2161  Economy / Gambling / Re: Btxwar.com new site on: April 10, 2022, 10:01:06 PM
I have to agree with all the comments here your website was created in a hurry, we are used to seeing gambling sites that are professionally created but unfortunately your website does not look like one there are too many typo errors, terms of service page is a very important part but you badly create it.

The team should dedicate more of their effort to make the site more credible.
I don't think people will just send their money to the site without any brief assessment of their service.
Terms of Service is very important if you are running the gambling site seriously.
So I guess, the team should improve the site and not in a hurry to possibly get bettors.
2162  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Wolf.bet Scam accusation on: April 09, 2022, 09:57:39 PM
Is Wolf.bet scam you? How much is the scammed money?
Well, based on your problem it looks like you are just having a hard time seeing the server seed, have you check your connection already? Better to contact the support or try other connection and access your account. If they didn’t tell you the reason for this then that could be alarming, try to contact them first.

The OP should reach out the wolf.bet though the rep was last online last year.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5167730.0

He can contact their site support first before throwing this accusation.
They are considered to be one of the reputable casinos here and as far as I know, they don't have existing allegations.
Maybe, you can also ask help fro Zwei - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2004043
He's the campaign manager of wolf.bet before, meaning he has direct contact with the owners.

edit : ok, he already posted here.  Smiley Try to follow his suggestion first.
And once, it is resolved, maybe the OP can close this thread.
2163  Economy / Gambling / Re: Do you prefer lots of promotions over better RTP? on: April 08, 2022, 11:48:32 PM
Now my question is this... do you prefer that a casino offer loads of promotions and campaigns and sponsorships and sacrifice RTP in favor of that.... or will you rather have a decent gambling experience with a better RTP?

Personally, I would choose a gambling website that offers the best return-to-player profit for the best possible scenario.

Gambling in itself is already risky- profits are not guaranteed and you suffer absolute loss of the money you wagered if you lost the bet. Assuming that the risk associated in one gambling site that has better RTP is the same with another gambling site that has tons of promotions, then I think it is obvious that you would choose the former.

Better to maximize all the profits since the risks associated with the two are the same. Though marketing in a gambling website gives you the sense of security that they are genuine, again, profits wise, best RTPs still win by a long shot.

I guess, I will prefer also the RTP factor here over promotions or campaigns/rewards.
Because most of the time, you are not able to participate in those promotions or contests.
So if you are just an occasional player not bothering those promotions, you will opt for better RTP.
At least, whenever you want to play, you know you are getting the better RTP among casinos.
2164  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: April 08, 2022, 10:42:54 PM
Let's say he wins on this match, I guess Casimero would choose to fight Donaire than Inoue despite of his statements last year that he's about to get a match against Inoue.

Of course, Casimero would go after a fighter that holds the belt, and if he wins the fight, he could be the undisputed champion, and then he can move in weight leaving Inoue beltless. Smiley

Actually, this is easier said than done because we all know how good Inoue is, he was even described as the next Manny Pacquioa.
Well, what I'm saying is about the interest could really be change even if he has already said his interest of beating Inoue last year. But a lot has been changed because both of them got to have their own match.

With the order of the WBO, he needed to match with Butler first and that has delayed their face up but that's totally fine. We will see if that tag line really suits him.

Up until now, we are waiting for the next fight of Casimero and the results.
So til then, we don't know what will be his next plans.
For now, we are sure that Inoue vs Donaire re-match will happen, and let us see how will this pan out.
I don't think Inoue will not give a good fight on this upcoming one because that will tell him what's next for him.
2165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dogecoin Spikes 10% After News Of Musk's $3B Stake in Twitter on: April 08, 2022, 09:33:58 PM
It is simply not realistic, pro users know the speculation is at its finest levels on social media. Elon Musk keeps pumping the altcoin bags with meme coins just for fun and we have no power to influence his decisions in this manner. The influencers should stop shilling the meme altcoins with HYPE news and it is simply not possible to 100% integrate meme shitcoins for everyday use as it was promoted on social media.

