1121  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it true that this AI is good for trading? on: February 18, 2023, 09:35:47 PM
Trading is another story and a huge task that an AI can make which is actually out of its design as Chat Bot. I'd never use chatGPT personally but one of my friends tells me how good it is when comes to chat messages, answering questions, and word compositions. It is really amazing to think huh, but I might think that it was really intended for that area, not on trading or in general works. Maybe in the future, the developers will make that programs but still, I'm not sure how good it was when it comes to decisions like normal people can do.

Others are using bots for trading but it depend on how well you program your AI.
It doesn't mean that if you deploy bot in trading, it will automatically rake profits for you.
These bots are using algorithms to execute your trades and works according to your set-up.
And if the market conditions are not met by how you set-up them, you won't get the profits that you want.
Thus, it doesn't mean, if you own a trading bot, it will surely give you continuous profit.
1122  Economy / Gambling / Re: PromoTout.com New Gambling & Sports Betting Tutorials & Promotions Site on: February 18, 2023, 08:49:12 PM
Thank you to everyone who posted a productive reply.
Here’s what I’ve heard so far.
  • Content needs to be more in depth
  • Website is too simplistic, needs more visual elements.
  • Integrate articles such that they link out to other articles

I will attempt to implement some of these ideas in the coming weeks. Please keep the suggestions coming!

As you have the promotions side, why not just add a tab for all your casinos and bookies that you have reviewed so far?
You still have a lot of gambling articles to publish, but I think your one goal is of course to earn something from your possible affiliates.
And since you are covering gambling and not only sportsbetting, you may want to add articles in relation to casino games also.
Such as common strategies used by gamblers in playing luck-based games, provable fairness and other things that you think can interest the gamblers.
1123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Achievement through the help of bitcoin on: February 18, 2023, 07:54:04 PM
It's always the same similar stories we see daily in the forum. Without doubt bitcoin has given many hopes and also has improved the wellbeing of many. But investment in bitcoin is risky and also involves patience. Not so many people are patient about bitcoin, especially traders who always see the tendency of doubling their monies, they go extra miles to make profits which may otherwise make them lose all

Just another testament that bitcoin market has changed lives throughout the years of its existence.
We will hear different variations of stories but all sum up, we can't deny the fact that btc market has been an instrument for so many people to change their lives.
Some may have lost but a lot have changed their path owed to this technology, especially for those who did not give up at their early stage of acquaintance with this market.
I have read and seen a lot of users in this forum alone to have change their lives for the better, and up until now, this industry is still helping them to survive.
1124  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto aid for Turkey exceeds $4.5M in one week on: February 17, 2023, 09:58:45 PM
Other crypto are donating to Syria as well probably in a different way, and maybe the sanctions are lifted for the sole purpose of donating for the earthquake victim.

Crypto community are doing their part to help people and this is not the first time we donate something to the victim of natural calamity and disaster, let’s just hope that we are sending money to the right person so our help will reach the people in need.
The role of cryptocurrencies would be great if they were donated while the sanctions continued, because they are an indication of the decentralization of Bitcoin.
We only hope that it reaches its beneficiaries and thus they benefit from it, as the situation is catastrophic and they need every dollar that is donated.
Read some news about donations to Syria as well, and its also a good amount of money. If the sanctions didn’t except a disaster event like this, its good that we have cryptocurrency as an option.

Tried to donate some small money in our local organization, I’d hope that the money will really go to that country. Choosing where to donate is also a bid risk, so make sure you are dealing with the trusted organizations that really works to help those people.

This situation is a good breeding ground for scammers. So yes, be careful sending to these fraudsters.
Check the official links and addresses before you hit the send button.
In times where traditional payment methods and banking system are in rubble, this is where crypto comes in.
They will now appreciate how blockchain tech can assist countries which are in dire need of funds for emergency needs.
1125  Economy / Economics / Re: No petrol/diesel car sales by 2035/ Reality or dream? on: February 17, 2023, 09:28:25 PM
Can be a reality in smaller countries like many EU countries but not at all practical for the bigger countries like Russia, China, US, India, Australia etc. Also the price of an EV is a big turndown. 40% of the cost goes to just it's battery.

