slow down guys with accumulation

i need some time to sell my other coins at a good price to accumulate here

I agree. Although SDC still looks extremely cheap it would have been nice to have a few more days to buy at sub 20,000 satoshi before the zero knowledge release

you had over a month to buy below 20k.

I knew about SDC a long time ago!

I was referring to the new people here (such as those who recently just found out about SDC because of my Twitter account)

If ZK is really implemented these prices will be like looking back at Bitcoin when it was pennies.

Agree, jdebunt has the best crypto news site IMO, no scammy tabloid graphics or sensationalism, just the facts.

GugliMugli has almost 1000 posts since June devoted EXCLUSIVELY to fudding URO.

Let's talk about how it's all about the Benjamins because unless you are mentally ill or I don't know, PAID, no one would devote such time to attacking a coin or project.
1085  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [CANN]Cannabis Coin Pre-Mine Transparency Discussion on: October 23, 2014, 07:42:31 PM

Delta9 and CannabisCoin will go down in the crypto history books as one of the most blatant examples of pre-mine theft.

Whether it is ethical or not, it's him who spent the money to build that grow facility and it's him who created the coin, he stole from no one.

Solid12345, why don't you go find out the truth about that and report back.

I don't know about the grow facility specifically but I did my research to know Delta 9 owns a string of successful revenue producing businesses that would well afford him to purchase such a facility.

How can you steal from your own creation?

I'm sure the majority of Microsoft shareholders could care less 30 years later that Bill Gates and Balmer lied to IBM and bought DOS for a few thousand dollars and flipped it for millions.

Gugli, if URO goes to 300 USD a coin are you still going to be in here posting 20x a day?
1088  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XCASH] Only Coin Feat. 100% Stealth Anon All Stages - PoD on: October 22, 2014, 07:55:09 PM
How could you keep all this development to yourself for so long? Cheesy

It's nice to see a dev who doesn't hype or demand adulation every few days, love the ninja launch (it also throws off pump groups and accumulators!)
1089  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [CANN]Cannabis Coin Pre-Mine Transparency Discussion on: October 22, 2014, 07:48:46 PM

There's still ~6 million coins from the pre-mine that are not accounted for.  This will leave a stain on #cann forever until DeltaNine can provide the old blockchain and accounting for those ~6 million.

1090  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 1 Uro coin = 1 tonne of urea on: October 22, 2014, 07:45:38 PM
Bohan Huang and Nilesh Nair are public faces (who have learned from the best scammer Vijay Eswaran)

Considering Vijay Eswaran is worth half a billion dollars, then URO is definitely going places  Grin
1091  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The truth about CannaCoin (CCN) on: October 22, 2014, 03:22:32 PM
Two wrongs don't make a right.

Even if the CANN dev was hiding something about the premine, the behavior of CCN is not much better, be it fudding CANN under sock accounts, tokypotato pretending to be friendly to the team one day while the next making passive aggressive comments about how CANN won't work or raising stupid issues like the use of the letter C in the wallet address, etc. and then they take CANN off Cannapay yet go and add that scamcoin Sativa to it, they are hardly white knights.

Also the fact the premine wasn't dumped at CANNs ATH tells me DeltaNine is in it for the long haul and isn't as nefarious as people make him out to be.

At the end of the day too the guy spent a huge amount of his own money on a damn marijuana grow farm, name any other dev on BTC Talk who would commit such a thing to their project?

Ppl stil buy this? wow.

It's not too late to jump on board, cheapest lottery ticket with the most reward potential you'll ever see in your lifetime.

Not quite lottery at $1.25 capitalization where 1 Uro = 1 bucket of Bat Piss (Guano-Urea)

You are a senior member and should know better than we've seen all sorts of lame coins hit the top 20 and then disappear forever.  Nobody here is missing Quark or BBQ coin.

I don't recall 1 guy or group buying $50,000 dollars out of pocket of BBQ Coin either.

By the way considering I've done graphic work for the Uro dev and familiar with the projects he is working on I think I should know better about whether it is a scam or not than a few btctalk trolls :p

BTC was not premined. You must be new here

Might as well have been though, practically instamining a million coins when 99.9999% of the world knows nothing about it, it's BETTER than a premine!

Still I don't begrudge Satoshi as long as those coins never move.
1095  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CannabisCoin [CANN][X11][Official][2] Developments & Discussions on: October 21, 2014, 04:21:11 PM
@Stratoblitz

I appreciate the honest and looked over your past postings and you did warn everyone, wish I'd heeded it sooner.

