Sorry to say but you are just wasting money by sending to random guys who aren't helping much. You should look better before tipping.

I tip whomever I please, thank you.

Thank you for telling! I thought this was meant to be donations for people who actually helps not people who please you or at least that is what I understood from OP. Good luck, anyways!

1465  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Bitcoin Core multisig adresses on: June 04, 2015, 11:45:15 AM
you dont own the multi sig address

Can you please explain further what you meant? Thank you!
1466  Other / Meta / Re: can I edit the Auction thread ? on: June 04, 2015, 11:44:20 AM

and ironically move it into a section where you can edit it, you might even be able to move it back. Which would make the whole "cant edit here" setting useless. IIRC "TheGambler" moved auction threads into e.g. tech support and heavily changed the thread to make it look like a legit tech support question.

this should be fixed then if it's not already.

I already asked this but I didn't get much replies. One of the reply:

Shouldn't "move topic" be disable in Auctions?

No. Sometimes people decide they don't want to auction something any more so move it to Goods.
1467  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Bitcoin Core multisig adresses on: June 04, 2015, 11:35:39 AM
I understood basically all of what you just said , only the "redeem script" that you just mentioned , what's that ??

https://bitcoin.org/en/developer-guide#p2sh-scripts

I don't think I need to save it so I'am able to receive BTC right ? I need to save it just to not lose my BItcoin adress if I understood right ?

You need to save it to *spend* BTC from the address you create.

1468  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: [ANN] Bither - simple&secure Bitcoin wallet.(Desktop v1.3.5 released) on: June 04, 2015, 09:53:13 AM
Does this wallet support import of other wallet addresses using private key from Bitcoin core? As getting sick of core crashing and having to rebuild index.

Yes. You can import private keys.
1469  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: who use coinbase bitcoin wallet ? in android ? on: June 04, 2015, 09:39:19 AM
There has been some problem. I saw another user reporting the same problem. Send a support ticket.

I highly recommend you to use a different app because Coinbase is not secure. Some of the wallets I recommend are Bitcoin Wallet, Bither, GreenAddress and Mycelium.

not secure from Huh
i use coinbase more than 3month and iam not get any security issue
and perfect connect in web browser

only can't connect in coinbase android app

You have *no* control over private keys.

Do you create your own account to save your balance or will you tell someone else to create account, tell him/her to deposit and withdraw money when you want? You won't. Coinbase can easily steal your money and don't forget Mt. Gox.
1470  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Bitcoin Core multisig adresses on: June 04, 2015, 09:36:45 AM
I know that we can create Multi signature adresses using Bitcoin Core but using commands on the console if I remember right , forgot what are the Commands but dosen't matter I can get them again ... However I want to know why when they console gives me back the adresses of Multisig that starts with "3" it dosen't get added to "Receiving Adresses" ? Shocked

Mutlisig addresses start with 3 and no, it won't get added to 'Receiving Addresses'.

Basically I should keep that adress somewhere ?

You should save redeem script somewhere safe.

and if I give it to someone is he going to be able to send me BTC or not ?

Send him address starting with 3 you got and he will be able to send you BTC. Whether he/she sends BTC to you will depend on him/her. I can't answer that.

all I have to do is keep it on a .txt file , give it to people and I will receive in my wallet just that simple ?

You will have to save redeem script not only the address just like you save private key.

cause it looks kinda weird whenI don't have it on my receiving adresses and i was wondering ... gracias amigos  Kiss

Bienvenido!
1471  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How to create/send a Tx from Brainwallet.org on: June 04, 2015, 09:29:01 AM
Another problem I found using brainwallet is that it creates bad transactions, for instance the one that I pushed took more than 10 hours to get confirmed (I thought it would never confirm) because instead of sending the full amount (like I told it to do) brainwallet deducted 1 satoshi from the transaction which resulted in sending that 1 satoshi back to the sender's address and then I got this warning in blockchain explorer "This transaction has a very small output and is none standard" even though it did had 0.0001 Tx fee.

You should review your transaction before pushing it. Read 'JSON Transaction' field and you will see details. After you verify, correct if there is any mistakes/errors and then push transaction.
1472  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people hate islam? on: June 04, 2015, 09:22:27 AM
Islam is the best religion on earth and that is why so many people convert to it.

Agnosticism is the best religion in the world. It has never killed or harmed anyone (I am not talking about Communist-inspired Atheism by the way), and it never discriminates against anyone. All other religions are evil. And the Abrahamic religions in particular have caused untold misery and suffering to the humankind ever since their invention.

The fact is, there's currently more violence around the world in the name of Islam than any other religion

Which is just for political gains not for Islam. They are just spreading violence under the name Islam for their own benefit not for Islam and will never be.
1473  Economy / Lending / Re: [OFFERING] BTC LOANS *NO COLLATERAL / COLLATERAL* on: June 04, 2015, 09:20:56 AM
Because i Require a Loan (i make another require in other post): accept as a collateral my account and my amazon account (10 euro) for a 0.1 BTC Loan?

