1521  Economy / Services / Re: iOs App Development Service on: May 11, 2018, 07:43:11 PM
Another example of my work, slot machine - https://youtu.be/K5ViGK8u0do
Is this something you developed for an Ios App ? Does apple even allows gambling related stuff/slot machines on the App-Store ? Just curious.Just need your opinion on my requirements of an Ios App.

I have a website designed in ReactJs/Redux/NodeJs.Can you use React-Native and create an app from the existing components I have built for the website ? Basically,I want to know if you have developed iOS apps in react-native.
1522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Create your own cryptocurrency in less than 30 seconds on: May 11, 2018, 07:35:49 PM
https://www.producthunt.com/posts/coingenerator

From their Medium article:

Do you want to create the future of money? Do you want to build a local currency for your city? Do you want to track the assets of your company? Do you want to add blockchain to your existing product? or just want to experiment building a cryptocurrency with its own blockchain? If so, this article is for you! I will explain a quick way to build a proof of stake cryptocurrency running on its own blockchain. It’s simple and very quick 🚀!
What's so new about it ? It's the typical way of generating your coins fork from theirs except here you're paid to do so,from the comments,

Quote
- License makes you give 10% of the coins
Your 10% of the coins are given to their team which is a serious rip-off if you ask me.Why not just put in few extra hours and fork from Ethereum/Lisk instead ? Don't know how many people will take your coins seriously if it is forked from literally a chain that allows babies to create new coins.
1523  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Learning Cryptocurrency in Universities? on: May 11, 2018, 07:31:57 PM
Do you think that cryptocurrency should be taught in schools or University?
Yes

Specially in the field of business management?
NO.
Aren't you already satisfied how many business have turned bitcoin into a commercial commodity ? It is suppose to change the way banking works and not change the way people double their monies. The Business management tards would need to take up an extra sem to understand the working of bitcoins so it is essential to teach the subject to the students enrolled in computer science or other engineering.

ill give us an advantage to this so called cryptoworld, right?
I don't know which college/course you study,I had Cryptography as a subject since my Pre-University days.
1524  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to avoid bounty scams in bitcointalk on: May 11, 2018, 07:14:53 PM
1. CHECK THE PROJECT - you need to do research about the bounty, the project team, the whitepaper because some might just copy and paste it, the advisors, roadmap, bounty pool and ofcourse the founder you need to be a good observer, check their background because sometimes by just merely observing and reading you will know right away if the bounty is a scam.
That's not the case always. You're just stereotyping the obvious things.Bounty can be turned into a scam even if all the details are legit. You can get white-papers written for as cheap as $10 bucks so considering it as a valid reason is not okay.

2. CAMPAIGN MANAGER - the one that you should always consider, because if the bounty manager is scammer then the bounties itself is a scam, and it is really obvious if the bounty manager has a negative trust then surely he or she is scammer, one thing to consider also is the rank of the bounty manager the higher the rank the higher the legit factor, you can always do research here there are many list of legit and reliable bounty manager and the list of all bounty manager scammers.
Accounts can be bought in the forum and higher rank adds no credibility to the account unless they're backed by relevant feedbacks. This point is also useless as a good bounty manager may end up working for a bad project and visa-versa.

more power!
I hate that term.Do you guys hail from a specific country where this term is often used to describe something ?
1525  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] WizeBit The Smart Home Device That Protects Your Data on: May 11, 2018, 06:07:42 PM
Holy Shit Balls! This is impressive stuff ! Liked the project idea, liked the project team and absolutely loved the website ! I believe projects as these if executed properly, they have the ability to replace all those centralised assistance products which do nothing but steal data  which is sold to the third party services.Registered for Level 2!
1526  Economy / Gambling / Re: 36eyes.com, This is a new chance to gamble with BTC on: May 10, 2018, 07:56:04 PM
So this is like an ancient themed version of SatoshiMines ? Good Design.
I tried to search your entire website for provable fair keywords and couldn't find any.Is there a way to verify that the game is provably fair or can cross check for seeds ? Without this, your game doesn't hold any fairness and should not be trusted.

Tell your developer to not call the balance check API every 1 second for the demo users.
1527  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India closes doors for Crypto Currency on: May 10, 2018, 07:42:21 PM
India contributes around 10% of the transactions happening every day through the cryptocurrency network.
Who said that ? My sense of interests in the current crypto affairs tells me that is a fake news.Link me to the source of your information.

