2381  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: accurate sport prediction on: August 17, 2022, 02:42:37 AM
Hi guys, pls can anybody send me a website or  football tip star that give accurate football tips that as high success of winning rate or if you know of s reliable site or tip star that give fixed football matches kindly pm thanks

Anybody who claims to know the future and give accurate predictions is a scammer or sharlatan. And anyone who offers to sell you their predictions/courses/tips in exchange for "a fee" only cares about one thing: your money.

Don't be foolish.

Nobody can provide you with accurate sport predictions. There are only prediction estimates and sometimes they can get quite close. They are however always free. Just browse this forums gambling subforums and be active with the community. You will find a lot of data which will help you make your own "accurate predictions".

Also fixed matches? Lol. Even if someone knows insider info why would they give that info away? To get caught or to win less money?
2382  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Houston Texans become 1st NFL team to accept crypto for ticket sales on: August 17, 2022, 12:43:14 AM
Quote
The Houston Texans enter the crypto realm as the first NFT team in history to accept crypto. The acceptance of crypto is made possible through its recent partnership with the Houston-based crypto wallet platform called BitWallet.

Houston Texans easing the payments with crypto

The partnership will allow fans to use their cryptocurrency for payments to purchase single game suites. The Houston Texans also earn the title of being the first NFL team to sell a suite through crypto payments.

“We are proud to partner with BitWallet to offer an exciting option for our fans who are looking to enjoy Texans gameday in one of our suites.”

“Digital currency has become a primary means of payment and by partnering with BitWallet, the Texans are leading the way in the NFL.” “I am honored that BitWallet is the first to offer Texans fans this service,” said BitWallet CEO John T. Perrone.

The most recent trend in cryptocurrency initiatives is the sponsorship of sports, including baseball, Formula 1, UFC, football, and eSports. The multi-million dollar expenditures on sports partnerships are primarily intended to increase credibility and fan engagement.

Crypto transactions involving sports clubs and leagues increased by over 100% in 2021 and are anticipated to continue growing in the years to come.

For leagues, clubs, and sportsmen throughout the world, the crypto sector is incredibly valuable. In response, leagues, teams, and professional players are attempting to engage with younger audiences, such as Gen Zers and Millennials, a difficult-to-reach yet crucial demographic for the sports business.

With the soaring adoption of cryptocurrencies and the fact, that they are the fastest and most reliable mode of payment for many as compared to conventional modes of payment, the acceptance of crypto is crucial. Not just by merchants worldwide, but the sports teams and companies accepting crypto for payments are actually easing the whole process for the fans.

....

Texas has a strong crypto mining industry powered by their newly constructed wind farms. Accepting crypto for NFL ticket sales will further boost crypto adoption in state.

I would guess florida could be next to accept crypto for ticket sales with the tampa bay buccaneers.

Texas and florida would appear to be two of the most crypto friendly states in the USA.

While new york and california would be the least friendly.

Sounds like a great first step for Houston Texans and the crypto community (as well as the crypto gambling community) overall. I really just don't hope that we see another onstorm of regulators trying to spoil the party by trying to get their foot in the door and introducing arbitrary reasons of why crypto and gambling needs to be kept away from each other.

Although why exactly they picked Bitwallet is a bit of a mystery to me. There are way better wallets. But, all roads lead to rome I guess.

As far as the crypto community is concerned, they could possibly help with this new crypto adoption by helping increase credibility and fan engagement as well. The bigger the PR the better.
2383  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Real most rewarding Crypto Casino? on: August 16, 2022, 09:18:46 PM
I have made the experience that no matter what kind of online gambling crypto casino you enter, they usually have very similiar bonuses and advantages. This is true for the majority of the biggest,  most popular casinos. So if you want to take advantage of the rewards system you need to know which programs they are offering during which times. Sometimes one casino has an exciting thing going on and some other casino has nothing exciting. Then next month its the other way around. So its bit hard to say which casino is the most rewarding. If you want to make the most of the rewards then you should diversify your casinos instead of concentrating one a single one.
2384  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your General Feeling After Playing In Casino In the last 10 session on: August 15, 2022, 08:27:42 PM
Most days I walk away after playing in the casino a bit depressed, regardless of whether I win or not just because I have to walk away  Roll Eyes

Maybe I should be giving my daily gambling habits at least a small pause before they become anything that resembles an "addiction" from someone elses point of view. I would not want people to start judging me or start feeling sorry for me.