I quite often go for a long drive. I do at least one long drive every month. Now if I want to use EV, every single time I will have to halt for at least an hour just to recharge the car.

So the target of 2035 looks quite ambitious to me. Unless a technological breakthrough is achieved like fast charging or extraordinary range, EV will remain impractical for bigger countries.

That's one obstacle of EVs, not for long driving if the place has no charging stations yet.
The target may be true to some European countries, but I believe the rest of the world may still be having these petrol/diesel cars at that time.
This aim can easily be implemented in small developed countries like Singapore, but most of the third world countries can't afford this yet.
I just hope that by the year 2035, EVs are more affordable in price, as this is one of the bottlenecks why most people won't let go of the traditional cars.
1126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: February 17, 2023, 08:59:27 PM
This is a good matchup for Donaire, and I have a feeling that he will be the favorite in this fight once the odds are out. His opponent has three losses, but is a very active boxer, having won all three fights last year.

I believe most of the posters here will be rooting for Donaire, but it would still be nice to put up a poll to determine who has the majority of the votes.

If Donaire is listed as the favorite, I doubt he will be a heavy favorite. He's coming off a big loss against Inoue, so he doesn't have much momentum, unlike Santiago, who is currently on a winning streak.

Donaire is still a top class fighter albeit his age. A lot of people are discounting him due to his age but his experience in the ring still matters. He put up a good fight against Inoue albeit his loss, and Santiago's record isn't that promising either. Overall, bookies would really favor that who has his career already proven to the world and is still going at it despite his age. Donaire may have slowed down, but he still knows how to use every aspect of boxing at his disposal.

For the odds, I believe, Donaire will also be the favorite here despite his age.
It is good that they found another boxer to fight for this belt.
The sooner the better, as he needs to finish what he wants to finish before he hang his gloves.
He still has something to give to his fans, hence, he keeps on fighting.
1127  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Looking for Investors for my Upcoming PvP crypto Casino on: February 16, 2023, 09:50:31 PM
Thx for the tips, but how should I proof it otherwise the. Showin a screenshot of my ogu account? As said of an investor is interested i can confirm trough pms on ogu.gg on my profile (https://ogu.gg/easer)
Have you tried looking for an investor that is within your circle?
I find it more easy to gather funds and of course they can also help you manage this casinos since its still requires a lot of attentions and management strategy that you might not be able to meet once you go live. Update the OP, with your most rewarding offer and your future plans, probably someone is already looking into this and just waiting for more details.

This is what I am thinking, since he mentioned he is a trusted user of another forum.
Why not ask also from those forum members about this project and see if he can get some support?
Much easier to ask assistance if you already know the community, however, hard to get some financial support from this forum if your profile is not yet established.
Besides, we haven't seen much pvp-based casinos to really hit it off. So that's the worry of potential investors, how can they have a lil bit of assurance
that this project will be different from previous ones?
1128  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin gambling problem on: February 16, 2023, 09:09:07 PM
There should be a pinned thread with all those sites listed. There are many support groups around the world and many numbers you can call to find someone to talk to. This is especially important when you had a big loss and don't know what to do. A loss can work as a wake up call and allow you to make the first step into fighting your addiction.
It's not that difficult to find help if you really want to. Especially online. If you live in a shitty country where everything is bad and doesn't work as it should, then finding state-sponsored support groups and programs is challenging. But the biggest issue is that problem gamblers don't think they are addicted. Hence, they don't see a reason to change anything. No matter how many links or phone numbers you put up, they aren't going to call because they think they have everything under control and they behavior is normal.

That's the dilemma, and most of them are still in denial stage of their current situation.
If they won't acknowledge that they do need help or has a problem, they can't move on to the next step.
They need to see that they are having problem with their gambling habits, if they can't recognize such problem,
then, certainly, they won't ask for help or assistance of what they are going thru.
Close family members or colleagues can help him see what's going on, try to talk to him calmly.
1129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in new Projects (Need Suggestion) on: February 16, 2023, 08:20:03 PM
Hey mate, you will need to be very careful with a new project, because lately, the number of scam projects has doubled and out of every 100 new projects almost 80-90 end up being a scam.

