City are very strong and they know how to win the EPL, it would be extremely difficult for Arsenal to win the league this season, and i think City would win it again, but Arsenal are going to be Premier League champions in the nearest future if they continue in this way, they are building a winning team and if they can keep the players happy and together, then they'll achieve this feat soon.
