You are so stubborn and you keep saying the same things, i explaned it clearly. There is 2 options.

Ban the scammer or dont ban the scammer

If you dont ban him he will still be able to use his account and he can create a new account whenever he wants

If you ban him he wont be able to use his account and he can create a new account whenever he wants to, why should we let scammers post on their main accounts here? Just look at KoS he has plenty of alt accounts and no one of them is banned, he can keep creating them, at least ban his alt accounts to clear the forum from trash.

I got your point. It looks like I don't agree with you and you don't agree with me. If anybody can post a point which supports banning scammers, then I may rethink about my stance. For now, I am for not banning scammers and I explain 'why' above.

2. Zakir Naik does not believe in evolution.

True and TBH, I don't believe it too because it is just not true. http://x-evolutionist.com/charles-darwin-described-the-problems-with-his-theory-in-his-book-origin-of-species't/ - I haven't read whole page though. Remember, this page is not the reason why I disagree with that *theory* of evolution. AFAIK Darwin's himself said it lacks evidences to support theory. Besides, this is just a theory not a fact.

Just like the Christian science deniers, you don't understand what a scientific theory is. Theory does not mean "hypothesis." A scientific theory is a well-substantiated explanation of something in the natural world that is repeatedly tested and confirmed. Saying the theory of evolution is not a fact is just as ridiculous as saying the theory of gravity is not a fact. Unless you deny gravity too?

I do understand. "A scientific theory is a well-substantiated explanation of some aspect of the natural world that is acquired through the scientific method and repeatedly tested and confirmed through observation and experimentation." Smiley

No, I don't deny gravity. There is more than enough proof to believe gravity unlike Darwinism. I have looked more about Darwinism but I couldn't find valid evidences to believe it.
1243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: I used to Receive on BTC-E, then decided to download Bitcoin Core on: June 11, 2015, 03:10:34 PM
To what extent is that statement true? I don't think that deleting files through software is considered permanent deletion.

Huh

If you deleted the wallet.dat file and you don't have a backup and can't recover the deleted file, then the bitcoins are gone forever.

If you still have a copy of the wallet.dat file, or if you can recover the deleted file, then you'll still be able to recover the bitcoins.

Aside of that, I believe that uninstalling bitcoin core leaves wallet.dat in pace.

That's why, this question:

How exactly did you "uninstall" Bitcoin Core?
1244  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: clipman77 tried to scam me out of 4 BTC on: June 11, 2015, 01:24:52 PM
I'm sorry, but I may have confused things a bit. I meant that he left negative trust using his hibira1 alt. that's the one he used to extort Möbius with. I should have been more clear. I'm sorry that I confused things.

Well, thanks for clearing that up! Though when I checked your profile, I saw feedback from vafelcz. Anyway, I will remove those negative feedback if you or anybody else haven't seen feedback from vafelcz.
1245  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people hate islam? on: June 11, 2015, 01:23:20 PM
I'd take that offer, except I think we'd be betting the same way. If it were the southern part of the USA or even central Africa, I'd have a different bet. But Egypt?

Agreed.  The MO: a) suicide bombing, b) destruction of historic cultural artifacts that offend your insane religion, only matches one group operating in the area.

Is this "evidence"? Undecided
1246  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: clipman77 tried to scam me out of 4 BTC on: June 11, 2015, 01:08:40 PM
sdmathis was talking about those feedback and sdmathis can confirm it. If I am wrong, I will remove negative feedback I left on nano-btc's account and his alts for sure.

Now he's giving everyone who commented in this thread negative feedback through his new alt.

Hibira1 had sent negative trust to everyone on the thread. I believe that Theymos previously has said that trust ratings/lists are not saved/backed up/tracked.

It looks like most of those accounts are scammers anyway so believing you is irrelevant.

Your choice...

vafelcz is my account, yes, but clipman77 is not my! I didn't gave negative trust to anyone ( except you ) in this thread!
I'm not even posting from this account anymore, just claimed one giveaway! Please ask theymos or BadBear, because I really want you to know that I didn't delete any negative feedback!

You can't deny vafelcz is your alt as I have got proof but you can deny clipman77 as I don't have proof like the ones I have about your other accounts and fortunately, trust feedback are not saved.
1247  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people hate islam? on: June 11, 2015, 01:03:42 PM
There is no claiming those three were Muslims. This is pure speculation.