But then if you do much due diligence, you can still lay your hands on a few good projects.

But you should know that there still comes with high risk, since not all their information is provable from the white papers.

Just think that only few projects have emerged successful in the trading market.
The survival rate is very low to most new projects. As the devs realized it is hard to sustain their presence without solid ground.
Most are resorting to the pump and dump scheme to get their pockets full before abandoning their project.
As much as possible, if you are new to this market, better explore the top coins first, btc in particular.
Just try your hands in new alts if you have a good understanding already with this type of market.
1130  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin gambling problem on: February 15, 2023, 09:48:53 PM
OP Thanks for sharing the site. Anyone can need a site. We have no problem with the online gambling category we are betting on. If there is any problem we can solve it ourselves. And we never bet big money. Bet with a small balance. We have no problem losing there. But there are many people who face problem by betting huge amount of money, maybe this site can solve them. But I don't know how good the solution will be. And my question is if I lose here, how will they help me?

They are helping with gambling problems, so I don't think they will help you financially, when you lose with your gambling.
The services they are offered say its free, so hopefully, they won't ask fees later on, and totally free.
This will be a great help for some gamblers here who want to change for the better of themselves.
Quitting is hard for most gamblers, they need to find a very good motivation why they are changing their path of living.
1131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 4 Altcoins to look at in 2023 on: February 14, 2023, 09:51:59 PM

Proven on how long it's there and how many times it did reached different peaks speaks for itself but still, good luck with our set of choices.
Our choice varies mate and it's good to show some form of in-depth analysis before making our choice since altcoin market is highly volatile and risky with less trust on it value for long term.
-But as you have rightly said, investors will definitely make a choice and all that we can wish ourselves just the best of luck, we should also learn how to calculate the percentages of our portfolios based on the assets we most prefered.

Each one of us has different set of criteria in choosing which alts to invest with.
It depends on how knowledgeable you are in terms of crypto investments.
We have our pros and cons when thinking of these alts. But at the end of the day,
we are all hoping that our investments will make profit once we sell it at the market.
So the entry and exit points also vary from other people. It highly depends on your goal and targets.
1132  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why I will never trust top exchanges on: February 14, 2023, 09:17:07 PM
So for me even if some big exchange has also an issue i will choose to use them because i feel more secure and safe.
It's true that most of us crypto users have to engage with centralized exchanges even if we don't want to. But you should not hold your funds there even if you feel secure and safe in your preferred exchangers.  If you want, you can do short-term trading because there is no other way than using centralized exchangers for because of easy handling and low trading fees.
However, centralized exchangers are never the perfect choice for securing your funds. Because here you already gave the control of your fund to them.
I agree with the OP that never looking at centralize that should not be trusted, and now after seeing the ftx exchanger incident I think  the fast I can withdraw my funds from cexs , the fast I can breath

The fact that we still need a lot of financial services from these exchanges, means, we need to use them at one point no matter what.
As you said, just use them for like trading purposes and get out your funds as soon as you finished.
However, if you will use their savings or staking services, you are letting them to have control of your funds and you are ready to risk your funds.
But as much as possible, use the services of top trading platforms with insurance like with binance.
Otherwise, send your funds to your own wallet, for your own peace of mind. We can't be very sure of what will happen next in this market.
1133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB & BUSD Under Attack on: February 14, 2023, 08:09:49 PM
I think BUSD would eventually overcome the hate NYFD and USDC has thrown to it these days. As long as it is a store of value, then its all good

In addition to that, there's a big difference between the owners of BNB/BUSD project vs FTX/LUNA projects.
The owners of FTX/LUNA projects put some of their bankrolls to their own pockets and used for their own luxuries.
I have high regards with CZ that he is doing good in this business because he has actual plans for his platform.
Sure, he is earning good income from this business, but I don't think he will abandon his platform for the sake of his own luxuries.
1134  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: February 13, 2023, 07:03:30 PM
Didn't know that we can use an AI to predict the match. I am not sure how much they have improved the AI but I think at some point that it will be reliable, maybe we can get information in the AI and we can double analyze it to improve the first impression or idea from the AI.

