Hey Klone, NEM is original one. Me.too and a bunch of others copy from NEM.
While we admit to do some copy and paste from NEX, NEM should be way above in your list
Especially given that NEM is the most viable effort till now.
The KLONE list should be in chronological order, and nothing to do with the merits of the clone, or the cloner.
BUT, I see that I have NEM at 6, when you should be at 3. I'll change that straight away. I reformatted the links in my announcement thread, and maybe I altered the order by mistake.
Please forgive this error.
GetVisaCoin is 'brother no.1' & 'first among equals' in the KLONE family (being the first to officially announce a NXT clone), but all the stakeholders of KLONE are equal in my eyes. That is something I like about NEM too - equality for the stakeholders.
I love all my clones, but like many 'guardians', it is hard not to have a favourite deep down (
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=422129.msg4663355#msg4663355). I am trying to see the good in FrictionlessCoin too (it is becoming hard though).
PiNK looks to be a powerful clone warrior, and I like the look of LightVelocityCoin too. I'm not sure about ME.TOO, but his strategy to clone NEM might be more than just 'funny business'.
I think if you looked at the 10 people behind the 10 KLONES we have assembled so far, many might suggest they are a NXT clone dream team. And it's only been a few days.
Talent attracts talent!
I think NEM is a most excellent NXT clone!! I am watching your progress closely.
When the time comes to launch KLONE I hope you will consider assisting me as one of the KLONE Knights at the round table along with the other clone warriors!
I suspect that distributing KLONE coins will require the KLONE stakeholders to actively organise giveaways and bounties much more than with NXT or NEM. If we ended up with 25 stakeholders in KLONE then I think it would be possible for them to distribute the KLONE coins fairly.
The problem with NXT is most of the original 73 did not understand what BCNext intended, so many are not actively involved. Sending their bitcoins was more involved than an 'interested', but still not enough to generate a pre-commitment to the NXT cause.
In that sense BCNext gets only a 50% mark for his psychology experiment. KLONE will get a small number of stakeholders, but they should understand their task, should they accept the challenge to launch KLONE as a real NXT clone.
It is possible my proof-of-clone idea is 'just so crazy it might work'.
There is method to the madness of KLONE. A small number of committed stakeholders might launch a POS coin better than an army of disinterested stragglers.
Sure We will help each other.
