621  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to export private keys from QT and import into blockchain.info ? on: July 25, 2015, 01:58:40 PM
Please don't use Blockchain.info. Many people's wallets have been hacked because of Blockchain.info's fault. If you can't use Bitcoin Core, why don't you use thin clients like Electrum and Multibit HD?

To export private key, run dumpprivkey address. If your wallet is locked, you will have to unlock your wallet first by running walletpassphrase passphrase timeout (timeout is in seconds).

Eg:-

walletpassphrase pass1234 300  - This will unlock a wallet for 300 seconds(5 minutes).
dumpprivkey 1MZakirz92c76pK6BNy1NAEmbWYpDcP7mh  - This will show private key for 1MZakirz92c76pK6BNy1NAEmbWYpDcP7mh. (If this address is in the wallet.)

P.S. You will have to export private keys one by one.

Gracias Muhammed Grin

Bienvenido.

for BTC-E depositing methods are the same as withrawal methods ?

I don't think so. You probably need to withdraw money to online payment services such as PayPal* and Payza* and then withdraw to your bank account.

* I have not checked whether PayPal and/or Payza are available in your country.

Edit: I think you can withdraw to Visa/MasterCard cards but you may have to face conversion fees. Read https://btc-e.com/news/201.

also does BNP PARIBAS support this International wire transfer because I never heard of it , I'am only familliar with Credit cards , Paypal & that's it Shocked

AFAIK, yes.

ty for both links , I will check them out hopefully they are good , It's funny to see poor countries on Africa opened to Bitcoin more then rich countries .

I recommend you bitX(former link).
623  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin on: July 25, 2015, 12:46:19 PM
My biggest problem with Bitcoin is the Romanian scammers at Black Arrow LTD. Everything was going great until these fags screwed me out of $5k USD on the purchase of a Bitcoin miner.

What does that suppose to mean? Bitcoin is a currency. If, instead of Bitcoin, it was USD, will you say "my biggest problem with USD is the Romanian scammers at Black Arrow LTD. Everything was going great until these fags screwed me out of $5k USD on the purchase of a Bitcoin miner"?!
624  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [coinb.in] Open Source, Multi Signature, HD Wallet and more! on: July 25, 2015, 12:41:47 PM

While signing a multisig transaction, does the order of signing it matters ?

Is this order  linked to order of public keys used to create that multisig address ?

There is no "specific" order when signing.
625  Other / Meta / Re: How to see all created threads on: July 25, 2015, 12:34:29 PM
Another way to do this in the future would be to put an ender on the name of the thread , something like -dev121
And everytime you would do the search like suggested above, do it for the keyword dev121 and selecting yourself as thread starter.

That's where the problem is. There is no option to search by "topic starter". If so, it will be very easy to search for the topics started by a user. You can only search by "poster".
626  Other / Meta / Re: How to see all created threads on: July 25, 2015, 09:28:28 AM
There is no feature for viewing a list of threads you created.

Just put a letter 'e or a' which are most commonly used, in 'Search for' and enter your name in 'by user' and you'll see it. hope it helps.

It will show all the posts you have made which contains letter e or a. But devthedev only want to see the threads he created.

And he could just tick on "Search in topic subjects only"? Hopefully all his topics he created have the word "a" or "e".

I have tried this, but when I ticked on "Search in topic subjects only" the results is not what expected. It is working fine for me if do not tick on that option. Although the results does not show all threads I have made, only some of them which contain the letter I used to search but at least this is the best way to see the threads made by a user. So thanks to bitbaby for sharing this..

If you want to search this way, type all alphabets with space in between them, change "Match all words" to "Match any words" and enter your username or the username you want.

Hello Muhammed,

Sorry for being late! Replied to all.

No it shows all the threads started by you. And it seems to be working fine.

And that's exactly what he wanted, to show the threads he created.

I rechecked just now. When searching like that, it shows all "posts"(not only topics) made by that user with the letter(s)/word(s) you type.
629  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Best Exchange ? on: July 25, 2015, 08:22:47 AM
Which country are you from? This would help narrow down the options.

I'am from Algeria which is located on North of africa (that big country on the map Shocked )
For what comes to Bitsmap , they accept SEPA means only in Europe ? because I'am planning to open a Bank account and that bank is European but not sure if possible to use it as in Europe ? Shocked (BNP PARIBAS) is the bank name . also are they safe from hack now ? I mean they are using Multi signature or something ? or still not safe .

