Trying to get stuff only in promotions and discounts and saving as much coupons as possible but buying things only if they are needed not just for the discount, also trying to limit the spending is a good way imo.
That's good thing to do as if you save now it can be helpful for you in the future and that money can be utilized at the time of emergencies, we need to stop spending money in unwanted things, and also need to control our expenses related to restaurants, coffee bars and if it is done in a proper way it can save a good amount of money. |

After my saving reach 1-2btc, i get some prblem in my real life, then i sell my bitcoin..
That's really interesting as I had the same problem with my fiat savings before I started purchasing Bitcoin. I would see a certain amount in my savings account and then start thinking about all the ways I could spend it. Once I started purchasing Bitcoin I saw it as more of an investment and it fulfilled my need to buy things since technically I was "buying" Bitcoin. This investment in Bitcoin for better or for worse has drastically reduced my spending on unnecessary things. |

saving is not always in the form of money, but also other materials.

The best way to safe your money is store it on bank account a half,and invest it a half. Or maybe you can buy bitciin ans than Store it on hardware wallet,tou can do both with bitciin,investement and save money.

I've seen good options here, but the one i like the most and actually use is to limit my spending.
Not buying rubbish products is the way to go...
Here is some more. Switch off television.Most of the time only crap gets broadcasted! Write a list before you go shopping – and stick to it. Repair clothing instead of tossing it. Drink more water instead of soda.Water is cheaper and healthier. Quit smoking. Install a programmable thermostat.I have one in each of my rooms. Quit using credit cards.At least reduce to a minimum amount. Always do a price comparison – and find a cheaper grocery store. Try generic brands of items you buy regularly.Can be much cheaper as the original. |

I think it is called psychological wallet. There is a certain amount that you can live comfortable with. If you have more than that, you become anxious and start spending or something happens that will force you to spend. Then you are back to zero or below that certain amount. I just heard this from financial seminars somewhere. And it is quite true to me and obviously to you too. |

Avoiding gambling is just part 1. A better strategy is needed for sure. Start by saving money while picking up some good bargains in holiday periods. |

One thing is true we learn to save when we are childs,some of us atleast,when you wanna buy a new game or videogame you start colect all weeks the money fathers gaves to you to reach that ammount and you became able to buy it.Some of us keep those lesson for the rest of our lifes others,think they dont need to save ,but its a must.

If you don't have a habit then you cant save any money,it requires a lot of motivation to keep the money and not spends it .However if you are not just throwing it way then it is kinda saving up.

Making a habit of saving money is smart. My habit today is saving 200 dollar per month, and if I miss out, i make it up within a week. So far I have saved 1400 dollar. |

It's not a lot but i can afford no more at the moment.
Other then that i try to avoid big expenses i don't need.

Ihave done it too, but i save it every week, i save arround $35-$45 every month, Im start some week ago and now i have $340 at my saving account  |

A good way saving money is making food by youself. Don't buy ready made food in school/work. Eat out as few times as posible and you can put a lot of money asaide
