1561  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [ALPHA]CryptoProfIT: A Free Tool for Calculating Taxes / Profits / Holding times on: April 20, 2018, 10:19:58 AM
Very Nice! It's good to see such projects are being open-sourced instead of selling them for  a few satoshis! We need more projects like this and obviously kinda hearted nerds like you!  Wink

Is it compatible with python 2.X or python 3 is a mandatory ?

If anyone needs help setting this up locally or any other help related to script, don't hesitate to send me a message.Pretty sure lot of non-tech heads will find it complicated to set this up!
1562  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why gambling is portrayed negatively almost everywhere? on: April 20, 2018, 10:08:46 AM
I am not a veteran in this gambling industry so trying to understand what majority of the people thinks about it.
You don't have to be a vet know everything about anything..

I have seen a lot of threads in this section as well as in other online forums which always protrayes gambling as a negative line of earning money online. I have seen people comparing gambling with alcohol addiction. I have seen people actively trying to discourage others from getting into gambling industry. What's wrong with gambling?
Gambling is not bad, like many people said, addiction is.Alcohol is not bad, being an alcoholic is.Problem starts when a person who initially started gambling for fun is not able to come out of it.The fun part is over, now it's all about making more money. From which we can conclude what it all boils down to : Greed. And you will agree too, greed is bad.

It is just another business and also legal in many countries. People who buys lottery tickets are also gambling only.
Yes they're and no problem with it.It becomes a problem if people start believing in winning lotteries for their livelihood.

In trading industry, you bet on your speculation and in gambling industry, you bet on your luck. In both trading and gambling, there is a risk of loosing money. So why trading is seen as a good way of making money and exactly opposite for gambling?
Trading is a legit profession which pays even if the company goes bankrupt at some point. You go broke in gambling, you don't get the other amenities an organisation would offer for being a trader.
1563  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Stolen bitcoins (blockchain.info) on: April 20, 2018, 09:54:44 AM
I'll ask the question differently, what did each of you do in this situation? The fact that I had stolen a large amount for me, I really need these coins.

- Please elaborate on the case.
- Who stole your coins ?
- How did the hacker get access to your mobile/desktop ?
- Did you use 2fa ?
- Have you shared your passwords with friends/strangers/ ?
- Did you use any third party services which took control of your 12 word phrase ?
- If I was in your situation first thing I'd do is move all my coins from that wallet to a new one.
1564  Economy / Exchanges / Re: CEX.io suspends incoming BTC!!! on: April 20, 2018, 09:50:36 AM
For the moment they let me take back my BTC, but I had also about 150 USD on cex, and they are suspended.
They require all my bitcoin wallet history to check that I get BTC on legal way.
What do you mean ? Have you successfully got your previous deposits in your account ? Does your account reflects the updated balance ?

I've provided what I have, now I wait their reply.
Doesn't your wallet history can be viewed from your CEX account ? It's strange the can even ask such a random question.Do you have transaction ID's of those $150 bucks sent to their wallet ? Can you post it here ?
1565  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ Crypto-Games.net ★ Since 2014 ★ New Challenge with up to 1 BTC in prize pool! on: April 20, 2018, 09:38:00 AM
Wow I haven't checked this website for soo long. I don't remember why I even stopped, its so addictive. I will definetly be going back. Is there any new games or any new features I should be aware of or should be looking out for? It looks like design has changed a quite bit as well. Good job keeping a gambling website in crypto space for so long.
You certainly did miss a lot!  Smiley
 - We have started to accept n number of alt-coins ! Your favourite alt might just be in the list.
 - Are you aware of our weekly lotto ? Give it a shot : https://www.crypto-games.net/lottery

I can only think of those right now.Pretty sure there are a lot more!
1566  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAMMER ALERT] Beware of TonixGaming_14 on: April 20, 2018, 09:11:05 AM
With regards to social media, I don't have any info about his social media accounts because he participated in the signature campaign, not social media campaign.

Shall I give him a negative trust now?
- You were managing the campaign he was in ? Wasn't he part of the social media campaign ? What I mean is,keep a track of whatever details you have and post it here for future references.
- According to my trust settings,I can only see a negative given by me as trusted one.You should definitely give him a negative.
1567  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAMMER ALERT] Beware of TonixGaming_14 on: April 20, 2018, 08:41:57 AM
What happened:
I am the campaign manager of the ShipChain. During the distribution of rewards, I've accidentally sent an extra 960 tokens to TonixGaming_14 (he should only receive 120 tokens).
Well, that is not a small mistake if you ask me..You should really be verifying things before broadcasting transactions. What makes you think he will give you money back ? If people could, they will start start stabbing each other over a few satoshi's in this forum.

