481  Economy / Economics / Re: Human Capital, An Intangible Asset for a Company's success. on: September 14, 2023, 08:53:09 PM
if you want to start a business in future then keep in mind that not only investing in your employees is important but also hiring a right person for right role is important.
how it will be like to giving computer training to an uneducated labor worker.
We can know many things about a person in a interview with him, like his past experiences, internships, questioning about the role, why he choose this field, etc.

I agree human capital is a key to companies success that's why apple, microsoft, google, like big companies gives their employees competitive compensation and benefits packages.

And this is the reason why some companies are willing to invest on their people by providing them with competitive trainings, seminars and other means to gain more knowledge about their role.
Some small companies may think of the money that they will spend, but they forget to look at how it will help them in their respective roles in the company.
What they usually think is that after they gained such knowledge or expertise, that person may find a better job.
However, their knowledge will be stagnant if they will stay on their job without additional skills to use.
So it depends on the management how they will keep up with the competition and provide competitive package to their employees, so they will stay in the company.
482  Economy / Speculation / Re: The future of Bitcoin: Bullish or Bearish on: September 13, 2023, 09:46:02 PM
Considering the fact from its past history just after the bitcoin halvings, I can surely say that it will be going bullish and just give it some time because we all know how it ended up last time. Before that most people were in doubt about whether Bitcoin price would rise because they saw that it has never-ending ups and down and it's been facing a decline that time just before the unstoppable spike of the price happened until it creates another ATH. Now, people are back to their old ways again, they never learn and speculate negatively back and might also lose the opportunity to invest early again.

It usually happens as you say, but when most people buy Bitcoin and start waiting, they may experience difficulties in today's economic conditions. They want the prices to increase as soon as possible. Those who follow the crypto market know that expectations are often not met immediately. That's why investors need to be patient.

I think Bitcoin has provided a buying opportunity for a long time. As those who believe that Bitcoin will rise and make a new ATH, I think these levels should be evaluated.

This is only good opportunity if you have the financial capability to buy and wait for undetermined length of time.
Because not all people can hold long-term, and wait for the possibility that it will go up in the future.
Hence, not many people can do such move. The population is more on short-term profits as they have financial needs to cover.
But so long there are people who are going into this market, it means, the adoption is continuously increasing, and so the demand of this currency.
And that means, the price have the possibility to increase in the coming years, as long as there are people patronizing this market.
483  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Australia will ban Gambling through credit cards on: September 13, 2023, 09:02:19 PM
Sportsbet already took the initiative towards this move. If I'm not mistaken they already started barring people from funding their accounts with credit cards. I think this is a monumental approach and move towards a safer and more responsible gambling within Australia that I believe the rest of the world should emulate. When someone who's not accustomed to gambling responsibly is given such uncontrolled power as a credit card, they go overboard. Overdrafting themselves since they believe they can pay off the debt anyway when they get their big win. But the big win will never come, they'll lose more and more until shit hits the fan and they are left with a negative balance tehy can't pay off due to the staggering amount of it.

Maybe, I can agree with the banning of credit cards in online gambling because of huge losses.
And it is also to safeguard these gamblers, to incur more debts from these credit card companies.
However, from the actual news that the OP posted, they will even ban the use of digital currencies, which for me, should not be the case.
Because if you have your crypto, it means, it is not a debt from those companies, but your money already.
This is not good for crypto users in their country. But in any case, they can spend their crypto in other things, not only in gambling.
484  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is your anticipation on bitcoin market capitalization as for 2030 on: September 13, 2023, 08:28:54 PM
-
Short-term prediction usually gives traders disappointing results, which we have seen many times in the past. During the bull run of 2017 everyone was randomly predicting that Bitcoin would go to $30000, but at that time Bitcoin failed to reach this target and at that time Bitcoin had an ATH of almost $20000. During the last bull run, we saw the prediction of $100k very common in the crypto market, but Bitcoin failed to meet everyone's expectations this time, so once again we saw disappointment among everyone.

