941  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cryptos are coming to physical Slot Machines - IGT received the patent! on: February 08, 2021, 09:33:32 PM
With this in mind, cryptocurrency adoption is definitely nearing. People left and right doing their best to innovate the current path of technology to better the services crypto is providing and now we have it on the gambling industry, physical gambling industry at that matter. This is getting more and more exciting.
Already the cryptomarket is much connected to the gambling sector. Now with this it'll get more and more establishment and market circulation. Many people have mentioned, we need to spread it as much possible. No, that's not needed. It needs to get circulated gradually, because most of the time news of cryptocurrencies associating with gambling has been used for negative manipulation.
This is a taste of the things to come. Crypto Gambling may have had a bad face in the past, but with people like the one who invented these, it's obvious that in no time, people will change their opinion about crypto gambling and soon after cryptocurrency in general.
942  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🔻 List of Casinos and Sportbooks to Avoid on: February 08, 2021, 09:27:38 PM
Betking.io, which I saw is already added on the prior list OP has made, is still operating like there's nothing wrong with their system in the first place. I tried gambling there just to test OP's statement and indeed he was right, after winning and claiming my rewards through withdrawal, I have received numerous errors back and forth.

I would also like to recommend adding YOBIT.io's gambling feature as that stuff is full of crap. They mentioned probably fairness which is not true. To be honest because of sites like them the phrase had lost all its meaning and is now synonymous to scam.

944  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why You Should Not Buy Bitcoin with PayPal on: February 07, 2021, 11:30:47 PM
It's a gateway for people to start into crypto while getting the chance to earn from it too. It is definitely an underwhelming release but for sure they will release updates in the future that will make the cryptocurrency feature of PayPal much more bearable, enjoyable, and easy to use. For now, us old-timers have no reason to invest on it other than to test it out, but this works well for people who got into the cryptocurrency industry a bit later than us.
945  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When to take profit from your current bitcoin holding. on: February 07, 2021, 10:42:55 PM
You can earn profits from it as early as right now actually, just don't dry your investments out and you should be good to go. Plus you can use some of the money you withdrew from your initial bitcoin holdings to invest in more ventures which will give you more chances to earn more money, which is a good thing.
Before buying bitcoin you should make a target price for example 20% 50% profit and when ylu achieve your target exchange your token
This is very simple and legit technic i use oftently. Reason is that bitcoin price is not stable and everything can be happen in market.
So better idea to wait for goal amd take profit.
Or he can simply buy it, undoubtedly, he's going to make more money buying at a lower price, but with bitcoin rising uncontrollably right now, the lowest price guaranteed will be the current price.
946  Economy / Economics / Re: Im big fan of stable coins and this is what I think on: February 07, 2021, 10:38:29 PM
Stablecoins are not as profitable as you're trying to make it out to be. They are definitely good store of value coins and a great start to educate people on how to use cryptocurrencies but that's about where their usability ends honestly. And in your post you mentioned government being involved in thsi scheme which is always a recipe for disaster if ever I saw one.
It’s not that attractive scheme though. If you love stable coin so much and think about it as investment opportunity for example, lending, give aways, easy to transact etc then why not choose Fiat itself? It makes no such sense except the fact they are in crypto space. Personally I never liked the idea of stable coin to make income out of it. One way or other it’s just safe house for you when other crypto currency’s are falling apart during apocalyptic events. Lolz