If you have a European bank account, you can use SEPA. However, BNP Paribas has many branches and you are probably opening an African account. Hence, you won't be able to use SEPA.

and BTC-E could anyone give me the other payment methods please ? that would be nice not sure what Payeer is

You can use International wire transfer to deposit money into BTC-e account. I recommend BTC-e to you or use a local Bitcoin exchange(if any).

Edit: I think https://bitx.co/za or https://ice3x.com is better for you.
630  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Trying to Import my Armory Root Key into Electrum on: July 25, 2015, 08:07:45 AM
-snip-
You then copy the private key and import it and/or sweep it into the wallet program of your choice.
 -snip-

In Electrum 2.x, you can not import addresses to a wallet with seed. You need to create a new wallet.

https://electrum.orain.org/wiki/Frequently_Asked_Questions#Can_I_import_addresses_from_other_Bitcoin_clients.3F

There is no problem for sweeping.
631  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: How to send an invalid transaction for testing purposes? on: July 25, 2015, 07:51:38 AM
Idk if this has anything to do with what the OP says, but I have heard that someone sent some litecoins to a btc Addy... Would this be of consideration?

It is not plausible.

No. It will show all the topics whose subjects contain letter a or e. Like I said, there is no feature to get a list of all the threads created by a user.

634  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk blocking ips by country ? Why ? on: July 25, 2015, 06:30:32 AM
I also could not access Bitcointalk.org sometimes but after reloading for 1-5 minutes and sometimes longer. Maybe, because of the new anti-DDoS program?
635  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do islam hates people? on: July 24, 2015, 05:08:35 PM
Article says those Muslims were protesting because it had verses from Qur'an and it also says VHP burned IS flags. Do you know whether they "really" burned an IS flags or a flag with verses from Qur'an? Only the people who watched it knows which type of flag they burned. I don't know.

Moot point -Even if the flag being burnt was the ISIS flag, the protests/rioting would continue.

How can you say that? Many of the people I know who are Muslims does not support ISIS or such actions.
636  Other / Meta / Re: The most contributed to the forum on: July 24, 2015, 05:07:23 PM
i want to add a guy that no one know about, but it's very helpful, and remind me of satoshi

johoe https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=143551

Oh yes of course! johoe deserves to be on the list more than most. He saved many, many people from getting bitcoins stolen during the re-used R value blockchain.info value.
He should be one of the most respected members here after that, he's kind of a bitcointalk hero.

He swept the wallets of vulnerable addresses to stop scammers & thieves doing it. He then returned every single satoshi.

That's true but... OP is talking about most contributed people/person to the "forum". Like QS said, a clear definition for "the most contributed" is needed.

Oh yes of course! johoe deserves to be on the list more than most. He saved many, many people from getting bitcoins stolen during the re-used R value blockchain.info value.

R values are not Blockchain.info values. R value is a value in signature of a transaction. See http://crypto.stackexchange.com/a/9695.

Thanks for Your Responses I Learned a Lot From The Response From People Here. But I Thinking That I Don't Know More About The Bitcoins. Is Bitcoins Can Be Reversible Like Paypal Funds Are Reversible. Is That happens With Bitcoins ??

No. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible.

I think it was a trick long before that if you sent by mistake to somebody and still the transaction has 0 confirmation i think it was something to solve this by getting back the money.
Correct me if i am wrong.

You are probably talking about "double spend". Double spend is not always possible but your double spend transactions will have higher chance if the former transaction is unconfirmed and the latter has higher fees. Nevertheless, it depend on miners.

July 22, 2015
RAJOURI: Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal activists burnt Islamic State flags fuelling violence in Rajouri area. Curfew has been imposed in the area following violence by the local Muslims over the issue.
.....

1.  Burning the American flag is okay.

2.  Burning the ISIS flag is not okay.

3.  Insulting Jews and callously accusing them of 911 is okay.

4.  "Upgrade your mind, if you still think ISIS is Muslim."

Somehow I do not think the resident straw puppets and paid propaganda trolls are doing a very good or consistent job.

"Muslims demanded arrest of Hindu activists for burning the flag bearing Quranic verses and have threatened to hold protests and declare a bandh if police fails to do so."

Two questions:

1. Did Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal activists really burnt an "IS" flag or a flag with Qur'anic verses?
2. Were those Muslims protesting for burning flag with Qur'anic verses like they are saying or for burning "IS" flag?

Why do you ask these questions? The answers are in the posts you quoted, so you have the answers already. Are you calling those guys liars? Are you calling them incompetent reporters? Or are you only trying to steer the rest of us into believing that Islam is a religion of peace when it definitely is not.

Smiley
