee can match it in the league.
2106  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman on: February 13, 2023, 09:13:26 AM
Yup, not the same with Ugas where Spence completely dominated the fight, unless Thurman is no longer the same I mean
if Thurman does not adjust with the way Spence will take him

But I'm also positive that Thurman will give Spence a fight that he aren't going to dictate the tempo or the direction.

It will be a tough one for Spence, an expected toe-to-toe encounter between these two great fighters.

Thurman doesn't have any capability to take down Spence at all costs. Aside from being an inactive boxer, he seems not that serious now about getting a title at least. Since he lost to Pacquaio, Thurman became a soft Thurman unlike when he was one of the dominant boxers in the Welterweight.

His return to ring against Barios after a long hiatus is not even showed his usual power. I like Thurman to win here but realistically speaking, he can't outclass Spence. Even most boxing analyst thinks that this fight is going to be a landslide win for Spence.

maybe that was like a tune-up fight for Thurman. but don't know if his fight with Spence will still push thru. thurman is about 34 yrs old so he has still few years that he can be active. but his next fight should not be years in the making. his promoter should find bigger fights in prep for possible spence match. his latest performance still needs improvement to get back to where he was in terms of power.

It's more of a comeback fight and he should be showing us that he is ready for the big time show. Unfortunately, many of us see a different Thurman and made us conclude that he is no longer in his prime or somewhat getting old.

But still, he has been given the task to crack Spence in this fight although at 154 lbs and no belts in the line.

It's also interesting to note that Mario Barrios has made a comeback win as well as undercard or co main event in the Vargas vs Foster. Stop Jovanie Santiago in 8th rounds, so that is a good comeback and statement win for him to get back his confidence at welterweight division.
2107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Devin Haney vs Vasiliy Lomachenco - May 20 on: February 13, 2023, 08:24:31 AM
Yep, undefeated fighter, has all the belts, then definitely Haney has every right to demand more money from this fight and could be very well the A side as you have said. But probably the question from Loma is, who is going to bring fans to watch this fight? Haney's style is somewhat boring to most boxing fans as he hasn't knockout anyone. While on the other hand, I think Loma has the upper hand as far as fan based goes, his style, his technique in the ring and the quality of opponents he has face before. 60% is doable I think, and it could be a good base line split for this fight.
I agree, the one that should demand is the fighter that could bring more money to the fight, Loma's style is very entertaining, so I guess the fans will be watching that fight especially now that he is the underdog. If Haney will be paired with another defensive fighter, and even if it's a championship fight, for sure it will not satisfy the crowd as it will only end up a boring fight.

That is one of the comments for Haney, they say he is a boring fighter, others like his style but majority think otherwise. And this is also the reason why boxers like Tank Davis and Ryan Garcia has more fans even if they don't have any belts at this division. They are entertaining and brandish and they have the knockout punch and it electrifies the crowd when they will win in that fashion.

So Top Rank and Bob Arum should weigh everything, Haney could be the A-side as he has all the belts, but Loma has that style that fans wanted to see and so he is the one bringing them in the arena for the live gate sales.
2108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 13, 2023, 08:03:18 AM
Indeed, if he mange to win his upcoming fight, automatically the winner of Magsayo and Figueroa's fight will be declared as new title holder from that said division,

It's not automatic given there's another scenario.

The winner between Mark Magsayo and Brandon Figueroa will only be elevated from interim to regular champion if Vargas decides to move up if he wins against Foster. If Vargas loses, he will need to mandatory defend his 126 titles against the winner between Magsayo and Figueroa.

But for me, I'd rather see Vargas wins this match and move forward on achieving multiple titles per division.

If I'm not mistaken, it will be Vargas' 4th title division champion if he wins against Foster.

I guess that leads to the same thing mate as @Fredomago also stated above that "if he (Vargas) manage to win his upcoming fight" that would also mean that the winner of Figueroa-Magsayo fight will be declared as the regular champion and not as Interim champion, so somehow that's quite automatic as long as Vargas will conquer Foster successfully.

Not happening, Foster won against Vargas, it went to the judges scorecard: Tim Cheatham (117-111), Alejandro Rochin (119-109) and David Sutherland (116-112).

So it was a mastery from Foster and I think this is how you beat a brawler like Vargas, combination of slick defense, orthodox stance, which might have confused Vargas in the beginning.

And Foster has outlanded Vargas in every category to win his first title.