So by looking at the past behavior of the market it can be assumed that Bitcoin can hit the $100k target in the next bull market and create a new ATH, as I expect this bull run to be more exciting.

History can still repeat itself in the same cycle, but differences or failed predictions are commonplace. Many short-term predictions fail due to the influence of FUD, but some long-term predictions may be correct.

For the upcoming bullish cycle, I think many people would expect the price of bitcoin to exceed $100k, that's obviously still a reasonable prediction given its history, but something different could also happen. Halving can have a good impact on the price of bitcoin because people take advantage of the momentum to buy, but all of us never know what the next ATH of bitcoin will be after the 2024 halving.

Besides, 2030 is a long way to go when you talk about this market. 7 years is like forever in crypto.
We will have better prediction on this aspect maybe couple of years before 2030.
However, if you are thinking about your future here, yes, it is good to have plans for your portfolio.
But do remember, when you get involve in this market, make sure your finances are ready to wait for years if you will take the long-term route.
485  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: creating a token without money on: September 12, 2023, 09:59:04 PM
creating a token is always very cheap, it almost don't need money you just need to pay the gas fee and thats it, the thing that makes it requires a lot of money is when you wanna make your coin somewhat popular, and have high value, you will have no choice but to provide liquidity for your coin using real money in which in this case most often is gonna be massive for individual.
but if you just wanna be deploying token just for fun then you just deploy it and thats it, moreover you could always try your luck with token and just deploy token whatever you want and then let it see whether some people gonna favour the token which is highly unlikely but it comes back with your intention again, if its just for fun, thats fine right?
its different with creating token for the sole purpose of a real project that you really trying to build.

And such endeavor will just create another crap token if the OP wants to create a token without much of financial investment.
Basically, anyone can just create their own token, however, the question is what for?
Most are just screwing naive individuals promising their token to have of value in the future.
However, they are just looking for reasons to exhaust money from those gullible ones who will take their bait.
If you have no valid reason why you will create one, better stop your idea rather than add more worthless token in the market.
486  Economy / Speculation / Re: Key Accelerators to bitcoin bull market on: September 12, 2023, 09:45:32 PM
You have mentioned some good and main factors here, and these almost are all the factors that are driving more traffic/adoption toward BTC. Many big platforms are endorsing BTC well at least trying to leverage the BTC technology but in the end they say they are trying their best to make things perfect for people so they can use BTC (talking about PayPal's interview). But still, the key factor is the halving. According to my short knowledge ( Cheesy ) after halving there comes bull run first and then bear run comes.

But still, the other factors, like ETFs, institutional adoption, Utilization of BTC, etc. will work as a fuel that will boost the engine of BTC rocket to the moon. And BTC might perform more than our expectations just because of these factors.

Those factors have in one way or another contribution to the market performance of BTC.
We can't single out any of these factors that will only influence the BTC movement.
They are important in the growth of BTC in the market, so we can consider such factors as integral part of BTC development.
487  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the Difference Between Plying Gambling on Online Sites and Real Casinos? on: September 11, 2023, 06:28:08 PM
So far, the main difference I noticed between the two is that crypto casinos offer fast withdrawals with no added bullshit on transactions. For physical casinos, they will take some time to verify your winnings if you won in a machine that they operate, and it might take a good 5 minutes or sometimes even longer if the winning is too big. I never experienced winning a huge amount in physical casinos, but have been inside one for one too many times that I notice that every time someone wins on a slots machine, it takes the crew some time to congratulate the winner and give the winnings to them.