The affiliation of the three Jihadists (including the suicide bomber) is unknown eh?   Cheesy

I'll wait for the results of the official investigation - care to make a little wager?   Roll Eyes

I read that article and I couldn't find proof but speculation. And sorry, I don't bet! If you have any proof, please give me link or post here. Thank you!
1248  Other / Meta / Re: Diverenge RE: anon trust verses anon moderation on: June 11, 2015, 01:01:24 PM
When you ban an user you make it hard for him to scam again, as i said he would create a new account, yes but that account would be a newbie account (much more harder to scam with a newbie account)

A newbie account is better for scamming than higher ranked user with negative trust rating. There has been many circumstances where people are scammed by newbies.

What do you get by not banning them? You let them free here, they would still create a new account, so what are you doing exactly? nothing.

We ban them, they create new accounts always.
We don't ban them, they probably create new accounts most times but not always.

So what is the real advantage here?

-snip-
In all countries, there is a punishment for theft but on BCT, punishment is a red marking  Roll Eyes

How can you actually punish them? Is ban a punishment?

2) Banned users who evade ban are banned again.

Only sometimes, not always.
1249  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Anonymous Debit Card just now! on: June 11, 2015, 12:54:40 PM
Dear Mr,
If you want receive one of our debit cards, you have to pay at first for it. We gave a lot of vouchers with the code by which you could receive a discount on the card, for example for christmas. We are selling those cards for some time and we have a lot of satisfied customers.

I cannot see any satisfied customer here except probable-shills. I would rather donate to a charity than buying a card from you. No offense. If you change your mind later, let me know. I will pay you if the card is working. Good luck!

P.S. I couldn't find any reviews in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=438411.0;all although you agreed to give vouch copies.
1250  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people hate islam? on: June 11, 2015, 12:42:40 PM
One more reason - as if we need yet another:

Suicide attack outside Karnak temple in Egypt's Luxor

http://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-33077862

Quote
Three men reportedly approached a barrier at the entrance to the temple complex on Wednesday morning.
When confronted by police, one of the attackers detonated an explosive belt he was wearing. A second was shot dead and a third severely wounded.
Two civilians and two policemen were injured but no tourists were hurt.
The number of foreign tourists visiting Egypt has been increasing over the past 18 months, after slumps following the revolution that ousted President Hosni Mubarak in 2011 and the overthrow by the military of President Mohammed Morsi in 2013.

There is no claiming those three were Muslims. This is pure speculation.
1251  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: clipman77 tried to scam me out of 4 BTC on: June 11, 2015, 12:40:31 PM
WOW? Zakir, I hope your father died badly! You are abusing trust system SO MUCH! I don't even know WHO THE FUCK clipman77 is!
Do you have any evidence here, you little trust abuser? I'm probably going to start a thread about you, so everyone will know about your problems ( Your penis is probably so small that you have to compensate it here, but it's okay  Kiss )

// And I can't see why should I scam Moebius327, because when I needed to get a small loan I got it from him really fast! And I repaid it, like yours Zakir, but he didn't give me negative feedback, and you did!

1. You said you weren't Dalyb first time and denied all of my claiming.
2. Do you call repaying after 4 months and 11 days after you lied my claims faster and honest?
3. The negative feedback is not only for late repayment.

How do you make the connection between clipman77 and those other three accounts? I think I am missing the connection

vafelcz left a negative feedback to sdmathis, me and a few others who left negative feedback to him. See https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1085251.msg11582917#msg11582917 Apparently, it looks like he deleted all feedback except on mine. I couldn't archive it as trust feedbacks can't be viewed without logging in. If you don't trust me, you can ask theymos or BadBear. They maybe able to tell you.

1253  Other / Meta / Re: Diverenge RE: anon trust verses anon moderation on: June 11, 2015, 12:13:38 PM

Again, back to my point... does banning them stop them? No, it barely slows them down, and it has side effects for other users who may use the same services as the scammer with no ill intent, not to mention innocent people who are accused and forced to prove their innocence to angry mobs. The real question is, what makes you think you can stop them? Why is it Mastercard and Visa haven't been able to solve this problem yet, but you think you have the solution?

@bold: Answer is no. But I wish to know if sending thieves to jail stops them from robbing again. I guess no as thieves again get out of jail and start robbing people. So does that mean they shouldn't be punished. I don't say that scammers should be banned but they should be warned before getting banned. They need to know that they need to leave this forum if they want to scam but as of now they are welcomed to open a new account and continue scamming.

1. Do thieves get out of jail?
A) Rarely.

2. Do banned users evade ban?
A) Almost always!

I haven't found any wallet which matches to your description.

-snip-
Every mulitsig implementation that I know about only works with wallets from the same developers.  Does anyone know of different wallets that can multisig with each other?

