What do you mean ? Have you successfully got your previous deposits in your account ? Does your account reflects the updated balance ?

 - Investigate his account and find his alt's (being a bounty whore he might have them)
 - Keep a track of his facebook/twitter/social media and make sure he doesn't get the opportunity to participate in any bounty campaigns.

 - Why bother hosting the server on Heroku ? Get a better hosting because I'm not able to open the website.

- Being the founder the funds in his company are not his! What significant step should be taken by the members of the community if the ICO turns out to be a scam ? 3.Country where poor pay tax,rich get interest on their untaxed deposits.

1.They can certainly be linked together.For instance,news about Japan's wide acceptance of bitcoin or South Korea's government acknowledging the bitcoin did peeked the price.If you watch closely enough,the factors which influenced the price of bitcoin are all relative in some or other way.There is no absolute reasoning but they're connected.