India won't that soon close doors to the cryptocurrency usage. It is all about the regulation same as happening around different countries around the world. Might get restrictions, but the usage will continue as the user base India holds is big.
Right. Also if exchanges like Coinsecure keep bringing negative feedback for the crypto in India, government is likely to not accept it's usage.

This is obviously sad, especially for crypto lovers in India. We have to make a lesson and we must quickly find the best solution to anticipate when someday many other countries will follow in India's footsteps.
Those countries will regret following foot steps of India...Like just look around you..

1528  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: New social network platform for cryptocurrency on: May 10, 2018, 07:02:50 PM
And BTW @Kemarit, "LOL they are requiring you to register first?", I don't know..., but I think all social platform ask you for registration first..., correct me if I am wrong, By Example, twitter,.... or bitcointalk required registration first !!!???
That is not necessary..Those social media platforms are highly centralized and controlled by a private set of rules.Correct me if I'm wrong but a social network platform for cryptocuurencies should be anonymous yet should be able to let members "socially connect".The ownership and account controls can be proven by n number of signatures and other stuff.

What I really need right now is a social platform for cryptographers and decentralization enthusiasts.
1529  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Package forwarding 1 by 1 on: April 28, 2018, 09:24:15 AM
What do you call it when you get a 1 package with a 100 items in it
And I'd need the package forwarder to ship out those 100 items in a 100 packages?

Is there a company that could provide that sort of service?
Maybe there are proxy shipping services which do that ? No matter which service you use,you need to explicitly mention that those 100 items are supposed to be shipped as 100 different packages.I don't know bitcoin proxy shipping services but you can try this one www.comgateway.com On a side note, why can't you just receive those 100 items in one package and then ship them as 100 different items ?

Am I the only person who is having a hard time understanding what's the real issue here ? I get that part you're a irregular gambler and you deposited some DOGE after trying out the faucets but never understood the multiple accounts part.Either way, here's what their policy states -

14.1. Having more than 2 accounts is strictly forbidden(by person/IP/house/family).
Does it make any sense to you now ?
1531  Economy / Lending / Re: I Need A Loan, Please Consider My Request. on: April 28, 2018, 09:13:36 AM
I wouldn't doubt your credibility for a second but rules are rules right ?

Quote
Here is the way I would spend the loaned money:
* I have a loan to repay, that is roughly .088 bitcoin owed to Condoras.
* I have a debt to repay in the amount of 95 steem to user Neoxian in steemit, but my account there is not usable until I pay him back, then I use that account to earn roughly 50 buckss a day when I am active. 95  steem is about 350 bucks right now, and that number fluctuates depending on the market.
* I have to pay multiple bills and rent $2700
This doesn't look good ! Taking another loan to pay the previous one without a collateral raises multiple flags ! I'm not saying you don't have intentions of repaying it but it's the general consensus around here. Why don't you try asking that amount from your employers that is the write-up jobs/ICO who are going to pay you anyway ! You can ask them a payment in advance and I'm sure they'd trust you more than anyone else around ?

Honestly, giving 1.50 back sounds very tempting and desperate at the same time. Are you willing to sign a contract with your employers (that is the sites you freelance for) to monthly pay the amounts to the lender until the loan is paid back ? That way,you can continue working for them and also have your loan paid back.Sorry if that doesn't make sense I'm just trying to think of the possibilities you can get this loan fulfilled here.
1532  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: I'm Setting Up A Website on: April 28, 2018, 09:02:32 AM
Hello guys, I've been writing articles on cryptocurrencies for websites. Now I'm thinking of setting up a website and work on building it. What suggestions do you have on the best content to add. Also what monetization ideas will you suggest?
Basically, you will be setting up your own blog for which the main content will be your articles ? Good start.
You can get the website set-up and running within a few minutes if you follow blog tutorials on wordpress, that if should you choose to use that platform. The best content to add will be the content you come up with ? It's very hard to just give you suggestions based on the skills that you offered.
The first and the foremost monitization technique you will be using is adds.Adsense and that sort of stuff.Start reading things here : blackhatworld.com
1533  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: bitcoincasino.us is a SCAM. on: April 28, 2018, 08:41:45 AM
Do NOT play at bitcoincasino.us, as they are scammers/will NOT pay out winnings.