Although whenever I make bigger wins I do walk away with a spring in my step and a smile on my face for the rest of the day. I guess its just the dopamine rush from winning though. Once that wears off, you will have less dopamine and that makes you sad/depressed again. Its just borrowing dopamine from tomorrow basically.
2385  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [Blacklist] of unreliable, 'taint proclaiming' Bitcoin services / exchanges on: August 14, 2022, 11:47:26 PM
I think it would be a good idea to have a wallet which warns you when you are about to transfer coin to an address owned by one of these taint-scam freaks. We should destroy their business model at the root and use their own tactic against them. I think every wallet should have them on their "blacklist".

The most prudent option would be to avoid centralization all together and never put your coins in a third party wallet, but people seem to really enjoy all the diverse altcoins which exchanges have to offer.

This is a people's war against the government. Lets not let them intimidate us with their lapdogs.
2386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: RedFlaged / Marked or "Dirty" BTC/USDT on: August 14, 2022, 11:32:48 PM
There are no dirty BTC. There are only dirty businesses trying to play the government's lapdog by scaring people out of their financial freedom and back into the system of centralized control. We will not go back to the old system no matter how hard they try to chip away at the foundations of Bitcoin! They never had any power to put or enforce any kind of regulations on Bitcoin. They are only scamming the gullible by holding their coins hostage until those people agree to do whatever they want. Not your keys, not your coin.

Its time to call out the traitors for what they are. Fakecoiners.

-snip-

...Are these slot machines powered by powerful AI or is it some cheap gimmick? If the AI is restricted due to the complexity of its code, then that would be a deal breaker for me.

Or actually, forget anime characters, lets make slot machines with deep-fakes of celebrities. I would love OJ Simpson cheering me on as I gamble.Tongue

I think these machines are not powered by any AI whatsoever, but pre-set animated scenes. nonetheless, thanks the advance of technology these slot machines could easily be designed to receive updates in order to include new animations and settings so they will not become too repetitive. I don't think people would completely agree on implementing an Artifical intelligence on a gambling machines because moral implications.

Deepfakes would be ok, but obviously they would require the permission from the celebrities/people to be deepfaked.

Obviously any kind of deepfake of a celebrities (or actually, anyone's) face would require the permission of mentioned the person. Not doing so would be unethical and in some countries (like the country that I live in), it would also be against the law.

After taking a look at the japanese slot machines, its obvious that there is no AI and its a simple touch activated script and animation, but what I am saying is that it would be way better to use AI. It would really liven up the gambling experience.

I think it might even work to the advantage of the gambling casino which owns such slot machines.
2388  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Japanese Animation Slot Machines on: August 13, 2022, 01:49:56 PM
Good morning. Some days ago I was taking a look at my twitter feedback and I found something some of you could find interesting or at leat worthy of some discussion.

It seems there are slot machines of a popular japanese animation called "Madoka Magica", basically girls with magic powers, these slots machines seem to include a tactile screen for the player to interact with the characters in order to gamble.

In these Tweets you can see how two of the characters seem to ask the player to "touch" their fingertips as part of the slot machine functionality. (For some reason, if the player chooses to hold on it more than necessary the character reacts to it)

https://twitter.com/_jpjordon_/status/1514676095999696902
https://twitter.com/Gitaka27/status/1515198419115343877

What do you think about these japanese slot machines?
Do you like them?
Would you gamble on them?

Interacting with japanese anime girls in slot machines? That sounds extremely fun. Where do I sign up?

I think they could go a bit further and include popular anime characters. I would love to interact with Gintoki at the slot machines. Imagine how funny that would be. But that leaves me with a question: Are these slot machines powered by powerful AI or is it some cheap gimmick? If the AI is restricted due to the complexity of its code, then that would be a deal breaker for me.

Or actually, forget anime characters, lets make slot machines with deep-fakes of celebrities. I would love OJ Simpson cheering me on as I gamble.Tongue

2390  Economy / Gambling / Re: I Have a Question ~ Are 1xbit Campaigners Playing on 1xbit? on: August 13, 2022, 11:15:08 AM
I am just curious to know  Huh Huh.