We can't fully rely on the AI yet in my opinion.

Ai has been predicting the outcome of sporting events for a very long time now. I remember seeing these prediction come out whenever there's a big tournament like the champions league or world cup. The last world cup was predicted by an AI that Argentina were to lift the trophy and it ended up been so. Even though this prediction comes out positive, I can't fully put my trust on them as others have predicted wrongly in the past as well.

Then when it come to games that requires the players to be lucky that doesn't need specific factors to be put under considerations like how good the teams has been in the past or currently is, I don't think an AI can be more lucky than me as I'll always stick to myself and play the games.

AI predictions certainly are based from something, like the past history of the team or the athletes.
It depends on how it was coded to predict a certain event given all available resources.
The developer himself would know the capability of the AI as he knows what criteria has been integrated into it.
However, what it is missing is the actual scenario happening inside the field. It can't anticipate an injury or a sudden sickness of the player during the event.
Other possible factors that can influence the outcome are altering the coach's strategy, the athlete's line-up, heat and altitude and so on.
AI may give us their prediction but still, it is limited to what they have. One can match his personal prediction vs. AI, and see where it stands.
1135  Economy / Gambling / Re: My list of good crypto casinos on: February 13, 2023, 06:10:49 PM
It would really be interesting to know if anyone has used the list of crypto casinos proposed by OP, there are online casinos there that are not mentioned here on the forum yet, so many are simply little known.

We won't know for sure, but chances are that not many are interested in using it. after all, that the casino Op is proposing is not a pure crypto casino. despite the Op's recommendations, some of those casinos have been operating for 20 years. that doesn't mean many of us would be interested in giving it a try, since we already have casinos that are favorites on the trust list in our community.

In fact, some of the best casinos that we have on this forum are not listed from the sites that Op recommends. the same goes for legitimacy, regarding the site Op recommends. it is very tiring to go through them and scrutinize them one by one, therefore also, I doubt that many of our members have tried the casinos listed in the site Op recommended. the proof, so far none of us have made a post from one of these casinos.

For me it makes sense if the list of cryptocasinos are those that naturally have been in there for a long time. It is difficult to maintain such a record if you are trying to take advantage of a customer of trying to run away with the dough. Also, if they are able to re-invent themselves from time to time and do promotions and new games, even better for all the users.

The OP was last active last month, he should have read some of the comments in this thread.
Most of his list under the top crypto casinos have never heard of from this forum.
If the OP can just make a quick rundown in the gambling board here, he will understand which casinos are top and reputable among forum users.
Maybe their expert gamblers can visit this forum and understand why the hesitation of users about their list. They can add some of the top casinos found here.
But I am wondering how frequent are they checking about their reviews? Are all still up-to-date especially for the casino bonuses and their terms?
I noticed one casino that did their campaign in the forum - Davinci's Gold, but their thread is not active anymore.
1136  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitnity.com - a community-driven gambling platform on: February 13, 2023, 05:13:32 PM
Good to see another community driven platform, and I'm currently looking for its advantage over its competitor especially with Moonbet.
Anyway, this site is still new and I'm excited to see another games to be introduce in this platform. Maybe having a bounty campaign can help this project be known, if there's a budget for marketing better to have  this one as well. Having your own token is a big help but don't expect every gamblers to use that token alone.
new to community based gambling and how it works, but it looks like it is necessary to have a signature campaign on this forum to entice forum users to test and play at this casino, at least maybe it will bring some additional traffic to the casino  Wink

They can pay their tokens for the promotion, as it will attract some players to join their marketing campaign.
I have seen such situation before with Betfury when they were just starting, they paid BFG tokens to their participants.
And look at where they are now, they progressed a lot throughout these years. They can have such path as well depending on how this site is being handled.
But being a community-driven platform, this will be more challenging as the developments are also relying on their regular users, how they will keep using
the site to maintain its operations and how they are utilizing the casino token to its full potential.
1137  Economy / Economics / Re: Can one achieve financial independence through crypto currency? on: February 12, 2023, 09:57:10 PM
From what I have seen in the news and also in the forum some people have met their life savings into crypto, and they have managed to be those people who have reached financial independence with the correct and lucky choice of project.