Denied, sorry your account is rated negative by Vod and he is away now. I don't take amazon accounts (see OP).

Thank you. Could you tell me how work to give BTCTalck account as collateral? If i member don't repay his loan, how you could use his account?Huh I don't understand!

People are buying accounts with high activity (Full Member, etc.) to participate in signature campaigns and get higher "pay per post". A lender can sell the collateral account to recover the loaned BTC.

Ok. I undestand. But how really work? Suppose that i have a good account to give you as collateral: how you could obtain my account if i don't pay my loan? I shold give you my ID and my PW? You should change the email of the collateral account? Could you help me to understand?

Lender sends Bitcointalk account username and password to borrower or to a trusted third party(escrow). If lender defaults loan, account credentials will be changed and lender can use or sell it.

Ok. Now i understand. But there is an High risk  by using an account as collateral, or not? If i Lend 1BTC to an Hero member, how about should I obtain by reselling is account in case of default? There is a "market" of BTCTalk account??

Sorry for my answer, but i'd to know how this market work. Thank you for reply! Smiley

That is why you shouldn't accept a collateral which is not worth the loan amount unless you trust borrower. This is the same reason why Moebius327 rejected your loan.
1474  Other / Meta / Re: Nominate (insert name here) to the default trust list on: June 04, 2015, 09:15:07 AM
If dooglus is DT level 1, then stunna should also be DT1.
They both run exceptionally trusted sites in an area known for scams.

Unlike Stunna, Dooglus has people on his trust list. It is not worth adding a user who uses default trust list.

Yes, well done on quoting theymos, we all read his post above.

Doesn't mean he can't create a list if added to DT1 (assuming he doesn't have one).

I dont think that is a sensible selection criteria, having a list or not.

It is a sensible selection criteria. If you have missed: depth 1 and depth 2 members have same power except depth 1 can add users to default trust list. Depth 1 members' ratings have equal value to depth 2 members. If Stunna doesn't have a custom trust list, it tells he is not willing to have a custom trust list and he may not have time to moderate his own trust list.
1475  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: [ESHOP launched] Trezor: Bitcoin hardware wallet on: June 04, 2015, 09:12:30 AM
I need some help with my trezor!

I have two accounts (with two passwords) on my trezor, one is working OK and shows all transactions. The other one shows the total BTC amount, but doesn't show the list of transactions.
I'm using mytrezor.com in chrome or IE (doesn't matter), OS is Windows 7 64-Bit. My trezor has the newest firmware.

I've looked in the log and found this:

No because Bitcointalk is not Bitcoin.

MZ what you smoking dude?

I definitely do not agree that he is keeping it up to date.

Re Lou, my point exactly, he and the others (except e.ms) are no longer on it, doesn't reflect the true state in my books. All those guys could just as easily be on DT1.

LouReed abused his power. Default trust list is for people who leave feedback correctly, and that is the main thing. Even highly trusted users can be excluded from default trust list.
1478  Other / Meta / Re: Nominate (insert name here) to the default trust list on: June 04, 2015, 08:50:58 AM
How about you guys take a breath and relax.

escrow.ms = trusted
deadley = trusted
devthedev = trusted
Cooldgamer = trusted
LouReed = trusted
.
.
and so on.

Theymos set his DT level 1 a long time ago. People have come along after that are much more trustworthy and deserving of level 1 but arent on DT at all.

And so what. If Theymos won't reset the list, create your own list.  That is what we are supposed to do.

I do agree however that a DT1 cleaning out their closet every 6 months makes no sense and is detrimental to the forum. The older trusted members have left feedback which is now 'somewhat diminished' while a newer member is 'promoted' simply because a deal has been done in previous 6 months.

Of the list above, if you think it's sensible that only one of those has DT power, while the others are plain fodder, then you will have your trust setting set to default trust. If you don't,  set your own list.

Theymos is keeping his list upto date and LouReed is not in default trust list anymore.
1479  Other / Meta / Re: Default Trust Visualisation [Picture Heavy] [3rd June] on: June 04, 2015, 08:31:45 AM
We just can't forget the situation that Canary had created with the vast amount of people being in Depth 2.

CITM's trust list was very large when he was originally added to default trust, it's part of the reason he was added. That itself isn't a problem.

This is what happened with several people on CITM's trust list. In fact IIRC, every person that used their default trust status nefariously was in CITM's trust list.

His trust list being very large was a problem itself because it comprised of entirely arbitrary people.  It would be as if you (BB) just copy pasta'ed a list of 300 people from the members list entirely at random. And then it'd be worse, because those entirely random and non verified or evaluated members would have paid you for the add. THEN when confronted about it, you refused to do anything about it, continued and excluded anyone who call you out about it from your Depth 0 position.

CITM added most of the persons who he traded with and especially people who left him feedback.

Quote from: Dogie
{...} and excluded anyone who call you out about it from your Depth 0 position.

Depth 1 position.
