Update: the stakeholder list is updated to the end of page 40. So I finally catch up with the list. The account count is over 2200 but this number will drop quite a bit when we delete all unqualified accounts and duplicate accounts. There is only 1 duplicate hash fraudster in the last 10 pages so it looks like this guy has temporarily give up. Kooream has been working on an audition of registration thread 1 and his earlier report shows that there are quite a few fraudsters there.
