As I already explained, they controlled the DOJ and the FBI with their own criminally complicit minions,so no, they wouldn't have been prosecuted, that is until Trump got in and cleaned house. There is a plethora of evidence against the Bidens, Killery and others publicly available. What is the evidence against Trump? Please do tell, I have been waiting 3 years to hear one single scrap of evidence of his guilt. I look forward to the cricket sounds.

I'm talking about now.
Trump has been in office for almost 3 year.
Why isn't Hillary locked up?
Why hasn't Trump appointed an independent prosecutor like he promised?

Imagine how happy it would make his base.

Why do you think nobody is pushing this issue?  Why isn't Hannity and Tucker bringing it up?

I think it's because they know the answer.

What is the evidence against Trump? Please do tell, I have been waiting 3 years to hear one single scrap of evidence of his guilt. I look forward to the cricket sounds.

Well, for starters he tried to hide the 140k hush money payment from the FEC by having his lawyer make the payment with a shell company.  He then repaid the lawyer monthly for the next year.

Whether you like it or not, this is a federal crime, and there's more than a scrap of evidence.

I don't know, it might have something to do with cleaning house in the DOJ, the FBI, as well as the courts, not to mention the unrelenting politically motivated investigations and media hype, or the fact that if he came out right away and prosecuted her leftards completely believing he is literally Hitler would then start a civil war over it. He is slowly building the narrative and acclimating the public to the facts to prevent domestic upheaval. Tucker and Hannity are on a leash, like anyone who is on an establishment network is. They don't have the freedom to go that far even if they wanted to.

Oh you mean the money he paid from his own funds to prevent a stripper with a multiple felon lawyer from attempting to smear him in public by turning his personal life into a circus, having absolutely nothing to do with election funds? The money that has already been investigated and ruled as not a violation of the law, you mean that hush money?

If there were enough evidence to convict Biden, he would be indicted by the DOJ already.  Same with Hillary.

Same with Trump

The OLC opinion that says you can't indict a sitting president makes this unlikely.

He's already an unindicted co-conspirator in at least one felony.

You are forgetting that many educated people do not want to be rich (yourself included), they want to be workers (and stay poor) all their lives.

How are you going to pull them out of poverty?

BTW, you cannot educate people who do not want to be educated.  The desire to change their lives has to come from within.

I think the problem in bold is that you have a lack of knowledge of the poor.  ...Baseless assertions...

Now you really pissed me off. You motherfucker, you know nothing about being poor and eating from the dumpsters.  I was fucking homeless, ate from the dumpsters, and slept in public parks.  You little twit.  That is who you are, you know shit and you think you can save the world with your bullshit propaganda which does nothing but instills hope in other lazy, criminal minds.

So shut the fuck up with your bullshit.

You know shit, are lazy as fuck and are looking for an easy way out, you will die poor, so will your children and grandchildren.

You just don't get it. He in his self proclaimed privileged life is educated and knows far more about poverty than any homeless person! You just need re-education until you see it his way. Trust him, he knows best from his position of privilege over and over telling people who have suffered under poverty, socialism, and communism personally. All these people who have lived his ideological reality know nothing and they simply need to imagine everyone getting a free pony harder and all the world's problems will be solved. He is enlightened and he will lead poor plebeians like you in the revolt against the evil wealth hoarding kulaks. Once the productive class is destroyed we will all live in equality!

You realize there were plenty of good reason to insist Ukraine got rid of the corrupt prosecutor that have nothing to do with Bidens son, right?

Also, Obama and the rest of the G8 leaders agreed that they wouldn't provide aid as long as the prosecutor was fired. Biden just delivered the message.

Also, telling a country you won't help them unless they do something isn't extortion.

If there were enough evidence to convict Biden, he would be indicted by the DOJ already.  Same with Hillary.

Oh of course, this is all just one big misunderstanding! The fact that the Bidens made millions of dollars directly from the company that was under investigation by the lead prosecutor Joe Biden demanded be fired is just one big coincidence! He was a bad man anyway, so lets just forget all about this extortion, pay for play, and general illegal conspiracy to defraud both the US and Ukraine governments. Lets let bygones be bygones right?

Change a few names and just imagine the outrage:
Trump Jr gets put on board of Ukraine power Co, for lots of money with no qualifying experience. Some Ukraine lawyer opens investigation into that company. Trump Sr calls and tells Ukraine Pres that investigator needs fired, or else US will withhold aid funding. Investigator get fired, Ukraine gets US tax dollars, Trump Jr keeps wealthy position.
How do you think that would play out.

