Hi NEM is intended to appeal to a board range of people from many aspects of life on the basis of crypto equality and comradeship. As I said before, I don't see why one person having two stakes is a problem especially if one is buying one share as a gift for your loved one. The developers/ helpers of this project will certainly have multiple shares as well. We are good as long as we keep our idea of fairness and the egalitarian principle. You could create another account, and better yet an account under your son's name and say so when you reserves a stake spot. There's no way in hell all the 0 activity posters are new people. Not even half. At this point I've got to believe half the stakes reserved the last few days are mostly mults.
This is stupid. Might as well have just said "selling 1M share stake for .01 BTC, buy as many as you like until they sell out".
Would have been more honest. Now we have a majority of the ownership community starting off on a dishonest foot.

It is on page 76 now so we better be quick. My proposition : - Keep fee as is, or add a fixed amount for every x pages to ensure growth of project
but - Add rule that promotion elsewhere (FB, Twiter, G+) must be made by an account that has been registered & active since Jan 01 at least
Fee should not change in a radical way, people will be upset but promoting with original (and older than the project) social media accounts can hinder sockpuppets I believe, you have to allow new account to ask for a spot, new user is good! but what we need to do is make it harder for sockpuppet to get more share. That will increase fairness, it is impossible to be 100% fair anyway. We should welcome new users. Just try to figure out how to reduce sochpuppet accounts. I think we should implement sending address check. Do we still want memes ? any suggestions for "promote NEM" condition changes ? I think we still need some promotional efforts, most people sent in money. At the least, for now, if you do not want to affect the job you have already done in the past and do want not frustrate people that already paid. Maybe imposing promotion only for new accounts would reduce the futur non desirable account. For now it would be a good way to promote NEM. I believe. Acting reoactively might be difficult to administrate. There will be no new rule applied retroactively. |

Just an idea to get less 'sockpuppets'. From now on you could require both the fee AND promotion (proof). Say from page 75 onwards, would increase the visibility better too.
Okie let's experiment some ways to restrict sockpuppet accounts; but let's do it at page 81 since the rules until page 80 has been set. you talking like create something about a minimum requirement? So like must have been created prior to announcement of NEM and/or any of the NXT clones? Not really because a disclaimer is already put there that "the fund raising terms are subject to changes upon the discretion of the development team" to ensure idea of " Completely Fair Distribution - Equal Shares for ALL". If the community think that the issue of socketpuppet account damages "Completely Fair Distribution" then we going to implement a counter-measure. But it will not apply retrospectively, only from page 81 and up. But if we are going to implement a counter-measure, I need someone to be able to police it because I can't track all of these myself. |

If you can point out anyone with 10 accounts (link them together) or more then I will refund them the money. But if it is just your opinion, I can't do anything about it.
