Check whether the address you used is a change address and can you please list all files you see in C:\Users\YourUserName\Appdata\Roaming\Local\Electrum?

-snip- Currently I am 'catching up' at the moment and am 21 weeks behind, not that, that's relevant...I think. -snip-
You need to fully sync your client to be able to broadcast a transaction. Do you mean rebroadcast a transaction? because like I said I was able to send a transaction ok after finding my initial transaction wasn't appearing on the blockchain despite being 21 weeks behind. I send transaction ok quite ofter despite not having downloaded all the blocks. No. AFAIK you need to fully sync to push a transaction. Did the transaction you broadcasted appeared in any of the block explorers?

I agree with you. It can lead to confusion especially if there is a few topics related to similar subject.
If you quoted a post and was replying to it, then you can click that quoted post to go to the thread where your post was deleted from.

That indeed is the sad truth. Iraq is in peril because of the hate different muslim communities have among them. Not sure how this situation changes because orthodox hot heads tend to be the ones people choose to follow. Iraq was a peaceful country, before the Americans triggered the Iran-Iraq war in 1980 for their own selfish needs. Not only different sects of Muslims, but also other minorities such as Christians, Yazidis, Mandeans, and the Bahais were living in perfect harmony. Iraq was one of the few secular countries in the Middle East. But the Americans destroyed all that. It will be a "real" problem and "bad" thing only if theists were involved in it. Else, it will be one of the "soon-forgotten" things.

I gave a loan to TheGr33k, who has +ve green trust and was stated as alt of a scammer by quickseller but I thought that its no harm to give out the loan of 0.1BTC as I assumed I will be able to sell the account for more than 0.1 atleast. -snip-
"was stated as alt of a scammer by quickseller" - THIS. Why did you give out a loan even after it was marked as alt of scammer/extortionist? You should have asked community to ensure your assumptions are possible. @QS: Please don't remove the feedback and I know you won't.

You can't self-moderate a topic after you create it but I think Admins manually can make your topic self-moderated. If they can, you will need to give them a solid reason to do so.

|

Double-spending is spending same bitcoin more than once. Miners ensure that the inputs for the transaction is not used to prevent double-spending. Example: 1. Bob send 1 BTC to Alice. 2. Bob send same 1 BTC to Joe. 3. Miner confirms both transaction and included it in block. A real example: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=152348See https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Double-spending for more details. It is a type of exploit. The person sends funds without a transaction fee, then sends again with a fee. The transaction with the fee will get confirmed and the other will eventually get rejected by the network. -snip-
Wrong. You can also double-spend a transaction with fee. The transaction which will be confirmed depends on miners. Most of the miners include transaction with higher fee and some includes older transaction.

The forum isn't a video a game. New ranks can be added as and when needed just like Legendary was. The ranks are just a way to show the age / activity of an account.
The forum isn't a video game, but there's no reason why we can't implement gamification in it. The Stack Exchange network does something similar (with points and achievements), and I think it works fine, encouraging people to give useful answers. When you are saying achievements, I started to think, other than the current activity count, what can we do? Then I think of post counts and time logged in. Although post counts can be boosted by making many useless posts here, the total time logged in must be real time. Maybe shall we make a new rank for those who have one of the highest values of the total time logged in? There shouldn't be a rank based on logged in time as 'Total time logged in' can be manipulated easily. See 'Most Time Online' in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=stats.