As long as you have gained profitable results in the investments that you have done with crypto, I think that’s going to be already the dream.

Maybe if you were to invest in it continuously ever since you discovered it, it may be 5 to 8 years ago, then that’s a life-changing amount.
Many have been successful in crypto and achieve financial independence but always know that their struggles before achieving that goal is never easy. It’s really a matter of hardwork and resilience, and of course patience as crypto is very unpredictable. And it’s very important that you are investing in the right projects, because that will give you decent amount of profits. Otherwise, if you trust the wrong projects, you will only lose your money and you may be discouraged to invest again.

People should remember that it is not a walk in the park to earn profits in this market.
Also, some have the concept of getting rich fast when you get involve in this, not knowing that there's more than meet the eyes here.
It doesn't mean also that at your first crypto investment, will give you tons of profits, which I believe some newcomers have that mindset.
Once they are in this market, they will soon understand that it is hard work, patience, and your initial funds that will give you an edge to attain your targets.
1138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do casino and sports betting platform owners gamble as much as other people? on: February 12, 2023, 09:35:48 PM
I don't know the certainty of this but most likely I don't think so.
The conditions are like you said about the other disclosures and in the country I live in now there is a very big cigarette factory but the owner even hates cigarettes.
Things like this can still happen for gambling. They do business in gambling does not mean they have to plunge into gambling and do gambling all day long. Moreover, they know that gambling is not something that can be profitable for businessmen like them because regardless of anything they are managers and the ones who get the most profit for what they do gambling again for reasons of fun they are not gambling anymore I think.

That is actually true as it doesn't mean you are also a regular gambler if you do own a casino or a sportsbook.
Some maybe are just occasional gamblers who want to check their site if it is still working as it should be.
In fact, we don't know that information as owners are not disclosing about their identity, let alone their personal lives.
So what we can get from here are just speculations from the community, unless, one owner from a known site here will air his side.
1139  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crashscores.com 💥 Realtime Crash Game Statistics on: February 12, 2023, 09:03:24 PM
You've done really well at creating such a site, kudos buddy,
though the site seems like its currently heavy, its having a pretty hard time with responsiveness, I understand that its a new site and that as time goes on, a lot of things will be improved and more features implemented, but just take this as my little and quick review of the site, overall, the design is very good, one can never go wrong with dark background.
Kudos again.

Hoping to see more reputable casinos in the chart. But as a newly-launched crash stat site, this is nice.
For sure, some crash players will get motivated to play if they see the top 20 moons on the other side.
But lets admit that when such thousands multiplier comes, usually we already cash even before that like at least getting the 100x payout.
I usually play this in manual mode so I can skip some rounds that I feel I will crash very early.
You can already see that when you start getting the 50x, the frequency is getting low, almost flat like in the range of 1-5x.
1140  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Features in Crypto Casinos for the Elderly on: February 12, 2023, 08:24:29 PM
Well, I had a friend who at that time was over 60 years old, and he told me that he wanted to learn everything about computers, and I remember that every day I went and taught him, and in a period of 3 months he had a great level , he learned a lot, about internet searches, about what pages he could visit, what pages not to visit, at that time it was long before 2009, because Bitcin did not exist yet, but I am sure that if it had existed and I would have taught him, he would have acquired Bitcoin and I would have worked with BITCOIN, older adults are very intelligent and I think that a crypto casino would learn crypto very quickly.
There are elderly that can catch up with everything that they want to learn and it's only going to take them less time to be good at it. Although it sounds good to see them taking some touch with crypto and gambling. It's better for them to just enjoy other things than gambling. I agree to the concerns of the others that don't encourage them into gambling if they're already old enough because we don't know if they'll be compulsive and will start to react with every loss that they make. I saw some elder that have been through with that.

Much better if they can enjoy their remaining years into something more fruitful and meaningful for them.
We don't know if in the process of learning the crypto gambling, they will be addicted into it, and will pose problem for them especially financially.
But if they are really interested, you can advise them to do simple searches first over the internet, they can learn little by little.
They should not force themselves in learning all they need at a very short period of time, take time to understand and assess if this is the path they want to do with their remaining years of life.