In short, there's not too much fuss when it comes to online casinos as compared to traditional ones.
I've experienced this also in physical casino and exchanging your small winnings sometimes is not a very good one.
Unlike in online casinos, it doesn't matter as they don't see your face and it is fine whatever amount you can withdraw from them.
There are pros and cons in both and lucky for us for those who experienced or who can experience physical casinos,
as you will know the experience of getting your hands on in one of their slot machines or playing on a table.
The environment is quite different as well, you will enjoy the scene if you are happy mingling with other people.
488  Economy / Gambling / Re: COINS.GAME | THE MOST REWARDING CRYPTO CASINO on: September 11, 2023, 05:53:47 PM
-cut-
Of course! The best part is that the value of 1 JET is tied to the price of 1 USD, and you can transfer JET to other currencies at any time through Coins Swap.

Ok, you need to elaborate on this. Starting freom how is JET backed? And i am assuming you have a way show audit of the reserve that's backing JET.

And why does it exist? Because in a first glance this is a huge red flag and only reason i can find for it to exist is that you can just print them more and give more bonuses or what ever for a while, before people are trying to change them back to dollars and whole card house falls down.

I am guessing you will have a reason for this and why not any single other casino haven't done their own stable coin.

That is a very good question as how can we verify that your JET is backed by USD assets?
This is important especially for those players who will hold their coins in JET rather than other popular alts.
But looking at the site, they have wide selection of cryptocurrencies already.  So one can easily choose the currency they want to use here.
Also, they are one of the bookies who have long list of events you can bet with under the politics & entertainment section.
And the tagline "the most rewarding crypto casino" I think has been used before already.

489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Rant: Casinos should hire people who knows about what they do on: September 11, 2023, 04:42:38 PM
Just today, I was asking the support of a casino why the sportsbook section on the casino website is redirecting me to another platform and he doesn't understand what I mean.

So please if you're a casino owner here, hire people who understand simple things about gambling. This is not good for business at all!
Haha , 😂
This is nothing new to be honest, and it's also not something peculiar to gambling casinos alone, several times I've had issues with some cryptocurrency exchanges and contacted their customer care for help, to my amusement, the customer care didnt know sh*t about what I was complaining about, the whole thing got me furious and yet, very funny at the same time, at a point , the idiot closed my ticket without my issue resolved, I had to open another again and at the end of the day, It was me who still figured out how to fix the problem my self ..

So yeah, very much agree with your last comment, focusing on casinos now, it can be really frustrating to come across an issue and then reach out to the customer care whom we thought or believe should know better and have an answer to our questions and solution to our problems, only to discover they know nothing, it's so unprofessional and can cause such casinos to lose a lot of customers, every gambling casino, and businesses out there should make sure their staff, most especially customer cares (since they are the ones closest to the customers) know every basic things about the company or business .

I believe, one way to let the casino know about their customer service, is give feedback or rate their assistance to you.
Some casinos will give you option to rate the service of their customer support and the reason why you give such rating.
So if you are not happy about your experience, share your feedback. Maybe the site will listen to your complaint and investigate the staff.
We can't expect that customer service will be at the top of their game. You will really encounter bad customer service in any industry, not only in gambling.
Also, some complaints are not resolved owed to the customer service not because of the site.
490  Economy / Gambling / Re: No KYC Crypto Casinos & Sites | NoToKYC.com | Exclusive Bonuses on: September 11, 2023, 03:41:03 PM
Anyways, happy that there are still some casinos where kyc is a no, but how long will kyc continue to be a no on this casinos? Specially with the increasing regulation on crypto..
Only two so far on his list but we never know Maybe in the future for some reason they might go level 1 no KYC There are circumstances where KYC is necessary to catch cheaters to show compliant to authorities and their license issuers, there are no KYC casinos that change their terms so they can protect their casinos from cheaters or they are forced by their license issuers or the regulators.

OP's site is an affiliate platform so he will try to be different and try to target specific gamblers who are looking for NO KYC casino, but be sure everything that is on his list is reputable, Some members have reported that one questionable casino is on the list.

Not for some reason but those 2 on the list will only required KYC once they finally get their casino license if they are still pursuing it. Having a license is the only reason why casino ask for KYC due to AML policy. Those casino that asking KYC without license is committing an illegal KYC since they have no right to ask for it since they are not regulated by the law.