With all the complaints, scam accusations against 1xbit, and Bitcointalk blacklisting this casino, I am surprised that some users of this forum still went ahead to sell their reputation for peanuts, in deciding to promote 1xbit.

I have two simple questions to ask to all, but not limited to 1xbit promoters alone ~
  • 1. What is your driving force,  motivation in promoting 1xbit?, knowing fully well that the casino is blacklisted on Bitcointalk due to numerous complaints and scam accusations that remains unattended to by those in charge of the casino.
    • 1.1. Is the money you are being paid, your motivation?
    Or
    • 1.2. Is your lack of ability to join or get accepted in other signature campaigns belonging to more reputable businesses, your motivation in deciding to promote 1xbit?
  • 2. As a 1xbit promoter,  are you playing/gambling on 1xbit casino platform?
    • 2.1. If "Yes" is your answer to the question above ~ then what is your experience like? Please tell us..
    • 2.2. If "No" is your answer to the question above ~ then why?
I myself can not promote what I can not use,  because I have this believe that it is absolutely wrong to ask other people to use something you know within yourself is not good enough for you to use,  it is insincerity to yourself and to those around you.

I am 100% certain that even 1xBit Bitcointalk signature campaigners aka promoters do not trust 1xBit enough to depost their funds there. Its just about the money for them. Some people need it desperately, others just do not care about the damage they cause to the community as long as they earn a few more bucks each week. I for one would have to be extremely desperate to join their campaign. And even then it would leave a bitter taste in my mouth, knowing that I will harvest a lot of negative trust and my image with the community would be quite negative as well...

There are other ways to make money though. No matter how desperate you get, you should never support scammers.

2391  Economy / Speculation / Re: MY DAILY BITCOIN TRADING SIGNALS on: August 13, 2022, 08:44:47 AM
So you post a topic with the claim that you have good Bitcoin trading signals, yet you do not offer any proof of your past signals (like with ideas from a tradingview account, so we can see the date and the actual Technical Analysis).

And now your first "signal" was completely wrong.

Furthermore you say silly things only a child would say and even if you "fear no one but god", as you said (even though nobody asked), it sounds like to me you are giving false investment/trading advice publically. I hope you also do not fear lawyers because if someone decides to believe in your nonsense signals, and loses money, you will be in big trouble, legally. Quit while you're ahead, kid.

You are basically scamming people without making money.
2392  Economy / Speculation / Re: Best time for me to buy on: August 12, 2022, 05:18:42 PM
It is difficult to explain when is the best time for you to buy because the decision is yours. But I always buy when the price drops very deep like it did a few months ago. It is very important not to panic easily in bitcoin investment because the price of bitcoin these days is still very volatile and anything can happen in the crypto market.

I think the fact that OP is trying to pass the hot potato to someone else really shows how sure he is in his Bitcoin investment decision. Not very sure at all.

There is no "best time" unless you are expecting to do day trading but that will screw up your finances. As a daytrading newbie or even experienced daytrader, you will find your money slipping from your wallet.

I for one, am very certain that we will see over 100k USD Bitcoin. Probably before 2024 even. So everything below that is a good investment opportunity for me. I see it as discounted Bitcoin. But you have to decide for yourself. Its your money. Nobody and nothing else should interfere with your feelings on investing.
2393  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have a doubt about Bitcoin on: August 12, 2022, 03:51:30 PM
There seem to be too much development taking place on bitcoin. Changes always being proposed. How are we ever going to be able to trust that bitcoin will never change if people are always trying to propose changes to it and get it implemented.

#1: that kind of ruins the idea that bitcoin is going to be the same today as it was yesterday and tomorrow. today they might be proposing a change to some fee mechanism. tomorrow it might be changing the max supply.

#2: anytime you introducing new changes to bitcoin, you run the possibility that you are introducing bugs. apparently the ability to foresee bugs is not absolute so they don't know what bugs they might be introducing when they introduce major changes like Taproot https://www.investopedia.com/bitcoin-taproot-upgrade-5210039.

You can't just keep changing bitcoin trying to make it better and better forever. At some point, it needs to become immutable. So people can know what they are getting. In full. I'm not sure but I'd imagine the codebase for bitcoin is a mishmash of hard to read files. Another not so nice thing. But that's a result of its development style. Adding on new things on top of old things. Or alongside. Ideally you lay out a full blueprint of the entire thing at the very outset and design and develop it once. Done. The rest is bug fixes if necessary but no more.