It's ok when they do it, but god forbid a Republican even entertain the thought

They are already desperately trying to manufacture this false equivalence with Parnas and Fruman even though it is guilt via association, and the money that went to the Trump PAC was put in a segregated bank account and not spent, indicating they suspected it was illicit and were working to wrap them up and get them to turn states evidence.
3187  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Breaking News: Trump Takes Back Port of Long Beach From the Communist Chinese on: October 11, 2019, 10:14:26 PM
Brilliant move. When Obama did this I was just absolutely flabbergasted how absolutely traitorous this move was. Letting the Chinese control such a major port is a huge national security risk, and is likely a large gap thru which Fentanyl and other illicit drugs and materials can flow through into the USA. China loves confiscating foreign capitol investment in their country on the regular, turnabout is fair play.

^Its not proactive.  Excessive wealth and hoarding is already a form of violence.  Mitigating that is defense of said violence.

Whatever you say terrorist. Enjoy the kulak hunt. Too bad this time the kulaks are armed to the teeth.
3190  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What to do about people who believe that stealing is ok on: October 11, 2019, 07:30:27 PM
It is completely based on reality.   You are only using basic intuition and preconceived ideas about how things worked and ignoring data and research that sometimes provides counterintuitive results.

I understand how one can start off thinking that people will reproduce infinitely but there is a mountain of research and real-world evidence that shows the more education women have, the less they reproduce.  Nations with higher human devleopment have lower birth rates and many of the highest, most socialized nations with large safety nets and welfare actually have birth rates below replacement.  This is because women who have more education end up with physical autonomy and the ability to afford contraception, birth control and pursuit of professional careers.  They end up delaying motherhood and end up with only a few years of fertility by the time they are settled.

https://www.economist.com/international/2019/02/02/thanks-to-education-global-fertility-could-fall-faster-than-expected

Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Iceland are all under 2 children per woman.  Certainly not infinite reproduction despite universal access to education, healthcare, shelter and food.  Not only do these countries still function, but they are all among the most well-off in the world.  This is not communism at all and its definitely not the crap you call communism.

Meanwhile look at all the countries with the high rates of births and they are all countries with high levels of poverty, poor education, and poor healthcare.  The correlation and causation are undeniable.

You didn't actually refute my arguments. You just essentially said no, you are wrong, and repeated your premise. Once again you are making assumptions and projections that are by far not assured. Also if you are wrong the results have been shown throughout history in the form of millions dead. History shows what you advocate for ends in horrible genocidal failure. Just because it works for some select small groups for short periods in no way means it will translate successfully scaled up, and the historical evidence shows it in fact will end in failure. Keep dreaming Captain Postmodern. Leave the policy decisions to people who make choices based on logos, not ethos.

What part of my statement implies there shouldn't be due process?

This part:

The important part is the dems got baited into exposing their own crimes.

So what crimes did they commit?

I wonder why the chalkboard doesnt explain us about the Parnas and Fruman case.

Oh, you mean these guys?

Quote
Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman are accused of using a limited liability company to make political contributions related to American elections, in violation of FEC prohibitions against contributions from foreign nationals. Both men have been linked to Giuliani’s efforts to conduct investigations in Ukraine.

And look...

https://a57.foxnews.com/static.foxnews.com/foxnews.com/content/uploads/2019/10/1862/1048/AP_19270560522716.jpg

There's a picture of them with this oily looking guy on the left, who is... drum roll... Donald Trump Jr.! Oooh would you look at that: the presidents son is carousing with people under investigation, who just happened to have sent money to a Trump super PAC!

But let me guess: its just more witch hunt right? And that statement is nowhere near an example of "rules for theeee but not for meeeeeeee" blatant hypocrisy, right?

So calling some one a criminal means that they don't get due process? Cool story bro. Careful not to stretch that premise any more or it will break. The Bidens as well as others are guilty of the crime of selling influence, extortion, bribery, and I am sure many other crimes that will be later defined in a court of law.

Regarding your picture... So he had a meal with these guys, clearly case closed! You certainly can't find all kinds of prominent politicians taking photos with people who later turn out to be criminals. If that is your standard of evidence we might as well get rid of the entire federal government. Did he receive personal enrichment from these guys like Hunter Biden? Did Trump offer a quid pro quo, receive direct payments, and then brag about his extortion on camera like Joe Biden?

