1561  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CloudThink.IO removed management pictures after being caught with stealing on: June 01, 2015, 03:16:32 PM
We have made a lot of explanations on this thread and others which should cover all concerns that where raised. We do not have the time to post an explanation 5-10 times so the users see it. We will try our best to answer if the concern is real but please understand that we have a lot of work to do and these accusations are only making our hob harder.

Thank you!

You told you don't sell hashrates but your website tells you do. Care to explain why?

CanaryInTheMine 1872: -0 / +193

Why not have Canary top tier?

Seems to fit Theymos criteria more than

Dogie or Quickseller or Diamond that is for certain.

Check various threads in Meta and you will know why CITM is not in default trust list. FYI, CITM was in default trust depth 1 earlier.
1564  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where is the blockchain in ubuntu ? on: June 01, 2015, 10:19:00 AM
Blockchain data will be in ~/.bitcoin/. Please backup private keys before deleting to avoid any loose.
1565  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.2 BTC Loan Request - 10% Interest on: June 01, 2015, 10:17:53 AM
I currently left negative feedback but I will change it to neutral if your activity is not shady. Good luck!
1566  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How to create/send a Tx from Brainwallet.org on: June 01, 2015, 10:16:04 AM
Nothing is wrong with the unspent outputs, to check that I just pushed the Transaction from electrum to another address and it went through instantly and I'll try again with one more address/private key, again containing few mBTCs (more than the previous one) and see if I am able to push it from that one.

Edit: I think I found the problem, I was trying to push the Tx to a multisig address and as soon as I entered a normal address, the Tx got signed and is now ready to be pushed. So I guess brainwallet cannot push transactions to multisig addresses.

Uh! BitcoinJ doesn't support sending to P2SH address.
1567  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] CLOUDMINR.IO Mining Contracts || 50k users || As low as 0.0011 BTC / GH/s on: June 01, 2015, 10:09:45 AM
So, whatīs up with all this garbage activity anyway? Like I said earlier the usual extortioinst garbage has given up here except maybe this Muhammed dogshit but apparently they sold their account to this current worthless turd.

But maybe itīs just new accounts of the same junk whose credibility is totally shot of course so they probably try something new.

You clearly don't know what is ponzi? Or are you just pretending you don't? Anyway, I ain't disturbing you guys. Good luck with the ponzi! Roll Eyes
1568  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Probable Alts Of Mirjangka, Owner Of CloudThink.IO Scam (5 Alts Found Till Now) on: June 01, 2015, 10:00:17 AM
Sadly, there hasn't been much activity over here. I am shocked that no one has left negative trusts on the accounts till now.

There is no enough proof to leave negative feedback.
1569  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is Blockchain.info the only online wallet where you have control over your keys? on: June 01, 2015, 09:59:43 AM
https://www.coinbase.com/multisig

No other online wallets AFAIK.
1570  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [Poll] Escrow - Do we need more escrow providers or do we have enough? on: June 01, 2015, 09:57:39 AM
It is good to have as many trusted escrows as possible here. Please make an official announcement so that people can know. Good luck and be safe!
1571  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Still using old Electrum on: June 01, 2015, 09:39:53 AM
I am using the latest version now but the really annoying thing I find in it is there is no way to import keys directly, it only shows the sweep function and I don't know if there is a way to do it in console. I don't understand the reason behind removing that feature, it was so useful for when one needs to import paper wallets instantly.

You will have to create a new wallet and when creating choose restore wallet to import private keys. If you have already created a wallet with seed, you can't import an address. It is mainly to prevent users' loosing their funds due to lack of backup. I started creating two wallets. One with seed and another for importing addresses. I suggest you do the same or use other wallets like Bither and Multibit.

Creating 2 wallets sounds like the simplest solution. How do you go back and forth, change the wallet files from their default location?

https://electrum.orain.org/wiki/Frequently_Asked_Questions#Can_I_import_addresses_from_other_Bitcoin_clients.3F

You can change between wallets in Electrum menu. Open wallet other than 'default_wallet' to go to wallet with imported addresses assuming you already created wallet with seed.
1572  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are there any wallets for Windows Phone? on: June 01, 2015, 09:30:35 AM
Ok, I will wait for you to tell me how to use that backup in another wallet before sending any big funds to it. I don't know much about coinb.in and how it works but I'll try it and report back how it went. Thx Smiley

Note that coinb.in uses funds that you don't use as transaction fee. So you will have to manually add change address. If you use one address all the time, copy-paste the address you are sending Bitcoins from in recipient's field and input an amount after decreasing transaction fee.