Anyone that's ever tried and program some simple software and then later on come back and add new things into it it can end up being a nightmare to try and understand and maintain the code...there's alot of bitcoin users out there who don't understand this aspect of bitcoin at all!

The very beauty of Bitcoin, aside from the fact that it is truly decentralised, is that it can improve and become better. And the ones who make and vote on these improvements are the good people of the Bitcoin community. So basically you have two elements here: Financial Freedom and Financial Democracy.

That alone is something that makes it immutable in my eyes. As well as in the eyes of many Bitcoiners on this forum, I would say.

And obviously the codebase is hard to read, especially for people who have never learned how to read them. But the same can be said for almost any big software. Is the coding of photoshop easy childs play? No, its the result of thousands of people working together to create insane amount of code. The code someone made is stacked on top of code someone else made.
2394  Other / Archival / Re: Supporters bitcoin's growth = Supporters bitcoin's fall on: August 12, 2022, 02:36:08 PM
Analyzing the events leading up to the 2017 bullrun and the 2021 bullrun, I find some amusing similarities. They lie in the fact that those categories of investors who support the growth of bitcoin are the same investors who then support the fall in the price of bitcoin to extreme values. This is usually a 75-85% loss in the value of bitcoin.

It just goes to show that even institutional investors with loads amount of money, whether borrowed or not, are just human as well. They are also guided by emotional decisions and human error. But that should have nothing to do with the objective view on Bitcoin's current, past or future value, nor its future potential. Its just sheep following other sheep.

Although you do really have to ask yourself what the point is in making such superficial investments in the first place? Do they truly understand why Bitcoin is great or are they all just trusting each other because the other took a risk and invested into BTC?

Never underestimate the stupidity of rich people. And do not become infected with their panic-selling.
2395  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Peter Schiff’s Bank Set To Be Liquidated; Will He Finally Turn To Bitcoin (BTC)? on: August 12, 2022, 02:26:18 PM
Peter Schiff, one of the world’s most dedicated critics of crypto and Bitcoin is experiencing prolonged challenges with his bank. In a recent highlight of events, the American economist’s bank is set to be liquidated. This comes 6 weeks after Puerto Rican regulators suspended the institution.

Schiff will remit $66.7M in deposits & $300k fines as part of the agreement
Peter Schiff revealed on Tuesday that he has reached a deal with Puerto Rican authorities to liquidate his bank, Euro Pacific International Bank. This is according to a report by the New York Times.

Amidst the probe launched, Puerto Rican authorities noted that the bank was insolvent. However, documents reveal that it did have cash. In the liquidation terms, Schiff assented to the remittance of $66.7M in deposits to the authorities.

Additionally, Schiff is to use gold as a surrogate payment means for any cash deficit. As part of the liquidation agreement, he also consented to pay about $300,000 in fines. Puerto Rico’s banking commission will be releasing an official statement on the matter soon.

Full Details
https://coingape.com/peter-schiffs-bank-set-to-be-liquidated-will-he-finally-turn-to-bitcoin-btc/amp/

Peter Schiff has not really done anything positive for Bitcoin other than announce how it will fail in time. People no longer believe his BS because they saw the gains that they missed out on, thanks to his "advice".

Even if he were to invest in Bitcoin now, at this point he would still lose face (Which maybe is not as bad as losing money, but its still not something he would want.) so its maybe his own ego holding himself back from acknowledging the awesome investment in the future that Bitcoin is.

He must have understood how much potential Bitcoin has by now.
2396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some recent tweets by Elon Musk showing he is starting to warm up to Bitcoin? on: August 12, 2022, 12:01:16 PM
...
It was all in his calculations, admittedly he was a master at manipulation. In fact, he has never been interested in bitcoin or dogecoin, the only thing that matters to him is profit, just be profitable he is ready to tweet anything. The lawsuit with the social network Twitter, I guess is also in the plan, sooner or later you will own this social network, but it will be lower than the original valuation of 44 billion.

True, i think Elon is a master of Market manipulation, He prove that with Bitcoin and Dogecoin, the fact that he sold most of his BTC to capitalize Tesla is the prof. And he is in his right to do it. Buy and sell bitcoin isn't something illegal, but what is illegal is to use his influence for a market manipulation. He is playing with fire.