Vargas though remain a champion, WBC featherweight and most likely he will go down again. Making the Magsayo vs Figueroa a very interesting fight because if Vargas will defend his belt, it could be either of this two.
Foster definitely proved to be a master in the ring. He used a combination of slick defense and an orthodox stance that seemed to confuse Vargas, and it paid off as he came out on top. I'm also excited to see how the Magsayo vs Figueroa fight plays out, and if the winner will face off against Vargas. If it's Magsayo, I'm sure he'll be eager for a rematch to prove that he's the better fighter. However, he'll need to make the right adjustments, especially after seeing how Foster defeated Vargas. It's all about adapting and making the right moves in the ring!

Right, and for those who haven't seen the fight, here are the highlights of the fight:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=voIiJWRqSJk

As I have said, you can see how slick the style of Foster is, typical African-American stance made famous by Floyd, the Philly shell. And it's hard to crack it, only few boxers have known how to fight against that stance.

Yes, and again, with this lost by Vargas, it's more intriguing the Magsayo vs Figueroa outcome. And both have seen what happen to Vargas and they know that he will go down to their weight class to insert him name. Nevertheless he is the current champion so both will have no choice but to fight Vargas.
2109  Economy / Gambling / Re: Buy 1xbit used and big limit account on: February 13, 2023, 07:47:48 AM
I buy 1xbit loss id. If you loss over 1000 dollar on id. you can contact me.
my telegram id - @imsaimon
Conditions:
1. First I check your Id.
2. Your id must active.
I will give you a good amount. You can massage me anytime.
If everything ok we can make a good deal.

OP I don't think that can be achieved here. As you can see for yourself  here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3906360.220 1xbit already flagged a a scam project and promoters of the 1xbit campaign all flagged as well. Virtually every one on this platform knows about them and complaints coming in about them scamming their registered members. After all these said, what are you doing with loss account as stated by you, you requesting for an ID at first does not conote any good sign. If someone should give you their ID without having any details about you what is the possibility that their ID would still remain private?
You did not mention escrow which would have been better if you requested for an ID for which I think you could get possible turn up but I think your chance of getting one here is minuit as no one would want to deal or getting involved with 1xbit.

I think the question is why is the OP insisting on playing on 1xbit when it's obvious that the casino has a lot of issues?

sir i just want to buy 1xbit minus losses id so i can bet on 1xbit big amount. if you know about 1xbit. they suspend big amount player id after 1 or 2 bet. they dont want us to make profit. but minus and losses id can make more bets. they dont ban instantly. I never force someone to sell me or contact me. Its just post that i want to buy. If anyone interested i can buy.

Lol, then what's going to happen if those accounts won big?

You said that they are going to suspend if you make huge profit, then how can you withdraw or make money from it? What if they flagged your account becasue you are making big amount?

I really don't understand the reasoning here by the OP. In any case, good luck on your strategy.
2110  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: February 13, 2023, 07:25:42 AM
I forgot to post my bet here, but I did in our local board.

Celtics vs Memphis - I'll go with the Celtics at -4.5 @2.01. Game is too early in my timezone, and this is already a win for Boston. 119-109
Raptors vs Pistons - Raptors, -9.5 @1.81.

And then I parlay this two for a 3.64 odds.

Too bad Detroit was able to make a run late in the game to make it a 4-point game. And the 3 points at the buzzer create the final score of 119-118 in favor of Toronto. It killed your parlay and lost your single bet. You won the Celtics bet though.

My bets are moneyline, so I won my parlay, but it has smaller odds.

We have more games tomorrow, 13 to be exact.

Yeah, Raptors almost lead the whole game with double digit lead but they allowed the Pistons to come from behind and almost took the game from them.

Congrats in your win smaller odds but for me I took the big risk and it didn't pay off, so just 1/3 for me.

@danherbias07 - I have singles too, that's why I still managed to get 1 win, hehehe.

We have a lot of games so it's time to get some revenge win.  Grin
2111  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin 12,000 in 2023. on: February 12, 2023, 11:37:40 PM
Let me make my point do to my observation in cryptocurrency and i believe that the market is fluctuating and it never come to conclusion to say Bitcoin is going low or high, the market is moving up and also moving low, but i believe that whoever that wants to purchase Bitcoin should not hesitate to purchase for long term investment, and never have in mind that Bitcoin will go down more than the stage it find itself. So Bitcoin price or increment have no particular time it get accelerated, because the price is not measurable.
I've heard in several places that the price won't go below $20K, while it's always possible.
It's hard to predict what the future holds for bitcoin in terms of price, but following the positive trend early in the year, I can expect days to get better for a negative market recovery in 2022.

When someone has doubts, then I think they can consider DCA for their investment needs. Price fluctuations keep going, it never stops but $12K is getting harder and harder to come true as long as no big crashes hit the bitcoin market. We are getting closer to the halving, which means it is more likely to expect $20K to be even stronger for support.