But, won’t comment on other who states that it’s way of passive income. It’s good in theory but in practical approach it’s waste of time.
Exactly. It's good as a form of passive income because there is literally no risk involved in stablecoins, but the low rewards counteract this.
947  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Time For Alt Coins.. on: February 07, 2021, 10:18:13 PM
Ethereum rallied most altcoins in the market right now. Doge even reached new heights last couple of weeks courtesy of Elon advertising it on his twitter account. Honestly it's anybody's game at this point and whomever utilizes this bull run is the best and the most, will triumph on the market.
948  Economy / Economics / Re: The billionaires who own bitcoins on: February 07, 2021, 10:12:45 PM
Having these people in the ride, and influential figures at that matter mind you, really drives people's spirits up, not only those that are already on the cryptocurrency train, but most especially those who are still yet to decide whether to invest in crypto or not. As years go by we'll encounter more people like these on the list along the way.
949  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The gambling black market thrives in Britain on: February 07, 2021, 09:50:48 PM
Initially I thought these are unlicensed sites, that go undercover to conceal their operations, unfortunately this actually was a walk-in illegal casino and just like what Op said it risks the people playing and those that they come into contact with. I hope UK does something about this ASAP as the virus continues to mutate. We wanna make sure the safety and security of the general public is secured especially during these types of situations.
950  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Elon Musk Again & Again Tweet for Doge? on: February 06, 2021, 10:39:50 PM
He basically is a supporter of the cryptocurrency techbology and the wonders of bitcoin, and being a meme-loving man perhaps drew him to endorse doge on his handles, which benefitted well as the coin rose up to popularity and gained percentages ever since it was advertised. Or he may have an ulterior motive that he is hiding from plainsight which is somehow related to advertising bitcoin and doge on his twitter.
951  Economy / Economics / Re: which will u choose to buy on: February 06, 2021, 10:38:01 PM
If I have a million dollars to spend, I'd not spend it immediately. I'll weigh my options and see how or what will be the best move that will offer me better profits, be it the stocks, bitcoin, ethereum, setting up a business or whatsoever. I wanna make sure this 1M I have is gonna birth more millions in the future, so as early as I get my hands on the money I'll think of a good plan to make it grow.
952  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So, you want to get sued by a scammer? on: February 06, 2021, 10:35:08 PM
Long as the record is set straight among us that this guy here is not the real Satoshi Nakamoto, then we shouldn't have a problem anymore even kf he tried his bestest to claim ownership and all. Let's prove to him that he's a nobody here and that noone believes him, that way the guy will finally see for himself that nobody really cares at all.
Aren’t there anti-SLAPP laws for this kind of issues? Because it is an issue. Frauds, and con-artists can’t just file a defamation lawsuit as a convenience to stop people from talking. Plus what happened to free speech? I believe we should start including the message Craig is NOT Satoshi in our transactions. Haha.
Then again, the thing here is that the court cannot outrule the possibility that the dumbass is Satoshi himself, just as much as they can't say he is. So until proven otherwise, the court can label him as a scammer yet at least within the bounds of the law.
953  Economy / Economics / Re: All world banks need bitcoin now big solution on: February 06, 2021, 09:35:22 PM
We'll be getting there soon, this pandemic may have been a punch in the gut for most of us but us cryptocurrency supporters and investors are sure to reap the hardships we mustered this season just to carry on with our support, especially knowing that more and more people, and bigger figures at that matter by thebway, are seeing bitcoin's potential and opted to include it in their portfolios
954  Economy / Economics / Re: Nigerian Banks To Close Accounts Involved with Crypto on: February 06, 2021, 09:33:13 PM
Not a smart move for that bank, more and more people are using banks to cash in to their cryptocurrency accounts, which means more money for them basically, so doing this automatically puts them at risk of losing a big customer base which they might regret dearly. And as for our friends there at Nigeria, there should be other banks out there that wouldn't do this silly of a tactic, switch to them instead.
955  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stake.com announces Israel Adesanya as their Global branded ambassador on: February 06, 2021, 09:29:35 PM
Good choice as Adesanya is becoming a bigger star in the internet media as of late, not only due to his finesse and skills inside the Octagon but the fact that he is also a self-confessed weeaboo, or a shut-in guy who watches anime on the daily. So Stake definitely will garner more people signing a contract with him.
