The fact that one of you is slightly more wrong than the other is irrelevant. Neither of you "created" this under the law, so both of you STFU, and withdraw your claims/submissions.
I personally did not submit the work created on top of canvas layout for the Art contest. On my end it is all good. I modified the template as permitted in the canvas.com platform and shared on twitter using their share button and downloaded from my subscription. This needs to be super clear from my end. I myself never submitted the work as my art I just noticed it on the thread. It is not submitted by me. Canva.com does allow those modifications so there is no legal problem to do that and share your memes on social media. To post it on an art contest I do agree. Good for you. You still are not legally the creator of the piece, so you are both in the wrong to claim ownership. |

The government's role is to protect its citizen's constitutional rights. That is it. Not to feed, house, educate, medically treat, employ, etc.
That's nothing more than an "every man for himself" attitude. Nothing more than your opinion. The constitution sets out things like "to form a more perfect union", "to insure domestic tranquility", "to promote the general welfare", "to secure the blessings of liberty". The argument can easily be made that to ensure the government achieves those goals, they needs to do some of the things you outlined to some degree. This is another case where you state something as a fact when it's nothing more than an opinion. Not opinion, fact. The Constitution states any authorities not EXPLICITLY granted to it in The Constitution are restricted. Given your past demonstrations of your legal prowess I am not about to get into a debate with you about constitutional law. If you want these programs so bad make it happen privately and voluntarily through charity programs, nothing is stopping you. You have no right to take the resources of others by force and redistribute them let alone put the government in a position of creating dependence on it for survival. Under The Constitution the people are the masters and the government it's servant. Under your system the government is the master and the people are it's servants. That is the exact opposite of what The Constitution says. |

Dont breed them if you cant feed them. Feeding a child is the parent's responsibility. I can get behind some discounted meals for low-income families, but strongly disagree with the govt (tax payers) assuming the feeding cost of literally every child in America.

The arabic translator who is also an EPIC moderator attended everything and he knows what happened with details , you can all reach him out for confirmations.
Now , we are ready to solve this problem even though the damage we got from this thread is higher than what it costs to solve it .We had limited resources since we work for unlisted tokens , we tried to reach all the project members we work with personally and they are ready to pay our translators now in the condition of solving this problem and proving the opposite of this claim.
We will do half of the payment for all the new hired translators as a proof of our good seek in condition of denying every single scam claim against us , rest payment will be completed just after clearing things up ,
The rest translators will get their payment in december as the contract said. I am not sure is this is allowed in the forum regulations but I can't see other way to solve this (propositions are welcome)

That's not how this works. You don't get to leverage payments you already agreed to to force people to remove ratings for you. YOU are in breech of contract first, thus you hold all the liabilities. In fact everyone who made translations at this point doesn't even owe you corrections because you owe them payment for the violated contract but they are released form all of its obligations under the law. You had plenty of time to make your case to the community but you instead opted to threaten users behind the scenes and try to bully them into favorable resolutions for yourself. You are only digging your hole deeper. Pay EVERYONE 100%. Once that is done I will be happy to personally advocate for people removing your ratings. You aren't in charge any more. You failed to manage your project properly then ignored the communities demands you explain yourself. Now once you realized there was a price to be paid for doing this now you want to pretend to cooperate, but still actually just continue to dictate terms. No. You make it right or your reputation here will forever carry those marks. You let this get so far out of hand the community had to get involved, you aren't in charge any more, now you get to take orders or live with the consequences of your actions.