Ok, I will remember that, will try some small transactions to see how it goes, I have never used it, not even on pc and still thinking about how should I use it locally on the phone.  Undecided

Edit: got it on pc, how to import keys from a paper wallet?

https://coinb.in/#newTransaction

There is a camera button at left side if you want to scan a paper wallet.
1573  Other / Meta / Re: unable to make self-moderated threads or create polls on: June 01, 2015, 07:58:54 AM
Hi. I was trying to make a poll today, but could not find how to make a poll in the edit window.
I used to be able to make polls at bitcointalk but not now.

You can't create a poll from edit window. You need to create at the time of creating topic.

I was going to make a thread self-moderated, but I do not see that choice now in the 'additional options'

You can't create self-moderated thread in certain boards such as Meta, Auction and maybe Important Announcements.
1574  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do islam hates people? on: June 01, 2015, 05:00:20 AM
No, your link is not proof there are non_muslims in the ISIS groups.  There is no mention of the religion of the man in that story that I saw.

There have been some claims that a few Western nationals of Christian background have traveled to Syria, to fight with ISIS. But the evidence indicates that they converted to Islam, to become acceptable to the ISIS. Also, there are a few people who converted to Islam in the prisons, fighting with ISIS right now.

After Germany invaded Poland, and later France, countless of the male population of those countries were forced to fight on the German uniform.

So you are telling they were forced to fight with ISI? Undecided
That would be more or less expected.  "Join/convert or be killed."

Do you realize this is just a speculation?
1575  Economy / Exchanges / Re: E-Coin.io, scam? on: June 01, 2015, 04:58:49 AM
Will you be shipping to India anytime soon? Does E-Coin debit card work in India?

The card does work in India or anywhere VISA logo is displayed. We cannot, unfortunately, send cards to India - it is a limitation of the card issuing bank. Travelling to India with this card - no problem

So isn't it easy for Indians to ship the card to another place and forward it to their home? I am not planning to do this but this is easy to bypass.
1576  Other / Meta / Re: New Forum Sections? (Physical Cryptos, Affiliate Networks, Signature Campaigns) on: June 01, 2015, 04:41:30 AM
No point of having any new section for Signature Campaigns as there are just ~10 or at max. 15 signature campaigns at a time. Isn't worth making a whole section for it, right?

Those signature campaigns are constantly being bumped to the top, meaning that all of the other services are pushed down to the bottom.

Exactly and that's why we need a new sub-board.

Sure investing blindly is why so many ponzis survived and ripped people off, the referral programs that baited you, the professional looking websites that hooked you in, the instantaneous proof of payments. It never hurts that when you see something to be concerned, I still say this place will crumble. the over influx of referral postings I saw last week tells me they need new investors. I tried 2 browsers, then waited a while and tried them again with 2 browsers, one of them clears the cache every time I close it, so refresh was not the problem, and even if there is a server issue you should see something in the view source page. I didnt just come in after one tiny instance, I tried many different things all ended in the same result, blank page, nothing in the source file, If you dont know what the source file is google it so you understand what I am talking about. when you see something like that it means someone deleted all the HTML code on the site, thus means running away with our BTC. Sorry but anyone with half a brain who knows even the slightest little bit about coding a website knows that.

For now source page work and main page load but i understand your worry and so far i worry too. I mean if they are going to run today look like best time for it Cheesy If they continue pay from now its only going to build more trust for me. Is show they plan/want to stay for long around too.

scrupt.cc had his problem with electro cut off 1-2 weeks ago and marked crash total after service stop mine for 2-3 days. Still admin didn't run how so many ppl claimed and he fix problem. This only made me trust they are legit.

It wasn't electric cut off, it was their income cut off. Sooner or later, it will die.

You can say same for any company. No one can stay forever around. Still scrypt.cc proved to be legit during all problems and all claim for ponzi is just  haters talk.

If it is haters' talk, scrypt.cc can easily provide mining proof but they can't because they ain't mining.

Stop working when your electro is cut off are proof enough and get your reward ration changed depend from new electro contract prices too. Mining farms cost much money and i don't see why some one need to risk and reveal his locations.

They just need to show mining address and provide a signed message to prove they own it.
