921  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SEC Approves ETF - Turns out, NOT on: January 10, 2024, 04:15:32 PM

excitements gone. not surprising anymore. if there is another 2nd troll for this approval like approving it and then rebutted after, just picture gensler smiling.

they have done this before like the dtcc listing they also killed the excitement. SEC is trolling, they know its gonna come but at least making money out of manipulation comes first before that real approval. there's got to be many futures traders who lost their money after executing a long position.
922  Local / India / Re: Apple removes Binance, OKX and Kucoin from App Store in India. on: January 10, 2024, 03:32:20 PM
India's government seems serious about its laundering law. as long as they are not blocked from accessing binance and the rest on web browsers i think they are just fine.

I don't trust moneycontrol but I have seen this in numerous news articles that these exchanges has been removed due to non compliance in accordance with India's money laundering law. This is a concern to be honest because what if same is followed by Google Play store and if they start targeting all the international exchange. But it's too early to arrive at any conclusion let's wait for sometime and see how this evolves.

i have the same feeling that it will also happen in my country where users are forced to use the local exchange that is backed by the government. if they can't monitor local users because they are using the international exchange then it would make sense for the government to shut them.
923  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you take time to read the terms and conditions of casinos before registering? on: January 10, 2024, 02:44:18 PM
~snip~
Yeah that's the main point of it, knowing the rules to avoid any delayed or any issue when you needed to withdraw your money, or when you are currently playing so you won't be bothered as you can go and play the way you understand the game and knows how the rule works, it's important to have that idea and not to let the house prevents you from enjoying your game once you start to win.

Though there are lots if not all are lazy they just wanted to keep playing without reading anything.
As long as we know the rules of each casino we use, we will not experience any problems and can gamble in peace, and if we want to withdraw our winnings, we will not experience delays due to other reasons. We can enjoy gambling games comfortably because that is what we want from the casino. When we win, we can also withdraw the winning money without any problem, so we will tell our friends that we have the best casino list. But the list of casinos will be different from our friends' because each gambler will have a list of the best casinos. We can at least spend a little time paying attention to the terms and conditions at the casino. We also don't need to read all the terms and conditions all day long immediately but can read them little by little in our free time apart from gambling. This will give us the knowledge that each term and condition is different, and we have to adapt to the casino.

gamblers are used to registering without reading it since it's already a repetitive task. They've been reading those TOS their whole life that's why they only read it when something has happened already like their account got locked.

maybe because they don't have any plans to cheat so they never read those conditions after all their country isn't banned in most casinos too.
924  Economy / Economics / Re: How to stay poor! on: January 10, 2024, 02:29:14 PM
nice. this should be what is sent to those big names on Wall Street guys. they have a lot to learn in becoming poor. if they are just doing their best to become poor, they wouldn't have to struggle to spend their money. they are so incompetent in doing it. i would be glad to really help them for free by following OP's tips. i would suggest being the first to get a loan from anyone who wants to be poor and later sign an agreement to void the loan.

925  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Most safe wallet for mobile wallet on: January 09, 2024, 07:38:11 PM

if its just an open source mobile wallet that you are up to there are many of them. i use some of them, the first that i have tried before was the:

1. electrum
2. mycelium
3. alpha wallet

the trend today for these wallets is that they also support altcoins which works just like the Trust wallet of Binance. any coin you have can be stored as long as they support it. and then functionalities where you can swap what you have to any other cryptocurrency.
926  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bet on favorites early in the week & underdogs late in the week strategy... on: January 09, 2024, 07:20:49 PM
Well it is generally accurate.  Not sure why you're bothered by it. I thought I'd open this discussion just to see how many here had been utilizing this strategy and what they've seen by doing so.  This is simply how Vegas odds tend to shift over the week, or over time depending on how far apart the match is for whichever sport you're betting on.  "But I guess, now that I've learned it, I still won't apply it on my bets"  Cheesy  I guess you're immune to legitimate gambling strategies?