I believe a no KYC casino incorporates some level of risk too since unlicensed casino typically turns into scam since they don't have any commitment or doxxed to operate legally.

Definitely, doubt the motive of the unlicensed casino if they started asking KYC from their clients.
Because only licensed casinos usually require their players to submit KYC verification because of the AML policy that they need to abide.
The site list offered by the OP may be good to some players who really don't want to submit their KYC.
However, the dilemma of getting screwed is always there because unlicensed casinos can really mess up with the player's funds if they want to.
Also from the OPs list, I have seen some like vavada which is requiring KYC from their clients before withdrawal, so don't know why it is on the list. He can check it on their terms here - https://vavada.com/en/terms-and-conditions, and verification of identity seems needed on this site.
491  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in new projects. on: September 10, 2023, 09:58:51 PM
Be careful in this project, not because it is new but because we must be concerned about the legitimacy of the said project. We don't have to easily fall into their promising words as they are just manipulating our minds to think that they can be trusted. It was hard to believe such kind of project and to say it became successful when we don't see yet their performance. It is much more doubtful knowing that it belonged to the meme family, couldn't think we should have to take a risk from it.

And do take note that this is a meme project. The usual lifespan of this type of project is quite short.
Most of them are just taking advantage of the hype but they have no long-term plans for the project itself.
The name ding dang itself, do you really think it will last long in this market? I don't think so.
The project is maybe chinese-owned because the site is in Chinese by default.
Remember, Chinese government is not pro-crypto. So think about the future of this project.
492  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Im good with shorting binance on: September 10, 2023, 09:46:28 PM
Im good with shorting on binance.
ID like to Open my trading group where followers can donate some rewards afrer few successful signals.
Follow here my short signals to see my work.

Right now i took the short pos MDT/USDT  entry: 0.05380$  my tp would be: 0.053$

Look another scrap here, Who cares if you are short or long, Go and eat something drink a glass of water, and go to sleep Make sure to take the sleeping pill first.

Just need to realize that nobody really cares about which platform you trade, and how you trade, If you have any sort of educational content you are most welcome but if you really want to post the Shity signals more I think you deserve a neutral with Ignore mode. Even the Asset you are suggesting with Short is not even top 200, which means you are directly risking the funds of newbies who are going to follow your signal by misguiding them.

Let's wait for a couple of days and watch your activity than I count on it.

And to think that why would anyone donate to him for some rewards just because of few successful signals?
If he is lucky, then, thank himself he didn't lose his funds. Don't expect that someone will give you some bonus just because you got it right.
And some are already boasting their capability in trading just by few successful attempts.
But if you ask their history, I doubt they will disclose all their losses in the public.
If the OP feels he is good in shorting, why not use such strategy to his own advantage and enrich himself with this strategy?
493  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 - Betting and Discussions on: September 10, 2023, 09:06:00 PM
Just another Dennis the Menace time. Schroder deserves to be the Tissot MVP for this FIBA world cup finals. A lot of history has been made for this FIBA world cup. Another one is with Canada by their very first title for the FIBA world cup. Going back to Dennis, could this have an impact to his potential offers in the NBA? Possible right but he has already signed with the Raptors right for this upcoming season?
What a game from Germany, winning their first ever FIBA championship title.
Dennis did a great game tonight and Germany played very well. Many opportunities will surely open to other Germany players and yes, Dennis already signed with the Raptors which I think can be a great addition to the team. Congrats Germany and to those who place their bet with Germany.

