I am not overly concerned about the price of MIN right now. The price jump happened that we all were expecting. Many sold out while high. Many of us still have our coins. They have the BTC and money now but no coins. It will come back up, its about where it probably should be for where we are in development and the age of MIN. Just look at the highs and lows of BTC. No coin is any better than that. Also, look at Voot coin right now lol, I mined it over a month ago or more,, cant remember exactly, but I would have wrote that coin off a few weeks ago and look where it is now... lol go figure.

I'm trying to envision where a coin like this can find its place in the crypto world, considering how many there are to choose from. Initially I have been seeing this as some what of a utility coin, perhaps one that can be promoted as easy to mine and anyone can mine for it using CPU or GPU and still be able to earn some coins relatively quickly, without the threat of massive miners such as asics, farms and rig renters etc. for the most part. So the average Joe at home can mine this coin and then use it so swap for more needed and specific coins for a certain use as opposed to the small miner trying to mine the hottest coin and receiving just a coin or 2 all day because off difficulty level and so on. For example: a persons wants or needs the new coin Minerals (MIN) he could take his Fuji mined coins and go to a swap or exchange and trade out for Minerals which he may want for E Sports betting or game tournaments and alike, where only MIN can be used. But, this coin Fuji has to have some worth. Its worth at the moment will only come from its features, such as anonymous transactions, it billions of never ending coins that can be mined by anyone, fast confirmations, and the unlikeliness of a 51% attack on the network due to its scrypt-N factor and it really wont ever become a pump and dump coin. So those are just a few reasons that should give this coin some initial value. I'm sure there is more things I'm just popping off a few that come to mind. Add more if you like. So at this point someone or a few folks need to get this coin promoted in the right places, such as that nice list of website in the previous post to get it exposure, and promote its features and pros about it, out to the various community's. Dev what is your first vision for Fuji? I have been heavily involved in the mining and promoting of Minerals to the extend of contacting a few exchanges and one did list MIN right away Allcoin.com exchange. And also see how nicely that community has grown and lent its support to the coin in everyway. It is now # 2 coin bittrex trading volume... against all odds, just a few weeks ago when launched. So I am hopeful we can show the world what a great coin Fuji is, that's the immediate goal. Everyone here should go to our thread at Minerals and take a look at how the coin is presented, and how the vast community has gotten behind Minerals and made it what it is today. The first part of betting service is ready for public test! I'm waiting for someone to release a new pool format that will have all the built in features to limit an account to 50 m/h yet allow you to set up and see your individual miners. and be designed and geared specifically towards fair distribution coins only, that way miners will have 2 simple choices, the pump and dump pools like binaryclocks (dedicated pools) or say the new MIN type pools for FDC coins. I bet the DP pool types would fade away after time and all the massive rig renting etc. that goes on and destroys coins. ok, just a thought  I think all that exists now already. The problem is in the trust. Unless you can really trust the pool operator not to give out the wallet, you will have to do it yourself. The moment the wallet leaks out the large farms will start solo hash raping and the whole fair distribution is down the dumps. With the right trust relationship everything can be done now already with existing pools. There has to be certain controls like net hash recons to total pools hash to identify any solo mining or private pools. Pool IP white listing is another control that can be implemented through access control lists. Several things can be done to make fair distribution more mainstream. ya no doubt the trust factor is big, I feel we are exemplifying that now with our dev here some good points though |

you know what I find very strange... Why hasnt there been ANY coin wich copied the way of distribution of Minerals yet? maybe with some adjustments, but using the same basic idea..? We can all say it was a major succes (even before the new projects were announced..) Im not saying we need one though I heard Binaryclock prepares one. lol,,, Binaryclock  |

Gotta say I LOVE the idea behind this coin. Really it's coins like Minerals that make me love support alt coins. I just stumbled across this coin last night and am very excited to actually use it for the e-sport betting. As a huge fan of e-sports (SC2 specifically) and a big video gamer myself it's cool to see an idea so out of the box.

What do you guys think of LeagueCoin LOL, it launched earlier than MIN with basically same idea, but the price is way lower than MIN. To be fair MIN brought the best PoW brought distribution I've seen so far, but hey, it has been one month since launch, did dev really deliver any 'real' projects he promised, except screenshots? It's not FUD, I'm just so fascinated by the way crypto market works. LOL has working tipbot for league of legends and skin shop, as well as betting bot which is on beta, three brand new projects in one month, but the price was keeping going down, while MIN was pumped without any real new thing... But hey, have to say MIN community is super strong, I'm looking for buy some for quick bucks good luck to all of you! Cheers! I think you hit the nail on the head when you mentioned distribution, which has made this coin a lot more inclusive. True, let's just hope dev deliver what he promised, because only the new distribution way can only keep price for a while... I'm fully confident he will when its ready and not a minute sooner I say that only because he has done as he said he would on other features. |

I believe in the dev, just saying it would bring more confidence if he post, but i will be patient and wait.
Read back to late yesterday ,, he did post and said he may release today but only if bugs fixed. if it takes till tomorrow or Saturday that's what it will take. We all want a good beta. Investors aren't going to dump their min before he releases, I feel sure of that much. |

i think you mean "for" life?? retire from life mean commit suicide LOL maybe he mined a huge bulk of them and sold very cheap. That could be a reason Nah, sold some I at lower price I admit, just to make sure that if this coin does crash I won't come out empty handed. Left the majority of my coins in my wallet. don't feel bad I unloaded 7500 at 3k early on, seemed good at the time and I am strict about covering mining cost budget regardless of what ever coin I have to sell, sometimes it was a good move to sell for expenses and other times not so good as with MIN, but? it somehow usually all washes out in the end but like you I kept the majority in my wallet. |