in MMA where an underdog can win with a slight mistake from the favorite fighter, the odds can change a lot unless they see the favorite is extremely dominant whether on a ground fight or standing. but if the favorite fighter is mainly a boxer kind and his opponent is a wrestler, any of them can win the fight depending on who hits the hardest first. so betting in advance might not really matter much as the odds will just slightly change.

bettors option is to bet on methods of winning either win by KO or win by Submission which the odds can be higher. and so the reason for analyzing the skills of the fighter is necessary.
927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Confessions on: January 09, 2024, 07:07:56 PM

it has to be something that could encourage to invest. they are shilling BONK and this is x page is supported by @rollbitcom

the submit form isn't asking BTC address or rollbit account. if they are just giving rewards to people who will submit confessions, there will be lots of them submitting just about anything. it's not auto also so they are going to screen those confessions.
928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Blockchain Games Revolutionize the Gaming Industry? on: January 09, 2024, 06:35:58 PM
Blockchain technology is poised to revolutionize the gaming world, offering the tantalizing prospect of owning in-game assets as real-world items, seamless trading, and even player involvement in game governance. Projects like XAI are leading this charge.

XAI aims to bridge the gap between traditional gaming and Web3 by creating a dedicated gaming-focused layer3 blockchain, simplifying blockchain integration for all gamers. They've also tackled issues like high gas fees and complex wallet interactions with innovative solutions.

XAI has already secured listings on major exchanges like Bitget and Binance, attracting a crypto gamer community to explore this blockchain in its early stages.

Ultimately, I would love to hear your thoughts on XAI and the potential future of blockchain gaming.

No sure what revolution you are talking about? Why launching a separate token is necessary in the name of Blockchain gaming? Why a Blockchain is necessary for in-game purchase? What innovative idea is a token is bringing in?

I don't think the market needs millions and millions of tokens for specific applications. This is simply clogging the master network with huge volumes and pushing the gas fees higher. What's the utility?

like Axie, the blockchain is necessary to reward gamers. rewarding gamers had been awhile even before the blockchain but because these tokens are classified as crypto assets also it makes it revolutionary.

the web3 is becoming a hype so its not so bad to see young blood in crypto. teends playing online games utilizing blockchain is an adoption of cryptocurrency. good to see younger people in the industry.
929  Other / Off-topic / Re: Who does gambling addiction affect the most? on: January 09, 2024, 05:42:04 PM

a gambling addict means he is already gambling irresponsibly which means he has already gone beyond his financial limit. for all we know he already sold his wristwatch or car to be able to gamble. and for that, it already affects his family. maybe even the rent's pay is lost and the next day they will be living in the tent city. it's a sad sight.
so yea it affects both himself and his family. even if the guy is single, his parents will be worrying about his future for the rest of their lives.
930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When is the next alt season? on: January 09, 2024, 05:18:56 PM

the bull season already started. a little bit of waiting you might just profit more than that 29% you wouldn't want to lose that chance especially if you are keeping the altcoin for a long time.

its frustrating to see though that the price spikes of altcoins aren't so sharp compared to BTC. it's going to test your patience. i have my share of frustration thinking of short-term investments, i realized altcoin is the not right choice for short term.
931  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2024-01-03] Peter Schiff Expects Spot Bitcoin ETFs to Bring Speculator Sell-Off on: January 08, 2024, 08:15:35 PM
Peter Schiff Expects Spot Bitcoin ETFs to Bring Speculator Sell-Off, Minimal Institutional Demand
The crypto skeptic explained that there is “really no need for a bitcoin ETF, as you can buy and store bitcoin yourself for free.”

he is not wrong about this. but because crypto needs a clear regulation still. and despite the approval that even Shciff is also expecting, crypto regulation is still too murky.
all i guess the market needs is just an ETF at least investors can see it's been approved by a branch of government. but the regulation like the official laws for it is still unclear.

and because the SEC announced a FOMO warning, then there is a chance of ET rejection still.  only Gary knows.
932  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Someone just sent 26 BTC to genesis block address on: January 08, 2024, 07:17:42 PM
a hacker dusting the old address. it's what they say 26BTC is just dust to those rich guys.  Grin felt sorry for the hacker.