Germans for sure are rejoicing such win as their countrymen were watching their game in a nationwide broadcast.
Such move was worth it as they won the first ever FIBA championship title.
For those who placed early bets, Germany was at 26x odds to win this title, wonder if someone did bet on this team?
Germany was not early favorite, even in the group competition, Australia was favored over Germany.
Well, this is another game that we can say, upsets do happen all the time. Congrats to Germany!
And for their players, seems that they also have lots of signing to do when they come home, not only for their basketball career but maybe advertising perks as well.
494  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ Shuffle.com | The next generation of crypto casinos | Sports, Casino + token on: September 10, 2023, 08:36:56 PM
Although there is no string at all for the bonus, but I dont think players will try to withdraw it without playing because KYC is needed in order to open the banking/wallet menu to deposit/withdraw. As OP said as well, by letting people to withdraw it straight away, it will also give them a feedback for their withdrawal system. The bonus is also limited to 50 users only, so even if all people try to withdraw it straight away, they will only spend $250 but I'm pretty sure no one will do KYC to withdraw $5 so the most possible case is that people will try to play it first trying to make more with the $5 in order to make it worth for KYC.
KYC isn't mandatory to withdraw your coins. Correct me OP if I'm wrong.

Level-1 KYC is there just to check who is sending money. It's better to ask for some basic personal information than to seize your find later. Besides, as OP said, you can send the level 1 KYC information anytime if you want to go further and submit full KYC information. So, it should not be a problem.

OP please share a clear picture about KYC as people seem very much confused.

Yes Level-1 KYC is what I mean, and it should be filled to open the wallet menu which contains of deposit and withdraw which means it is impossible to access the withdraw menu without filling the basic personal information. Although it is just basic personal information like name, birth of date, address, etc but I think those who are against KYC will not be willing to fill it to withdraw $5 unless there are some people use random fake name and address to withdraw it (or in other word trying to abuse the promo).

If you can read their AML policies, it seems that they will study your profile as a gambler.
They will only require your basic info upon withdrawal if they see you as low risk player.
And that category, it depends on how they assess your activities on their site.
You will undergo what they called "enhanced due diligence (EDD)" as per item 5.3 (https://shuffle.com/info/aml) if a red flag is triggered.
From what it looks like, you can withdraw your coins without submitting any kyc doc if you are complying their protocols and you're violating any of their terms.
495  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why gambling beginners must not joke with casino announcement on: September 10, 2023, 08:00:08 PM
4. Limited currencies accepted, most prefer Fiat still

5. Lack of games collection due to limited software providers.

These two shouldn't be a problem as long as everything else is in order. There used to be a lot of successful online casinos that offered just one or two games. It's better to have a few good ones than a lot of bad ones Wink

I like when the casino doesn't accept shitcoins. Less shitcoins usually means less issues and less unstable wallet software for the casino to worry about.
As far as fiat money goes, if they only accept fiat they aren't really a crypto casino and there's no point in talking about them here.

These days, most online crypto casinos are offering several games, and they continue to add more.
Though if some new ones will offer few games, that's fine. They are new to the market and they have time to improve their site.
It is better to have few rather than offer many games that they can't manage well.
And when it comes to currencies, few cryptocurrencies is fine. As long as they have crypto in their payment method.
Anyway, most users are only using top currencies like BTC. And some would just look for currencies that have cheaper fees.
496  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ask about prediction on: September 09, 2023, 11:11:45 PM

yes, it is certainly appreciated especially when these are predictions... winning Grin
and there are no money involved Tongue

Of course another good point is a prediction written by someone who realizes what he is doing.
Random advices makes no sense and is a waste of time for both the writer and the reader...

for many years I have updated one! take a look Smiley https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1234109.0

Just like you, you started a prediction thread years back. So the OP can also do such initiative.
So long, he is not soliciting or anything from here. And just post what he wants to share with the members.
Also, if he can also give side comments on why he is choosing such team or athlete, so we know a lil background of his choices.
And he should keep up with the thread so this will be a like a bookmark to some bettors who are betting on the sports he will share here.
We will know also if he is indeed good with predictions on a particular sports when we see his winning percentage over his losses.
497  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How does an online Foodbetting site sound? on: September 09, 2023, 09:58:18 PM

I'm a bit surprise OP didn't warn us that its from 1xbet.