It's hard to predict because there are unknown events that can happen in the future. Black swan like Terra in the beginning, we are affected and price went to lower lows of $17,500 and we say that it won't go down again. And then we have the FTX collapse, again, deep impact to the bitcoin market, another lower low for this year at $15,500.

So the same this year, we have a good run last month, 40%++ pushing the price almost $25k. Then we have a minor correction -6% to $21,500. That's how unpredictable the market is, and if by chance there is a incoming black swan again, maybe we will see and touch another lowest low.
2112  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Devin Haney vs Vasiliy Lomachenco - May 20 on: February 12, 2023, 11:25:04 PM

Right now, when the negotiations is still ongoing as there are news that Haney wanted more money, I don't know who to go to.

I don't believe in the news like that, it's just a speculation IMO. Well, Haney is entitled to a bigger slice of the pie here, but not to disrespect Loma because he is still a winner, I mean, maybe some think that Loma's out of his prime already, but this is the only big fight we've seen him this year, we should see first before we make a judgment.

As per Mike Coppinger of ESPN:

Quote
Mike Coppinger of ESPN reports that undisputed lightweight champion Haney (29-0, 15 KOs) was “concessions” from the former three-division world champion Lomachenko (17-2, 11 KOs) in terms of money to make the fight happen for May 20th.

https://www.boxingnews24.com/2023/01/devin-haney-wants-concessions-from-vasyl-lomachenko-negotiations-stalled/

So it's up to us to whether believed that reliable source or not.

The only thing is that Bob Arum says that everything is ok and it's just the venue that they are looking at. And now we hear this kind of news, it's either boxing politics or money that prevented us seeing a great fight. But I think this fight will happen, Loma is eager to get back his belt and became undisputed champ. While Devin wanted to cement his legacy and one more win before he moves up.
2113  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cbet.gg SCAM 3600USDT on: February 12, 2023, 11:13:46 PM
Ouch, that is a big money to lose on a casino, so another big lesson here. I do agree that trustpilot is not that reputable as far as reviews because the casinos could have been buying those reviews, in short they are fake and many could have been trap by it. Second, not sure how the OP got to play on that casino without having any ANN thread here. And if you search here in the community, this thread is the first one that is going to pop up. Third, since the OP is already, you can look for more reputable casinos here.

I guess you can charge this one to personal experience, never ever play to a casino that doesn't have any name or established their names in this industry because there are a lot of scammers here.
2114  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: February 12, 2023, 11:01:30 PM
I've been watching this issue ever since they reported that the Trail Blazers had been giving him Toradol shots just to make him play the game.
Will they really give him back or will the Blazer just pay the fine and the trade will continue? I mean, it's not like the Warriors had given up a healthy James Wiseman (4-way deal), he is also prone to injuries just going back and forth after some games. I'd pick GPII over Wiseman but I guess it's the transparency about the health issues that made them mad.
Quote
Sources: Dubs interested in keeping GP2 despite failed physical
https://www.nbcsports.com/bayarea/warriors/sources-warriors-interested-keeping-gary-payton-ii-despite-failed-physical
Without Curry for their offense, the Warriors will rely mostly on defense and they badly need help on that end of the floor but with GP2 being benched too, this will be a big problem for them. It's like nothing was changed.

I was under the impression that when they got Donte Divincenzo, he is the one replacing GPII in the line up. And in some games, not just Donte provided defense, but also a good contributor, like 10 points or more.

Maybe the Warriors management really like GPII in their organization. They still have Thompson and Poole for the offense in the absence of Steph, it's just that they have issues closing the game for good.
2115  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Nonito Donaire vs Jason Moloney on: February 12, 2023, 10:23:00 PM
Ok, it seems that Donaire will have to wait for his next opponent, the WBC has ordered Nawaphon Kaikhana vs Reymart Gaballo as eliminator and winner facing Donaire for the belt.

Quote
Kaikanha and Gaballo are ranked number-three and number-four, respectively, though clearly not next in line as they will instead face each other in a bid to become mandatory challenger.

https://www.boxingscene.com/nawaphon-kaikhana-reymart-gaballo-wbc-bantamweight-eliminator-eyed-us--172443

I thought it will be Nawaphon Kaikanha (Sor Rungvisai) for the title or even Emmanuel Rodriguez. But since this fighters are rank 3 and 4, they will have to go to a title eliminator before facing Donaire.

Looking at this information, there is a huge possibility that Donaire will be facing Gaballo for the vacant title.  If that happens, this fight might be a rematch since they had faced each other last Dec. 2021 where Nonito won via KO in round 4 if I am not mistaken.