UFC world champion Adesanya  the last stylebender is a great fighter, it's a heaven news for the crypto community considering the amount of his fans base investing into crypto. Nigeria has a bigger number of crypto inclined citizens this might be another opportunity for them to support their brother. This is a good development and a bold step by Stake.com.... more high figures are investing in crypto now
Definitely, a bold yet a surefire profitable way for them to gather more people into their casino. It may have costed them a lot to get Adesanya to say yes, but the money he will rake in with promotions, and support will definitely pay off.
956  Economy / Economics / Re: Risk-takers always ahead financially on: February 05, 2021, 10:49:20 PM
There are some people, especially those subjected to extreme poverty, to no fault of their own of course, that may disagree. They can't afford to lose anything more especially when you consider that their funds are only good for basic necessities. We should be more considerate and all but I get wherw you are cominf from OP
957  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocoins burning market on: February 05, 2021, 10:32:36 PM
I find the title confusing me, I don't even understand the connection between burning and the context of your post. Nevertheless I doubt that the pump thwt happened was only because Elon became vocal on his support of bitcoin. I am confident this timed well with a pumping season which caused bitcoin to rise up in value, sure his posts may invite more people to invest on bitciin but I doubt it's going to be enough as to cause a dent to the current price.
Your title is misleading. For a second I thought it was about token burning (as in excess tokens get burnt to reduce supply and increase scarcity. But obviously you went the other way. The truth remains that tokens with utility are expected to do very well this year whether anyone tweets about them or not. Don't get me wrong here, please. I ain't saying there aren't influences in token price movement after he tweeted. Of course, what Elon Musk did could've prompted Bitcoin to spike on the said day no doubt. But whether he said it or not on that day, Bitcoin would still have risen to where it is currently today.
I thought so too lmao, got confused there for a second thinking major coins in the market are going to burn tokens
958  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sell my bitcoin from 2010 on: February 05, 2021, 10:03:00 PM
Selling that much bitcoins all at once gets you flagged for either fraudulent or suspicious withdrawal, the exchanges we have do not expect that amount of withdrawal, all at once, even if you were a pioneer and someone who held bitcoins for a very long time. If ever, do it slowly, at least 10 btcs per week so no one notices it.
959  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Crash? on: February 05, 2021, 09:59:52 PM
Bitcoin is still prone to crash, one happened last year and another may come sooner when whales decide to jump ship. Honestly it's kind of pathetic that at this point, we're once again at the mercy of these whales out there who with a single press of a button, can cumulatively make bitcoin worth dirt-cheap. Not to mention the fact that more and more corporations invest on crypto which is good for the coin but bad for the small-time investors like me.
in general bitcoin can experience a fall. but remember, there must be a special and big cause of the fall of bitcoin. because I think currently bitcoin is experiencing a rapid increase the market will not allow bitcoin to fall quickly. but in the future, bitcoin will fall just a matter of time and it will be a good moment to buy bitcoin in large quantities
Having lived to witness the GameStonks phenomena, I would beg to disagree to your statement that there has to be a major reason for bitcoin's crash if it were to happen, sometimes things like this can happen out of spite.
960  Economy / Economics / Re: PayPal cryptocurrency trading volume beyond expectations on: February 05, 2021, 09:19:01 PM
They took advantage of the hype that bitcoin brought with it and reaped the results, if anything, this at best would inspire more corporations to adopt cryptocurrencies in their customer features which will both give them a healthy remark from the people who are supportive of cryptocurrencies and they're bound to earn as well, so it's a win-win situation really.
Looks like they made a good choice.  Shocked
I bet every employee of Paypal now is getting their bonuses.  Grin

This also proves how many people out there are having a hard time buying cryptocurrencies before.
We all saw that with different threads they make in this forum looking for other options.
But now, you don't see much of that question anymore. Yeah, Paypal made it happen.
Although, I am still in doubt about security issues. I might just use it to buy and get out. Don't stay.

too bad the coins you're purchasing in Paypal is going to be a sitting duck there since you can't trade it or anything besides buy and sell. Only thing you'd be capable of doing is to shortsell which bitcoin is not good at.