It is now on the users' hands how they will take such hype or pump from influential people like Musk.
They should know better touching meme coins or tokens by now.
As we don't know the ulterior motive of Musk towards doge or other coins, people are being left with opinions only.
If you want more tangible action, better look for projects with concrete use case and development plans.
2166  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin touched $43k, from $33k in two weeks on: April 07, 2022, 11:50:57 PM
Early april market corrected again due to a drop of more than 9% during the week, i hope the negative trend disappears soon and the market skyrockets again, if in 2021 april is skyrocketing because it reaches more than $63k, initially i was optimistic that april will soon reach $50k because the end of March the market moved positively and reached $49k.
conditions this year and 2021 are very different because this year there was a war that had a huge impact on the global economy and of course also had an impact on the crypto market. Many people think that the previous price hike is a sign that the bear market is coming to an end, but the current price drop confirms that the bear market is not yet over. I think $43k is a resistance line and in the next few days the price will most likely move up again, but to touch $50k it seems too far away.
This is true, the war definitely impacted the situation for sure and I do not know why people ignore that fact. This is a war between Russia, which is one of the biggest economies in the world, versus Ukraine which looks small but they got help from "west" which is Europe and the USA, which caused a big clash.

That should impact economy, not just in crypto but fiat economy as well and companies and everyone else. That's a big deal, and if you want to make sure that you are not bothered by this, crypto is a great way to do that, not just investing but actually earning it as well, would allow you to avoid any of the sanctions and be able to actually work with anyone around the world.

This war has in some way influence the world market and so with the crypto market, and we can't deny that.
The domino effect of this war is real extending to gas supply and other products.
And with this situation still ongoing, we need to keep an eye with the market.
Especially if you are an investor, so you know what to do with your funds, invest in some and sell some.
2167  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🌼BFG & BSW event for $140K+|📈BFG competition HOTBIT on: April 07, 2022, 11:14:29 PM
By the way, on the very first day, one lucky person won the main prize on the wheel!  Cool Shocked

Amazing! Shocked 13k bucks with a single clicks. I wish my salary at work would be like this one day.

Is it possible to get sort of a jackpot statistics. For example top10 winning amounts by users on BetFury and if possible add where they get it (slots, in-house, table games, competitions?)

I guess this player is a high roller, and he most likely collected a huge number of tickets in a short time. However, it is still impressive because he managed to win the main prize on the first day of the event. In addition, it is worth noting that the chance to win this prize is only 0.00063%.
Regarding the statistics of top wins, if you scroll down the main page of the Betfury site and click on the "rare wins" tab, you will see a list of top winnings. There is a gambler who has won more than 540k bsw tokens in the Gates of Olympus slot game.

I would say, he's indeed a very lucky one.
But who knows, if he is a high roller, that amount maybe is just a dust to him? But still a good amount for one spin.
In any case, it shows that betfury is attracting a very good number of gamblers.
Promos like this will further sustain the interest of their patrons and will keep on playing on their site.
2168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to grow my wallet? on: April 07, 2022, 10:12:42 PM
Lets say you are holding it and it hits ATH, of course you should sell it. Don't be greedy just like the others who thinks holding for a long time would benefit them (Yes, for some) but as much as you have profit sell it but you can sell only half of it as long as you have a secured profit and you can sell the other half when it increases more or buy more if the price pulls back after selling half after ATH.
For me personally, in investing trying to confirm the basic cost with the profit, if at some point I get the profit, then I will sell the coins I have, the big problem the profit is very much dependent on the purchase, so there is no reason to hold and not sell when the price starts to rise, that's why the time must be right, if we start investing

You don't know if after hitting the ATH, the price will go down and won't recover again.
So this case depends on the token itself. Better sell it while you are in very good profit.
But if you think the project has so much to offer and the team is still developing the platform.
Then, maybe, they can attain a new ATH but it is up to you if you will get your profits now or wait for another chance.
But better secure your profits because at least you are already in the positive side.
Most tokens don't recover after hitting their ATH, remember that.
2169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best online sportsbooks this 2022 on: April 07, 2022, 09:36:51 PM
. But I want to know your opinion in which are the best online sportsbooks for you this year.
Here's some good list of bookies which people could choose from.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5319239.0

Wide/huge list eh? therefore being the best wont really be that in precise since everything could really be depending on someones preference.
On my part i would only be making out bets on

1. Sportsbet
2. Cloudbet
3. Betcoin.ag

There are still lots which is good but this is where i do prefer.