Just so everyone knows. Try another casino site out there besides this one.
- Please update your thread with relevant details and move it to the appropriate board : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0
The website looks like an obvious scam to me ya know why ?

1534  Other / Meta / Re: What about to ban this person? on: April 28, 2018, 07:47:30 AM
I disagree. any accuracy above %80 is great to have. as you report more you'll understand what kind of posts are welcomed to be reported. you should find a few similar posts and then report them one by one to see if there is any change to your accuracy or not. I was the one suggested to report at least 200 posts and then ask for a removal of his/her red tag.
Who suggested you that ? I don't think that's how trust removal works.Isn't it subjective to every member on the DT ? Anyway, what I meant was if he reports hardly 5 posts and yet his accuracy falls below 90%,then it just means he isn't generating proper reports. While I agree he will learn generating good reports eventually but taking a caution before giving random reports is much better.

If you are red tagged for spamming, garbage posting, report a minimum 200 posts to earn your trust back.
Says who ?
1535  Economy / Gambling / Re: need help for Provably Fair option for our game on: April 28, 2018, 07:35:02 AM

I will take a simple Pachinko game as an example. I did the design Smiley
ball after ball will fall from the upper hole and has a chance to land in the 5 - 50 - 100 points pocket or Jackpot or in the zero hole.
lets say we have 10 participants in the contest. all participants will start same time and the first who hits the Jackpot ( chance to hit Jackpot 1 in 5 k balls ) wins the Jackpot amount and contest ends. as player can also win points we added a top 3 that means that there will be additional 3 prices for top 3 point winners

players dont wager against the house they compete against each other.

Interesting Game.I still need a few clarifications.
 - If all the players roll the ball at the same time, what is the probability that all the balls will hit the holes at the same speed? Basically, the ball which is in the lead has more chances of hitting the jackpot or the holes correct ?
- Also if there are 100 players, would the holes be adjusted dynamically or the number of holes remain constant ?
- As far as technical implementation is concerned,I don't think you need to make anything provable fair but the ball rolls. That is,once the ball is rolled, everyone in the game has the same chances of hitting the jackpots.
1536  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for Wallet Graphics Designer on: April 27, 2018, 10:08:23 PM
Never got an email from you
You don't have to bother them. They just try to shit-post about their service (which barely does anything) in all the job related posts on the forum. You can see them posting about their service in every thread which is job related. For instance,
Requirement --> We need  a new Taj Mahal built
Shit-Poster --> Sure we will deliver in two days.
Stay away!

They definitely were among the top bitcoin sites accepting bitcoin.I still remember how much hype the had over the forum during their initial launch.I believe they started having issues after massive ransom demand from the hackers to stop Ddos against their servers.I don't know how promising this project is but you might give it a shot -- stasyQ.io
1538  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Feedback on our new search engine for Bitcointalk on: April 27, 2018, 10:02:25 PM
Just played around with various searches. Nice, but I have noticed it doesn't work with usernames, only with message bodies.
What do you mean ? I hope you understand the website is an actual bitcoin related search and not bitcointalk ? Try searching people related to bitcoin like Gmaxwell you'll see results with their recent mentions/discussions.If you search any random username on bitcointalk without any proper references to bitcoin,I'm sure it won't work.

Same thing which do comes into my mind on where this search engine would be used on hunting bounties which i do say that this is indeed a good tool.Searching up things are quiet fast and informations are really been shown up there but i would like to see the dates to be in ordered starting up on the very recent news because i have observed all are shuffled down.
Bounties are a cancer and will just pollute the global scope of bitcoin search.
1539  Economy / Gambling / Re: Satoshiladder.com - Multiply your luck on: April 27, 2018, 09:58:57 PM
The website name sounds so catchy that at first I expected to see some Snakes and Ladders in the user-interface,I'm disappointed now.You sure your game is provable fair ? If so,why there isn't a way to change the seed or request a new one from the server ?I'd obviously verify my best for multiple cases to my preference.
1540  Economy / Gambling / Re: need help for Provably Fair option for our game on: April 27, 2018, 09:55:16 PM
If the game will depend solely on chance, you could use hashing algorithms to generate a number. If you still need someone, pm me.
"Hashing Algorithms" sounds very absurd and doesn't really solve any problem.

OP,could you give us more insights about the game.Regardless of who is betting against whom, isn't the game which is suppose to be provable fair and not any relation between the players ? Won't the usual server seed mechanism suffice if that is the case ?