Here's what to do next,
 - Investigate his account and find his alt's (being a bounty whore he might have them)
 - Keep a track of his facebook/twitter/social media and make sure he doesn't get the opportunity to participate in any bounty campaigns.

Left him a negative trust.
1568  Economy / Gambling / Re: 0% Edge, 1st Bitcoin Blockchain Based Game [Non profit project] on: April 20, 2018, 08:32:22 AM
 - Why bother hosting the server on Heroku ? Get a better hosting because I'm not able to open the website.
 - Who will fund your house ? Mind explaining  a bit more about the betting stuff here ? If the project is non-profit,what do people win ? Actual coins or just some testnet made for fun ?
 - Are any withdrawals/deposits real ?
1569  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Major indian exchange gets hacked, 438 bitcoins stolen COINSECURE on: April 20, 2018, 08:20:41 AM
He is not my relative that I would be biased emotionally or personally. Generally, it makes sense to refund the customers out of company funds. Being the founder, the funds in his company is also his. True that I am not aware how they are funding the refund, but at least they are doing it. Owning up to a mistake. That's way more than what some other companies did. (remember Gox?)
- Being the founder the funds in his company are not his! You might be aware, the company raised a million bucks from the investors who will be active stake holders too.Pretty sure whatever will be paid would be out the company's stagnant funds and not out of anybody's pockets.Like I said you need you get your business basics correct.

- They're not giving what they customers lost.
1570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Working together to watch promising icos on: April 19, 2018, 06:54:05 PM
i want to go deeper to a lot of more promising icos.
That's an alien term in 2018.Promising as in,the one which promises great technical advancements in the blockchain world or just gives promising returns financially?

but i can not handle it alone.
so i thought maybe about making some "deal" with some other guys,...
i think i can do 2 super deep reviews on an ico per week.
Pay someone to do it ? What skills do you have to offer ? Why would anyone take your reviews seriously ?

if we are alltogether 10 people (so 4 more people which can do as well 2 super deep reviews on icos)
we could share our infoarmtion and point of view.
Who will benefit from it ? I won't.

or do you have any other ideas to get not scamming, really good ico reports?
3D Print a time travel machine and go back in 2015.
1571  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: If an ICO is a scam, should those who campaigned for it be penalized? on: April 19, 2018, 06:49:05 PM
Now we have the issue of Centra ICO  founders of which   faced accusation in scam.  Let's wait and see if they will be  penalized. If yes it will be the first  significant step I think.
What significant step should be taken by the members of the community if the ICO turns out to be a scam ? The best that they can do is negative tag their accounts but that doesn't affect them in real life. Also no one else has the time to do investigations ad stuff since it's not their job.Mostly rookies invest in such fraud ICO's who are very new to the scene or just want to get rich in a day or two.
1572  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Buy antminers with loan on: April 19, 2018, 06:22:46 PM
Hello guys, since you can make loan on buying any tech and etc things, is it possible to buy antminers officially from Bitmain with bank's loan?
I don't mean direct loan from bank, I mean loan you make when buying smartphones for example.
Also if this is possible, can we took loans online and which banks (your local) offers that? What are bank's terms? (interest %, period of loan).
You may ,you may not.Don't consider Miners any different from the other white goods you buy on a loan. There is no absolute answer for your question,it all depends on your country of residence, bank policies and or the economical conditions.
If you have a valid collateral, you can request a loan on bitcointalk. However possibility of getting your loan funded on bitcointalk is rare.
1573  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Major indian exchange gets hacked, 438 bitcoins stolen COINSECURE on: April 19, 2018, 06:10:40 PM

Well, I guess we a need a new mod.Benson, whatever you did for the community(until the hack), we thank you for that.
But after this, it will be really disappointing if he gets back this position.Fucking up with people's money, and then playing a blame game just to prove your innocence without providing any facts. And then keeping the community clueless by going offline.Totally not like a moderator of bitcointalk.