Since the OP find this forum, he can very well see it for himself now.
If he will stay with the bookies found in the forum, he will find out that if he needs help, a lot will assist him.
But before going to any of the sportsbooks here, he can read related threads like mention above.
Also, don't forget to check the trust summary of each gambling site rep, it will give him idea about the casino itself.
The good thing about checking in this forum, is he will avoid potential scam gambling site.
2170  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there interested in a no KYC exchange. on: April 06, 2022, 11:59:24 PM
How are you going to run the centralized exchange minus KYC/AML compliance policy. It may look easy to you, but eventually law enforcement authorities are going to catch up with you.
Correct no KYC/AML just free crypto trading. You must see our service as a platform that can be hosted from anywhere in the world, so it's operated from everywhere in the world.

One day and exchange like Binance may block a user's funds and will request for KYC verification before releasing the funds. How will you go about this?

We use Binance internally as an "institution" we are fully KYC/AML verified. User won't interact directly with Binance we only use their "api' for trading and liquidity.

That means, you are a verified organization to use Binance?
Sorry, but don't understand how it goes using binance as your trading platform.
The traders will think, why not use binance itself for security purposes?
What is your assurance that people won't get screwed using your services.
I believe that's one major factor how you can gain the trust from traders.
2171  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I trade cryptocurrency with FX trading knowledge? on: April 06, 2022, 11:14:36 PM
I think what is important here is the foundation of your trading knowledge, since you already grasp the basics and probably had advanced knowledge on trading, you can use that to trade cryptocurrency.  You just need to change the variables like information, the kind of cryptocurrency you are trading, etc.

The concept from fx trading can help the OP in crypto trading.
I even started trading in crypto without the knowledge of fx.
So yes, it is possible for him to learn the ropes here.
He can start small, and try a reputable exchange in the beginning of his journey like binance.
They have very good liquidity. And also, start with top alts, don't be tempted from this meme or hype up tokens.
2172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Real miners never give up. on: April 05, 2022, 11:15:45 PM
Intel and the USA goverment can kill btc right now, joint operation, intel with the chip and the USA with the work and means, right now the most efficient chip is from Intel, for the USA gov to get to 51% is pretty easy. The easiest way would be to purchase some hashrate and the rest inhouse. There is nothing that the people can do if govs want to kill btc or any other cryptocoin, reason I always say, be extremely cautious, never go full retard.
Then why are they not killing it?

I mean, Bitcoin has proved a big headache to several Governments and Big corps that we all think have lots of money since it's inception, and yet they have failed to do anything. Why? Because the truth is that they can't do anything right now.

And so most of these companies are now joining the crypto market.
They realized that no matter what, it will proliferate even without their presence.
So if you can't beat them, join them, right?

And I don't think a single government can kill this now, even if it is the USA.
If they can, they may have done that already. But no one can.
2173  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Microstrategy rug us again? on: April 05, 2022, 10:30:30 PM
.... Does this institutional investors manipulating the price or traders is just using there news as a negative signal?
It's more like selling on the news which is a normal market reaction. There are still uncertainties with the Russia-Ukraine conflict that's affecting the global market so expect more people to quickly take profit when there's an opportunity even if it's just 10% or less.

Good scalping strategy these days will give you good profit.
But one should know that one wrong move and all those accumulated profits can be wiped out.
We don't know who or what is contributing to this up-and-down movement.
We can't attribute this trend from one institutional investor only because we also have no idea about their strategy.
Just keep your eyes open if you are heavily invested in this market. There are too many factors that are contributing to this market.
2174  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin touched $43k, from $33k in two weeks on: April 04, 2022, 09:47:11 PM
I think, in the midst of market conditions that are no longer filled with fear and increasing optimism in the crypto market, bitcoin is starting to show an improving performance where the price of bitcoin has increased significantly until it breaks the resistance level in the range of $40k. The current price increase indicates that we are back in a very strong bullish trend and the bitcoin price may be heading towards the $45k price level in the near future.
Currently the price is increasing but I was hoping to see lower prices so I could buy at even lower prices. Optimistic is good to hear but breaking 40k again seems difficult to me considering the current global conditions.

45k should not be thought of now. We should focus on buying at lower and strength the 35k and 30k levels first.