It looks like a favorable fight for Donaire, even if he has to fight Nawaphon Kaikhana who lost to Jason Moloney via unanimous decision, I think Donaire still has the advantage.

I agree, that's why I want to see Donaire either against Nawaphon Kaikanha (Sor Rungvisai) or Emmanuel Rodriguez. However, if the young Gaballo wins here, it's going to be all Filipino again for the WBC bantamweight title, which might not sit well for some of us because we don't want to see that kind of fight, specially Gaballo who is still very young and could be the next great champion, but there will be Donaire who is going to mess his plans. Nevertheless, again win-win for Filipinos since obviously whoever win between them will carry our flag with pride.
2116  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gervonta Davis vs Ryan Garcia on: February 12, 2023, 10:11:50 PM
Anyone see the odds for this fight?

Davis - 1.35
Garcia - 2.95

So that is a huge gap, Ryan Garcia is 3:1 underdog in this fight, hehehe, I don't think that should be the gap, but sport bookies think that Tank Davis is more of the complete fighter and totally disregard of Ryan's power.

And if ever the fight pushes through, it's better for Ryan's fans to go bet right now, go to Vegas and put a lot of money or for us, go to our favorite crypto bookies and have that bet on the ML.

that would give a very good motivation for garcia to prepare and be at his best when he faces davis. right now, that's the odds, so maybe when the fight is getting near, they may give garcia like 2.5x. but so far bookies are giving davis at the spot here. davis' last fight was a tko with hector garcia and it was only last month. whereas, ryan garcia's last fight was july 2022. the gap is quite long for garcia, whereas, davis seems to be at his best. so let's see if there will be upset here or not.
Definitely, the present odds will challenge Garcia to improve his performance and give his best shot inside the ring. Otherwise, Davis will beat him because it’s obvious that Davis is the crowd’s favorite here because of his impressive fights prior to this fight. So if I were Garcia, I’d see this as a great motivation to be more serious in this fight and refrain from talking nonsense as it’s always the performance that will only matter in the end. So good luck and may the best player wins.

Oh yes, boxers might not look at the odds when they have a fight, but for sure there will be someone in the camp that are going to whisper in their ear and tell them what the odds are. And since Garcia is so heighten in this fight and hearing that he is the underdog, yes, he could use this as extra motivation and inspire himself and his team to train better 110%.

However, him taking nonsense or trash talking is part of Garcia's personality, that's why he market and build himself and he has the talent. And fans love to hear him open his mouth though in every interview, because he always has some interesting things to say about his opponents.
2117  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Caleb Plant vs David Benavidez on: February 12, 2023, 10:00:24 PM
And probably this is where all the beef started between Caleb and the Benavidez:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5nVh_HLGI-k

As you can see there is confrontation between the two groups years ago, it was Jose Benavidez in the video but David is right behind.

And so the animosity between the two runs deep and that's why David is eager to get his hands on Caleb for slapping someone in his team, in could be Jose that got hit if I'm not mistaken.

Ok, we don't know what's the reason behind the Benavidez storming Caleb's Plant side on this one. Yes, probably there is a meaning behind all of this. Fortunately for us, we will witnessed it when they face each other in March.

No more excuses in this one, both have disrespected each other though, Caleb swinging and then the Benavidez trying to protect themselves. So let's see how this two is inside the ring and try to take off each other's heads.

I see, now I understand it because I thought that there was no rivalry or dispute between two camps before their discussion about the fight has started.
But as you guys are saying, it seems that this is quite personal for David Benavidez because Caleb Plant laid his hands on his comrade and we know what will happen next because the kid will thrive hard to give his comrade a revenge. This is getting interesting! Grin

Yeah, the rivalry and the hate has been like 4-5 years in the making. And we have seen that in the video that there is a confrontation between the two camps and now it become so personal that they have to settle it in the ring.

And Caleb says that Benavidez is the Interim and that winning against Dirrell, he has to face him. And so he is ready.

@serjent05 - yeah Sr says that his son are going to crack Caleb's head and Caleb mentions that Sr hehehe.

Ok, it seems that Donaire will have to wait for his next opponent, the WBC has ordered Nawaphon Kaikhana vs Reymart Gaballo as eliminator and winner facing Donaire for the belt.

Kaikanha and Gaballo are ranked number-three and number-four, respectively, though clearly not next in line as they will instead face each other in a bid to become mandatory challenger.

I thought it will be Nawaphon Kaikanha (Sor Rungvisai) for the title or even Emmanuel Rodriguez. But since this fighters are rank 3 and 4, they will have to go to a title eliminator before facing Donaire.
