You might want to consider possibly trying to "invest" in getting rid of that habit. Expensive "hobbies" will only strain your financial situation, not to mention if it's chronic that it would also cause health issues (which would cost money, if you live in the US).

It might be difficult to fight, but obviously it'll better your situation greatly if you manage to get rid of the habit.

It is very simple to save money. Simply, take money or BTC and don't spend it. Or fix a percentage. For example on your net income you can set in this way: I will spend 50% of my money and the other 50% will saved

Saving is not that simple as you are saying, it requires a great level of discipline to do so, and if you cannot follow it then you won't be able to save anything at the end of the day, saving should made as an habit and should be followed continuously then only you can hold some savings for the future, and gambling is good if it is just for fun but making it as an addiction would make you loose everything.

I do not know about many ways I can tell you how I save money, I do it by giving the money to my father, for those who have sadly lost there parents give the money to a trusted respectable relative whim who respect the most and in his/her eyes you are the most simple and clean chit person they know.

I like the discipline part you brought up. Saving is one, but don't spending it is another cup of tea.
In the past i was very eager to save and put some money on the bank.

Just to spend it a few months later on something I thought that was useful.. Disclipline is key when you are saving.

yes true, most people still like to gamble, this is the Number 1 obstacle for you to be rich, if you want to save money stay away from gambling!

Gambling makes you feel greedy and as a result you lose money due to your greediness. You then want to spend more money in dice games or other gambling games like Blackjack. Since the probabilities of winning are mininal, you would end up losing more than what you could earn. This is not an effective way of saving money. Just avoid spending money on unnecessary things and you will be alright.

the problem is that the investment is not safe most of the case, the point is is to invest in something that has a risk that is less than 50% so you have more chance to gain than losing in the long term

but what nowadays has more has less than 50% of risk? not even precious metal, gold for example lost 50% of his value

Investment is a wiser decision and you need to choose your investments "wisely", else you might lose whatever you "have/had"...
Savings, on other hand, doesn't cost you anything including decisions and time, it just gets kept itself somewhere and can possibly give you higher returns in future if you have faith in it...
Savings is itself an investment of money on time...