There will be ups and downs and the market will keep moving. We have to cope with that and get panicky by these movements. The key is to keep your nerve when the market goes down again.
Bitcoin is currently in an uptrend where the bitcoin price is currently back up to the $44k price range after dropping to the $38k level in the last few weeks. Maybe you can buy at the current price to trade long in the futures market because if the price continues to strengthen, then you can sell it in the $50k range for a profit.

If you are aiming to sell it at a higher range, let's say 50k, it means, you can wait for that period to happen.
Because some people can't wait to reach that price range, and sell their stash when they badly need their funds.
But if you do can wait, and highly believe about the future of bitcoin, you can even buy today at a price of $46k.
It is in your strategy how to take advantage of the market and get the benefits out of it.
As no one will take care of your assets but you, make sure you are not selling it at a loss because you are in a tight spot.
2175  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Free Gambling Course provided by OnlineGambling on: April 04, 2022, 09:27:06 PM
That's a lot of episodes to be watched.

For someone who wants to learn about it and has a lot of time then that's totally fine to get into it. But if you're a busy person then you can get back on that course again and again since it's just for free.

There could be a lot of people that won't agree to this course and will see that it's something bad because it's encouraging people to gamble.

This kind of endeavor really needs time and should we say, passion for this game.
Because without it, you won't go anywhere or progress on this game.
It may encourage people to gamble but that's not the problem of the site anymore.
It is up to you, as a user, if you are up to this game or not. They are just giving resources on how you can improve your game.
This needs a lot of time if you do really want to improve your skills and learn good tips how to increase your chance of winning.
At the end of the day, you are the one managing your time as well as your finances.
2176  Economy / Economics / Re: Ukraine VS Russia. Ideological or Economical conflict? on: April 04, 2022, 09:06:30 PM
Russia should actually be more worried about the Bosphorus strait and also the Dardanelles Strait for their access to the Mediterranean Sea and hope that the treaties will be honored in a time of war.  Roll Eyes

I think the gas reserve found in the basin of Crimea was the main reason why Russia wanted to expand it's borders... so it boils down to the economical factors and not the access to the Mediterranean Sea.  Roll Eyes

Putin also did not like it that a leader of the Ukraine was not controlled by him... and that is what happened since Volodymyr Zelenskyy came into power in 2019.  Wink  ( Zelenskyy is the first Jewish president and with Volodymyr Groysman as prime minister, Ukraine became the first country other than Israel to have a Jewish head of state and head of government. )  Source : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volodymyr_Zelenskyy

Reading the points from various users here as well as the OP, it seems that the major reason for this war is more on economical aspect.
But as we read the news during the early days of war, they were pointing out that the reason was because Ukraine wanted to be a part of NATO.
And with more and more analysis of what is happening between these 2 countries, we are discovering that there's really more than meets the eyes here.
But Putin's method is not a very good one to tackle this situation, or maybe, it is the only way he thought that will totally make Ukraine under his power.
2177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your favorite casino reviewer here in Bitcointalk? on: April 04, 2022, 08:35:27 PM
Bumping this thread, there are only 44 voters as of this time I believe there are more members of the community that hasn't voted yet surprisingly BTCGOSU has overtaken GamblingBro by only five votes, but with this poll, we have established who among the casino reviewers that we can trust and can give us good reviews, it's a big help for the community, maybe next year we'll have more active reviewer here because there are many experts here when it comes to gambling.
Indeed surprising because we reached 89 replies on this thread. There are replies from the same users but still there must be some users that forget to place vote or did not intend to vote. What's with them? Are they lazy or what? It was still a close fight though between btcgosu and gamblingbro but in the end only one can remain to be a winner and that is btcgosu but still props to gamblingbro, the guy was still good at reviewing gambling sites.

It's a good help to for a newbie to pick a reviewer, it can save them from bogus review sites that they can find outside or even here in the forum. For the old gamblers, we already know where to play with.