I will chime though I disagree that no alt can ever hope to become long-term successful. The problem is we are stuck in the shitcoin paradigm where, like you said, a small core of elite traders control everything and most alts exist just to pump and dump for BTC. CANN is one of the few ones with a real-world business plan and money backing it's concept, not just the acts of a "hard working" dev in a basement and a small forum community. What any cryptocurrency needs, and that includes Bitcoin, to survive is outside investment from non-crypto enthusiasts.

You mentioned your team had 40 BTC to play around with? Imagine if someone came in with 400 BTC to play with. Most of the so-called whales in the alt scene would be crushed by even the smallest of venture capitalists.

Now will I declare CANN is going to go to parity? No. And if it does it may be awhile. But when you consider alot of OTC marijuana stocks routinely reach market caps of 50-100 million or more, there is no good reason it can't itself. At the  very least getting to a dollar first would be a monumental event that would give the currency some credibility, if the dev has to reprice it as 3 grams per 1 CANN then maybe that is what needs to be done, but I do not think there is absolutely no way it can ever hope to be a profitable business venture.

As long as the market is just made up of IRC nerds, then yes the coin will pump and dump to oblivion. But if it can draw in thousands of new investors, it stands a good chance.
1096  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CannabisCoin [CANN][X11][Official][2] Developments & Discussions on: October 21, 2014, 03:11:45 PM

because it makes no sense to think that price should be equal
Cann supply is limited to 1 canncoin per medical user per day in 1 selling point, that gives absolutely no buying power
To compare the prices, can be done after a long upcomig timeframe where cannabiscoins can be used on a much larger scale (like all over USA).

Whales selling was "sell on the news"
My guess is that they also created the fud to buy back in for a next pump

That is like saying there is no buying power in pharmaceuticals because patients are prescribed 1 pill a day to treat their pain.
1097  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [CANN]Cannabis Coin Pre-Mine Transparency Discussion on: October 21, 2014, 01:45:33 PM
I know one thing, the behavior from some of the other marijuana coins is pathetic

First we got Garrity running around with his sock accounts on twitter and the trollboxes calling CANN a scam, now we have tokyopotato pretending to be a friend to CANN first while getting all passive aggressive dropping comments about how the peg wouldn't work, then making a stink about CANN wallet having the letter c in front of its addresses (lol) and then no doubt hiding under the newbie account az420 to fud. Now he's taken his mask off and shown his true colors.

CCN lost any credibility when they added that dead scam coin Sativa to Cannapay, wouldn't be surprised if Roscoin and Cannabis Dark pop up there next.

The credibility is in the block chain!

You've got all the scam info here in this thread, look through the CCN blockchain! Its clean, you (CANN) have a severed block chain with millions waiting to be dumped. That should scare the shit out of CANN investors. I know its hard to accept your lose big, but if you go through the normal reactive stages (denial, anger, bargaining, sadness and reinvestment) your GONNA LOOSE BIG and this thread will be here to remind you for the rest of your crytpo life.

What good is a clean blockchain with a lying two-faced dev behind the PR wheel?

The irony though is all these pot coins jumping on CANN all of a sudden will bring themselves down with it; if CANN fails crypto will find another fad to pump and dump and weed coins will go the way of the country or animal coins. Looking at the character though of Coyoto Wallstreet, Adam Garrity and Tokypotato, I can't say I wouldn't mind that either.

According to that receipt, he got a joint for free, not a joint for a CANN. I'm assuming (but would appreciate assurance from the devs, not guesses from everyone else) that it's just an issue with what the dispensary's point-of-sale system is (incorrectly) printing out on the receipt, and not actually the dispensary selling him weed for $0.00, or more importantly, for 0 CANN.

That is in USD and Not CANN.  He paid $0 USD and 1 CANN.

It is Correct.
Except that the receipt doesn't show a purchase paid with a CANN, unless you're suggesting a sale paid with $0 worth of CANN, though that isn't shown, either. I'm not doubting that he did purchase with a CANN, just that the point-of-sale system isn't showing it on the receipt.

Well I doubt a cash register with probably 20 year-old software can be modified to denominate crypto. It's easier for a clerk to just punch $0 then try and put a price on what the coin is at the time.

At least this tries to solve a real-world problem unlike Litecoin which famously pumped over a billion dollars for being nothing more than a scrypt clone of Bitcoin. While it will be baby steps for wide acceptance by dispenseries, word travels fast in the medical marijuana industry and I think the speculative value alone could bring this to a really high market cap.