but it's probably more like an error but it's hard to theorize what caused him to copy that old BTC address, could it be in his contacts? this is the beauty of blockchain everything can be seen and sending 26BTC can already sound an alarm.

the destination address is like accumulating by the way. https://mempool.space/address/1A1zP1eP5QGefi2DMPTfTL5SLmv7DivfNa
933  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading bots on Binance on: January 08, 2024, 06:53:03 PM
Because you make $2 with the help of trading bots and you think that those bots are helpful. Know that you can also make money while trading without any bots. Know that you can make use of bot and still have losses. Be careful with bots. As they are profitable they can also bring losses just like trading manually.

MOVR and ARB/USDT? how was it?
i think you should be on BTC/USDT, this is the most traded pair. this is got to be the best pair to make money. which TF did you try this on the spot?
Be clear about this. Are you saying he should not make use of trading bot or he should also not make use derivative trading? Because BTC/USDT is for spot market while BTCUSDT is for derivative market.

you disregard this part.

i ignored their email regarding this bot because it was scary because i was just discussing trading bots with someone from telegram and then minutes later the email showed up on my phone.

i was afraid to test it. that's why i'm asking how was his trading. because all i know the best pair to trade is btcusdt.
since he is doing it on altcoins, i'm curious what is the result. so far he is profiting in the first market MORVUSDT which is the futures market. we can see that in the image.

maybe 20usdt for each pair is not enough to be profitable, especially in the futures market, his 20 can be liquidated if the price goes the other way.
934  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the kind of world you want to live in? [read] on: January 08, 2024, 06:30:27 PM

there have been conspiracy theories about it. and although it seems quite possible such as BlackRock buying the shares of the BTC mining farms, it looks like there is no reaction to it since we are trusting so much of the network that they will not be able to control it since there are other countries who are also mining BTC.

but it must be kept in mind that all governments whether communist governments or not, they want to control the people which means they all can communicate like how they do these days. China and US and Russia communicate with each other and look at the bank records and blockchain data to see who's naughty or nice.
935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto community make sure Logan Paul pay the price for his scam on: January 08, 2024, 06:01:39 PM
My first thought was that the offer is already a good deal but it's only for those base NFTs. I think he and his legal team should reconsider adding those hybrid NFTs to sway the others to retract the class action lawsuit filed against him. Maybe raise it to $5M from $2.3M. He claims he also lost money from this venture but he'll probably lose more if the case pushes through. He still has clout and brand so he could recover that money.

he was part of the team, it must be a lie to claim he also lost money. this is kind of playing victim so the real victim will sympathize.

the investigation of Coffeezilla was more detailed regarding logan scamming its investor, he will not getaway with this since the victims are very much determined to pursue the lawsuit. this attempt to make them sign a waiver is another kind of attempt.

937  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any fun in losing while gambling on: January 07, 2024, 07:23:16 PM
What they say in the thread catches my attention, because there are many ways that players can have fun, but losing is something that I don't see as having much logic, if you lose it is because you couldn't do what was necessary to win or you didn't have the corresponding luck and that is a shame, but I don't see that there is a way for a player to have fun knowing that he is losing, it is something difficult to believe, that is as if you were on a motorcycle and you really like being and riding a motorcycle because you love it. You fall and you can break a leg or scrape everything, but I have seen some people who are so masochistic that they forget those accidents and with everything they went through they don't learn and they continue having the same crazy things.

I know that the casino is for fun, but fun does not mean that you have to spend all the money, that is why the budget in a casino is crucial so that things in the casino flow with more fun and based on responsible gaming, Just imagining that you can spend money that shouldn't be spent is total madness.

entertainment can be seen everywhere in today's technology and watching TV is even considered the cheapest since you could already play games online for free without losing some money. there are thousands of apps on googleplay that we can download for free.

but if the user prefers to gamble for his entertainment, i wouldn't expect him happy after losing thousands of his money. the fact that odds are always in favor of casinos he can't escape losing. we are looking for ways to win because winning makes us happy so it's just unbelievable to see one having fun while losing money.

