So you are into 1st option of OP...yeah, that's good, to save for emergencies and for your living...That would be good if you are receiving a salary from the company, but if you are not, better invest on businesses...

In my experience, I always left atleast one month salary in my savings account...I don't want that to go lower..I constantly add  few dollars each time I receive my salary..

I have a broad and fixed plan for saving the money goal but while engaging in that kind of activity, some of the pointers are not managed properly due to unexpected event even you have reserve funds for your emergency funds.

but, in reality we frequently a lot unexpected needs. such as hospital costs, accidents, donations, and others. Sometimes indeed we can save money, but when there are unexpected needs makes me to postpone saving money

You don't need to postponed your savings but you need to postponed your unwanted expenses for the next month and that will help you in saving your money in the best possible way.

That is my point in my previous post. Let's say you have BTC1 reserve funds for your emergency needs sometimes there's unknown sequences happened. Even putting some another BTC1 reserve funds for unexpected things category still another one will occur. It's really better to have more savings like Saving A , Saving B, Saving C and so on. But it needs more funds that's why we need some stable financial sources to fund our saving purposes. Without stable source of income, we can't really save some money.

That is my point in my previous post. Let's say you have BTC1 reserve funds for your emergency needs sometimes there's unknown sequences happened.