In case you didn't notice, he's no longer the mod. Also he's having to pay from his own pocket.. well sort of.. company's pocket and since he is the founder this burns him too. Do you have any idea what it feels like when someone fucks with your livelihood and reputation that you have worked so hard to build? Give the man a break! He's supported the community all these years, the least we could do is be patient and give him the benefit of the doubt.
- He is not paying from "his pocket".Please get your business economics correct.
- Don't let your personal/emotional attachments refrain you from making wrong conclusions.People trusted them with their valuables and it's totally company's fault that they couldn't take care of it.
- I reckon anyone who is willing to settle for a the money in cash is an absolute idiot ,people should get what they own.Not like the company went bankrupt and they have nothing to give anyone.
1574  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 5 countries that banned bitcoin on: April 19, 2018, 06:03:12 PM
Hey I have my own list of countries too ! Not exactly but it would always be relevant no matter which countries take the top 5 list! Here it is,

1.Most corrupt government who fears that their economical scams will stop if crypto continues to grow.
2.Third world country whose Government doesn't have any intentions of developing it.
3.Country where poor pay tax, rich get interest on their untaxed deposits.
4.Another shit-hole democracy where profits are only meant to make rich richer.
5.People have already lost faith in their currency, yet governments like to keep moving forward since they have rich natural resources.
1575  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we at the Anger stage rite now? on: April 14, 2018, 02:26:04 PM
I don't believe in standard strategies. They cannot be applied to bitcoin. This currency has no regulators. This can not but affect the behavior of bitcoin. Even bitcoin this year will not be like last year's bitcoin. There are many factors that influence the price of bitcoin. All they cannot be linked together.
1.They can certainly be linked together. For instance, news about Japan's wide acceptance of bitcoin or South Korea's government acknowledging the bitcoin did peeked the price. If you watch closely enough, the factors which influenced the price of bitcoin are all relative in some or other way. There is no absolute reasoning but they're connected.
1576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we at the Anger stage rite now? on: April 14, 2018, 01:45:54 PM
Market is very tense when the coin rates are very fluctuating. many people simply cannot stand it and sell it at such low prices. We should keep patience for a while i guess. Everything will calm down.
Depends on what trading strategy one is following. Not everybody sells at low or buys at high.People take actions depending on their Min/Max limits.Being patient could/could not be lucrative.

Are we at the "Anger" stage right now?
i looked at the 4 hour chart of BTC and it looks pretty similar to the wall st's "psychology of a market cycle" diagram. Seems like we are in the anger stage now. Not sure how true this will turn out but its definitely a pretty interesting piece of comparison in my opinion.
Nothing interesting.Just every other way in the crypto-world if you have been here since 2015.We have seen interesting days though Wink
1577  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen to Bitcoin Cash? on: April 14, 2018, 01:41:18 PM
Stop living life of a lie. You're so delusioned by the social media and the reddit groups which convince you to believe BCH is the future of cryptos.
 - ShitCoinCash is not real crypto-currency.They're bitcoin's aborted child.
 - Like you mentioned BCH started going up after Bitcoin did.Doesn't that tell you enough about the currencies you should be investing in ?
 - The only use of BCH I can see is people making some free monies from the forked coins.
1578  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Coinpayments HELL on: April 14, 2018, 01:33:41 PM
I know someone on this forum who have a direct contact to the owner of coinpayment if I'm not mistaken its Lauda, since she managed their signature campaign. Here's her profile https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=101872

But try to contact all means posted above.
Lauda is managing their signature campaign shouldn't be directly affiliated with the service. What I mean is,if it's a technical support sort of question, only coinpayments team member can give them a full closure instead of Lauda.Having said that, contacting Lauda will be a good way to first step if every other mentioned means doesn't work out.

1580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mobile App using ripple. on: April 14, 2018, 12:28:07 PM
Is Ripple centralized ?
The fact say yes it is centralized .
Is Ripple anonymous ?
The facts say it is not anonymous .
Is Ripple consider a real crypto ?
Look at the above to answers , Of course it should not consider as crypto .
Is Ripple a good investment ?
For sure it is great investment , But that should never change the facts I mentioned above .
Touche !!
Cold Facts : The trading scums don't care if the coin is centralised,not-anonymous or unlimited in supply. If they are getting their pennies that is their fiat doubled in some way, they will support the coin.World would have been a better place without retarded traders in the community.