938  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Anthony Joshua vs. Francis Ngannou - March 9 on: January 07, 2024, 06:39:24 PM
It will be another interesting fight, Joshua is on a streak of 3 consecutive victories, with his last victory being in the fight against Otto Wallin in the fifth round, after that fight Joshua said that she is available to fight against him at any time. any opponent, these statements showed that Joshua is very confident that he can beat any opponent. Joshua beat Jermaine Franklin and Robert Helenius and also beat Wallin in a fight in which Joshua was very determined to attack Wallin, Joshiua was more agile than Wallin and managed to get out of Wallin's target area. It was a fight that Joshua won with merit.

on the other side we have Ngannou, the guy who was very close to beating Tyson Fury, who doesn't remember that photo where Tyson Fury after suffering a strong punch from Ngannou? We've all seen it, I wonder if we'll see something like this again:

ngannou is a very strong guy, but in the fight against tyson fyru, tyson wasn't at his peak, he hadn't fought for a long time, something like 11 months without fighting, so in a way, tyson wasn't very strong in that fight, but ngannou showed that he has great punching power to the point of taking down tyson. But the fight against Joshua will be completely different, Joshua is a good fighter and he is fighting frequently and has a winning streak, in my opinion Joshua will come out victorious in this fight, he seems to me to be better prepared for this fight. Even if ngannou's punching power is strong, as long as he can't hit Joshua, they won't be dangerous. Tayson won this fight

Fury coming unprepared doesn't come out true since Tom Aspinall said Fury had been training hard for that day. his camp said Fury was pretty sharp in sparring, he was in shape. he won but he just didn't expect Francis to be hard to knock out. that's why i think he will be victorious this time.

and Francis losing this fight will not affect him anymore since he still has PFL contract. he already lost in the Fury fight so even if Francis gets knocked out and loses, he still gains fans and all the props go to Francis while all his naysayers like Dana can only watch.
939  Economy / Economics / Re: Boycotting iSrAEl's product? think again. on: January 07, 2024, 05:58:23 PM
A question to "fighters for justice" and boycott those who "harm Muslim brothers": recently hackers broke into Chinese Communist bases, and posted a huge amount of information (including thousands of photos from concentration camps) about Muslims imprisoned in inhumane conditions, subjected to violence, persecution, religious ban, and physical torture.

Can you please tell me why I don't see your topics "Boycott Chinese products" or "Holy war on the yuan to destroy the anti-Muslim regime of the Chinese Communist Party" ? Is it your "selectivity" towards your brothers and faith, fear, or something else ?
Very interesting to hear the answers !  But I assume that they (reasonable answers) will not be, well, at most - accusation of Zionism Smiley And there will be no reasoned answers, and you yourself understand why ! Smiley

PS Lack of intelligible answers about the reasons for the absence of calls to the boycott of Chinese products, or a primitive accusation of Zionism or something like a far -fetched one, will be the best evidence that all this "anti -Israeli" hype is a consequence of primitive propaganda, and it does not support any interests of Muslims, and does not protect ! And it is only a cheap manipulation, to achieve someone’s mercantile interests, through the fractions of ordinary, gullible people who do not have to deeply understand the essence of the problem.

they can't ban Chinese products because if they did, they would be banning everything even the phones. when it comes to products we're all benefiting from the cheap products of China although the companies that operate there are mostly from the West. effectively banning the products from China means banning the companies that produce the products we are used to using.

but i think the war in the Red Sea may prevent the Chinese products from passing that route thereby the supply chain choked. that could be an answer to what you want.

940  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto community make sure Logan Paul pay the price for his scam on: January 07, 2024, 05:08:07 PM

is there anyone signing his condition that if he refunds those investors, they should also stop the lawsuit?
according to the news, he is blaming the developer of the game which he is not part of the scam. and so he is claiming to be the hero in refunding the supporters. nice twist.

the word is out though. so its gonna be hard for him to just clean his shit already and it took him years before offering this refund.