Out of curiosity, why do you want to do this? Why can't you use a same wallet?
1256  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Recent breach at Blockchain.info -- Android App did a stupid. on: June 11, 2015, 11:27:09 AM
Damn. This is ridiculous. Why did they need to call random.org ?

To get increased randomness.

Does not an android phone provide enough entropy ?

-snip-

Basically, they have a LinuxSecureRandom class that's supposed to override the standard SecureRandom. This class reads from /dev/urandom and should provide cryptographically secure random values.

They also seed the generator using SecureRandom#setSeed with data pulled from random.org. With their custom SecureRandom, this is safe because it mixes the entropy using XOR, so even if the random.org data is dodgy it won't reduce security. It's just an added bonus.

BUT! On some devices under some circumstances, the LinuxSecureRandom class doesn't get registered. This is likely because /dev/urandom doesn't exist or can't be accessed for some reason. Instead of screaming bloody murder like any sensible implementation would, they just ignore that and fall back to using the standard SecureRandom.

 -snip-

I think, if phone location (lat, long) is used along with phone number, then better entropy can be created.

Most users' doesn't allow GPS connection to apps like these and also some users' doesn't want to expose their phone number because of privacy concerns. They may give access to these if everything is stored/done locally but Blockchain.info is a web-wallet.

Does anyone know how blockchain.info generates the random number for an address while we create it through browser ? Do they call random.org there as well ?

I think they only call random.org in Android for increased randomness.
1257  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Your perception of INDIA in ONE word... GO!! on: June 10, 2015, 03:16:42 PM
Pollution

India well known as highest population on the world. Their urban planning is not well manage so India can create the pollution that will affect into everyone's health

No. India produces high pollution but certainly not a country producing highest pollution when countries like USA, China, Russia etc... lives and also urban planning is not the *real* problem of pollution.
1258  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: paper and pencil bitcoin on: June 10, 2015, 03:11:13 PM
First of all, this won't happen.

See http://www.righto.com/2014/09/mining-bitcoin-with-pencil-and-paper.html and https://reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/2s2w1r/generate_addresses_private_keys_with_pencil_paper/.

P.S. You can't mine with paper and pencil and you can create address with paper and pencil but it's little hard.
1259  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is Cloud Mining Really a Ponzi Scheme? on: June 10, 2015, 03:06:21 PM
http://i59.tinypic.com/hs126w.jpg

There is just no general consensus on the profitability of cloud mining.

Some cloud mining companies are just not trustworthy.

Experts say there's a simple way to tell if a cloud mining company will turn out a scam.

I like this quote in the article...

Quote
“If you draw an analogy between recent projects that have deceived their clients and closed down, you will notice that they all share several traits: short lifespan and the promise of a very high ROI, such as 200-400% per year.”

Being an user of www.CloudMining.website for several months, I can now comfortably assume that it does not satisfy any of thee traits...

1. Lifespan: It is paying consistently for seven months now. Payment proof: www.cloudmining.website/payments.php

2. ROI: It does not promise anything on ROI at all. In fact, it took ~125 days for me to ROI on CMW, whereas a third party mining monitor reported to have ROI with them within ~114 days...

[ img]http://www.anony.ws/i/2015/03/02/cmmonitor1.png[/img]

@OP: If you haven't seen a ponzi promoter, see above. He is one of the active ponzi promoter. I highly recommend not to invest in that site.
1260  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: about cloudmining.website on: June 10, 2015, 03:03:30 PM
Does anyone else find it odd that the many people (it must be many people to support the site) that pay them a premium for fresh coins read this forum and are able to vouch for them?

Coz it seems that this cloud ponzi websites have made their early investors happy and have been able to ROI.. so yeah they will support it until the candle fire will go off..

Actually almost all of their customers have posted in the main thread complaining that they are being shafted on payouts. Out of their 11 real customers, 7 have reported being ripped off.

It's likely every real customer is receiving the same shitty payouts and the people promoting/defending this scam are shill accounts. You'll notice that their post history is pretty much 100% promoting/defending this scam.

Let me reply you by quoting the post of another cloud mining company where I am mining. All of them are facing the same problem...

Well, if there´s a decrease it doesn´t seem to be hurting my returns noticeably.

The M item consists of reinvestments over the period. This has been just great.

Different mining contracts are assigned to different parts of our farms or different farms, therefore earnings differ amongst users. Those who receive regular payouts rarely come to post it opposed to those who receive less than previously.

tl;dr: People generally do not report when miners are giving excelent return and payouts are good. They only surface when miners are underperforming and payouts turn bad.

Those two cloud mining providers are ponzis. It is so simple.