I didn't really put 1xbet in mind when making this post. So it doesn't seem like am doing a campaign on their behalf.
I did well though to check out the 1xbet site to see if they had any betting feature for food betting. I learnt however that the foodbetting 1xbet was making a reference to was a new promo or reward options for its customers.
It is totally different from this post intention, even if it is gambling related.

Many users here are avoiding 1xbet because of its reputation, however, on the note of this kind of betting, it is quite new to most.
Maybe this bookie saw the potential of this betting game because if there are no people placing bets, of course, they won't offer it.
So it is the demand that they are looking at this betting game. We will know if it won't be a hit if they will remove it from their list.
If the event is quite popular, sure, there will be many players on this kind of game. But if not, I don't think they can get bettors on this.
498  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎰⚽️ Cryptoplay.io - Casino and Sportsbook | Race and Rise to Riches - $2M | VIP on: September 09, 2023, 09:41:10 PM
Yes, it looks like we have a new casino on the horizon here and trying to make it's way to top.
Nevertheless, competition is very tough though, just saying. But for us gamblers, the more the better, because we will have more options as to what casino's we want to try.
And if I may add regarding the promotion and marketing, I guess it's better if you will have like signature campaigns here so that your casino's will be exposed to the gamblers here.
As sometimes, gamblers might not be aware that there are new casinos, but thru signature campaigns only.
So best of luck, and also welcome to the community.

The content of their site seems quite good as a new player on this market.
They have so many competitors already but if they will address each query or complaint as fast as they can,
they can gain also some loyal players. And that would take time as we all know it.
But looking at their promotion of race and rise to riches, the wagered amount of the top 20 players is quite huge already starting from $675,883 at the moment.
It means, they already got some high rollers out there.
And if I may add in their FAQ section, if they can also add the minimum deposit per currency so potential users can already see how much they need to deposit before they can play on this site.
499  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Legal Tender in Central African Republic on: September 08, 2023, 09:59:24 PM
There were some news in late August about the Central African Republic: It seems the law about tokenization of natural resources got approved and signed by President Touadéra (see also this twitter post).

The Sango website also continues live, according to their roadmap in 2023 a "masterplan" for a Crypto City on an island in Ubangi River should be unveiled. I'm not really believing that will become true, but anyway will be following these developments.

What I hope for this progress is to help some of their people to alleviate their way of living.
So if this government project will push thru, I hope some of its citizen will improve their lives for the better.
We know that corruption is rampant in their region, so hopefully, with transparency in crypto, it will lessen this aspect.
What we all wish for here is that any crypto project should help people to achieve their goals in life, and for the betterment of their financial status.
500  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My decision on bitcoin on: September 08, 2023, 09:43:11 PM
I recently created a post asking if I should buy bitcoin now or wait for the dip, and majority of the response I got from the post, advised that I should buy now rather than waiting for the dip due to its volatile nature, and I'm satisfied with this response and I'm willing to bear the risk.

It is good to know that you decided to act now than waiting for the price of Bitcoin to dip.  Buying Bitcoin now is securing your entry point at the current price.  If ever Bitcoin price goes lower, you can always have a chance to lower your average entry point by DCA.

Reason for all these questioning, I have a dream of becoming a long term bitcoin holder but, dreams aren't achieved with words alone, an action is needed for the start up, so I have decided to sell one of my less used phone for the purpose of buying bitcoin.
I'm really eager to purchase my first bitcoin in satoshi.

I agree, nothing is done through words but action.  I hope you can get a good deal in selling your extra phone so that you can buy more BTC from its sale.

It would really take courage to get involve in this market. But if your instincts is saying buy some today, then, go for it.
After reading suggestions and opinions of other people, and assessing your financial capability, then, maybe, you are ready to buy your first satoshis.
Not many users will take the risk of selling some of their gadgets to buy on this market. As no one knows what lies ahead,
you are relying on the reasoning that bitcoin is going up in the future owed to its increasing number of users.