We should get more than 100 votes at least. Maybe, some users haven't voted but only read the thread.
Considering that these boards are highly active because of the gambling sig campaigns.
But in any case, the top 2, which are btcgosu and gamblingbro, deserved their spots.
There are several casino review sites in the forum but their services stand out among them.
They are not just reviewing for the sake of the possible affiliates that they can get.
But they truly experience what's been like to play on those sites and not just copy someone else's reviews.
If a newcomer happens to stumble their sites, they would appreciate for encountering these sites before they play in any of these casinos.
2178  Economy / Economics / Re: Pay in rubles or have your gas shut off by April on: April 04, 2022, 07:12:03 PM
Russia walked this backed: https://www.reuters.com/business/energy/russia-will-not-demand-immediate-switch-gas-payments-roubles-kremlin-2022-03-30/

Their messaging is confusing and their economy is too fragile to further restrict themselves from global commerce, so you can expect something like this to not go through. It sounded like an empty threat from the start and a mere desperate attempt to avoid sanctions. Appears Russia still has India and China open to them for unrestricted trading, but they cannot reasonable expect to cut off trading from the rest of Europe and keep their economy afloat.

Yeah, I don't expect them to just shut it off. This is more posturing but they might eventually go on with it in the future. After all this means they'd be getting Euros in exchange.

The action of shutting off would really be not immediate as there are some existing contracts that need to be filled.
Maybe, after those contracts expired, European countries will assess the situation and push thru the shutting down of Russian services.
But if they can't find immediate alternatives or replacement, they may possibly continue to pay Russia, but now in rubles.
They will definitely weight the situation, but they won't be shutting down Russian gas if they can't find alternatives.
2179  Economy / Speculation / Re: Evaluate your Bitcoin for next year on: April 04, 2022, 04:38:43 PM
We are still in the first quarter of 2022, it is never one year ago bitcoin got to ATH and it was $69000, be it anything though, what I am expecting in 2022 is bitcoin not to be bullish, do not let us expect recovery in 2022. Also if bitcoin had all time low of $3800 in 2020 which increased to almost 70000 in 2021, that means getting to $38000 is just a correction.
Correction is the right word. Comparing to what we were just one year ago these days, we are still more than 10x higher right now. People who think that we are in a bear market are wrong, we are in a bull market for the past 2 years, we are just having a correction time right now. And you may not expect a bull run from crypto in 2022, but I expect a bull run from crypto every single year. Doesn't mean that it will stay there, but I believe it could happen and pass away later on.

Just imagine it this way, what happens if bitcoin reaches to 60k after summer? And then drops to 45k once again during December? The result is not that different from today, but the road we took looks quite bull. I believe that could happen this year.

Sometimes, the bull or bear season in crypto depends on where you are basing it at.
So this is very subjective topic when it comes to crypto market because there's no defined bear or bull season.
It is up to the people how they categorize a certain period. So if we do really compare it with the previous years.
We can say, we are still in the bullish season. We will surely have the up and down movement.
But to what extent we will rise, depends on the market conditions. No one can actually tell when we will hit for a particular price.
2180  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] George Kambosos vs Devin Haney - Undisputed Lightweight Title - June 5 on: April 04, 2022, 03:32:17 PM
Ok, watch this press conference to announce the fight:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DhEbVTqBGu0

As you can see there's already a heated argument between the two, hehehe. Yeah, and this is going to be a war, winner becoming the undisputed champion.

That would make this fight very exciting to watch. Kambosos needs to collect one belt only to become an undisputed champion but Devin Haney is sure a tough opponent and he should stay focused like what he said in the conference. Kambosos looks so confident, I like that, it means he believes in himself that he can beat Haney although I think Haney is the favorite to win.

Kambosos has always been confident he has come a long way from being Pacquiao's favorite sparring partner, he only needs one title to become the undisputed Lightweight champion it comes too soon for him last year I thought Ryan Garcia will unite all the lightweight belts but it's Lopez and now Kambosos or Haney will have a chance to unite all the belts in the lightweight division.

I thought so too, but this time Kambosos and Haney have that chance to unify all the belts in this division. Although, Kambosos surely knows that this wouldn't be an easy path for him to take as Haney is also a tough one and will do everything he can to defend his title. Let's brace ourselves because this will be a tight fight, 2 more months to go!

Would be nice if the OP will also include a poll for this thread.
So we know what is the pulse of forum users or should I say, gamblers.  Wink
We are witnessing worthwhile matches these days. Seems that exhibition fights are already over.
Couple of months will be fast, so high likely that both boxers are already preparing even before this announcement.