The money they gave to the Trump PAC wasn't even used. I am also willing to bet the fact that they put it in a segregated account means they expected this and were simply baiting them so they could be prosecuted and turned to state's evidence. The sheer desperation from the left to project false equivelence upon the situation is quite pathetic.

It is good to see our Frenchineer mini Stalin in training mOgliE again. The right to bear arms is for self defense, not killing rich people. There is a difference between self defense, and hunting down all the kulaks for having more than you.

Thanks for the mini Stalin, I'm an alt of Cracked5 though, not mOgliE but I guess for you all left French are the same.

It doesn't matter, the question is clear: is violence against rich people justified?

The correct answer is thus "yes sometimes". Because if rich people attack you need to defend yourself.

Answering "no never" can only imply two things:
1/ you suck it up so much to rich people that if they attack you you spread your ass more
2/ you think rich people will never ever attack you

If you say so. The leftist French are especially retarded, so I wouldn't be surprised but I have my doubts. So do you ask for a pay stub before defending yourself from attackers? The correct answer is to defend yourself, period. We all know the left advocates proactive violence though, and that's what this survey is asking, so your cute little word games are irrelevant.

Where did I call anyone hypocritical? Please quote.

OK, for starters:

Thanks for proving my point Democrats love accusing their opponents of what they themselves are guilty of.

(crickets)

Good, I'm glad you're satisfied with this example and I don't have to compile all the instances of you calling people a hypocrite in the past, that would take weeks.

PS: I'm not a Democrat.

No, of course not. You just support all of their policy positions, share the same sophist tactics, and have Trump Derangement Syndrome. Nice save.

I support all of their policy positions?? Wow, project much? Of course not. Only others do that. Just like how only other people can be hypocritical. There's no way you could be these things.  Roll Eyes

You should have realized you weren't perfect when you got excluded from DT 4 and a half years ago. Your unwavering approach of never admitting error or exhibiting the slightest trace of humility hasn't exactly paid off since then.

Whatever you need to invent to distract from the fact I never called anyone a hypocrite in this thread. Since we are now bringing unrelated forum issues into this and talking about hypocrisy...

But this is obfuscated by the fact that most people don't know that they are reading the words of a bought account. There is no honesty or redeemable qualities in your arguments, you're simply trying to defend borderline evil behavior for your own selfish financial reasons.

http://web.archive.org/web/20190704162438/https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1622642.0

This is ridiculous!

How can 80% of Americans feel that "violence is never justified against the richs"??

You're the citizens of a country that has nearly never known peace, that has part of its constitution ensuring that you always have the means to defend yourself, but you're against violence when it comes to rich people??

You don't see the contradiction here? xD

Any normal human being should answer that violence can be justified. There are cases where violence is the only answer. Otherwise what's the point of your guns?

It is good to see our Frenchineer mini Stalin in training mOgliE again. The right to bear arms is for self defense, not killing rich people. There is a difference between self defense, and hunting down all the kulaks for having more than you.

This is same for almost every countries around the world. It's considered a female won't fake about the matter. And no female who have provided a consent would ever blame her partner.

It's not that a court would not look for any evidence but there are enough to prove you were with some female at some time in a closed place, you could be convicted on the sole testimony of the female.

There are many cases of conditional consent which involves promises or blackmailing that can't be considered a full consent. A consent of child or a mentally unstable person and even a person with depression in some case can't be considered as a consent.

So, if you are having sex with someone, make sure she's okay with it and would be okay even in the future.
Having a monogamous relation would save you from many troubles. But again you need to keep her happy as martial rape are also a punishable crime in most of the world.

Does having a vagina somehow impart more honesty and virtue just by the pure merit of its existence? No? Advocating for a system that allows one human to imprison another human based only on their word is ABSOLUTELY INSANE. Your whole premise assumes women would never lie, and I am sorry if you believe that you are fucking retarded. This is not a sufficient standard for due process.

But...it's an investigation.  There has been no verdict.  What happened to innocent until proven guilty!  Witch Hunt!! Never before has Fox News treated a former vice President so unfairly!!!  SAD!!!!

Boo fucking hoo. What part of my statement implies there shouldn't be due process? Oh right none of it. This is just more leftardism attempting to manufacture the appearance of double standards as they practice them themselves. Its getting fucking pathetic now. This is basically the only strategy the left has any more, and this is increasingly why all the rational people are leaving, leaving the left with only the most extremist mentally ill wingbats.