Elon can manipulate the market once but we should not let him do it again and again. The best way to stop him from manipulating is to stop reacting to his tweets.
If we collectively stop responding to his tweets, his tweets will have no impact on the market.
Elon Musk is a top businessman in the world. He chose this crypto when crypto was not so familiar. He used to tweet about a particular coin for a long time, then the price of that coin would increase more in the market and a certain time that get down. Again after a few days the same situation happened. Investors generally understand these things later. So his tweets about crypto-currencies are much less than before. Maybe it can be his business strategy or it can be for long term strategy.

People get fooled about his tweet because he make them think that he's unto crypto and support its growth, but he's totally exposed now and people knows he's intention that's why his last stint never works and I believe the current little progress cannot do anything with Elon Musk activity so maybe its good not to relate his name on each movements because all of those are complete lie. He's tweet is just for pure business and he just want to caught people's belief then earn with it.

Exactly. He got totally exposed for being a no-coiner and an egomaniacal, meme-posting and incompetent public figure. But then again I have been saying this for ages. Everything he does he only does to boost his own overinflated ego.

Still, coiners should take notice that Elon Musk's fans are not selling their coins, even though he is doing exactly that. I guess I was wrong about most of his fanbase being sheep who follow around another populist. And Elon's Bitcoin Sell-Off has not had much of an impact on the price. Only slightly down ever since he announced his no-coiner status.

All in all, Bitcoin remains strong.
2397  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How is that possible Wazirx is still Working even after Raids on Bank Accounts on: August 12, 2022, 11:24:51 AM
Well just stumble upon a tweet by the co founder Nischal Shetty claiming that Wazirx bank transfers from INR/Crypto is still working , How is that possible that even after being raids on its bank accounts and office , they still be able to manage by cashing out people INR withdrawls, Are people facing any issue or its a fake claim, has gone through various social posts where people are saying they are unable to withdraw funds, Who is right the co founder or the users...

What can happen

1) Are the people who are claiming to withdraw funds are their own men

2) Are real people been able to withdraw funds as all the ED fuss is still going and their bank accounts still operating

3) The seized funds are just temporary unhold so as to ensure people get their funds back

4) What could be the long term impact on users,

5) Is wazirx innocent or guilty of being in a fraud/laundering or anything of such activity

Opinion :

Wazirx is still going under doll drums and is somehow trying to sustain its image or Will it come out of this mess clean

As far as to your question of what could be the long term impact on users, I would wager that a lot of people either will not be able to withdraw, or will have their accounts frozen. It would not surprise me if a third world business like Wazirx was indeed scamming/laundering money. Not to sounds ignorant but poorer countries are notoriously less disciplined when it comes to not scamming or stealing. But I am sure there are socio-economical reasons why people in those countries do that.

What else can users do except sit and wait for something good to happen? All their clients money is in their hands. This is why I only make sure that my money is always out of reach of centralized third party members. Like Wazirx.

Always remember, not your key not your coin.

That is exactly the right attitude! Nobody should have control over your money except for you. I use the term money in this post but by money I obviously mean Bitcoin, which is the real money. One more mantra that you definitely should add to your coiner values is "hodl". Which means to hold your Bitcoin, not sell or give it away. Even when times are tough, you should remember the true value that it will have in the near future.

If I was not so naive during my newbie days, I would have millions worth in Dollars in Bitcoin.
2400  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sources of gambling news on: August 11, 2022, 11:31:57 PM
I was wondering if there are reliable sources of gambling news.
For example, we have sites for political news, fashion news, sports news, weather news, and so on but I never come across sites where there is gambling-related news.
Will appreciate it if anyone shares the gambling new sources as it will be additional beneficial for the gambling community.

I think it really depends on what you mean. Gambling news is not a term which can be used for all gambling. If we are for example talking about placing bets on boxxing then obviously you should follow the boxxing news.

If we are talking generally about whats happening in the world concerning gambling legal regulations, new gambling casino business models and business/entrepreneurship news then I would also recommend the website https://www.gamblinginsider.com/.

But as I said before, if you are betting on something specific you should SEO your own news data sources specifically for the bets you make/wish to make.

I even peruse simple things like certain Twitter hashtags to find out the latest news.
