No, seriously, I doubt it's related. It's not a porn site nor a penny auction.

What was that you posted i was confused sorry Sad

Not the DDOS one that is obvious but the orig link with the Cryptsy UI pic.

It looks like Gleb uncovered Cryptsy's "secret" IP (behind Incapsula) and that may or may not have led to the DDOS.

What's so secret about it? It's all right here: https://www.shodan.io/search?query=cryptsy. Hell, even Leroy Fodor could enter the backdoor from the looks of things.
And dont you wonder who is the user who posted this?. It looks like the insides of Wallet server. The user pretends to be the hacker who presumely stole the coins.

Exactly what Team Cryptsy would do.

Recall, Paul Vernon, in his infamous blog post, espoused that Cryptsy had to tighten its belts (read: curb spending) to make sure its users are not out one satoshi at the end of the day (paraphrased) while he fully paid for an ~U$1.3M home in Florida and maintained a worldwide staff of over 50 employees (according to BitJohn, etc.). Paul blaming CoinFire (Coin Fire) for Cryptsy's demise, again, was just a ruse, for if it wasn't CF but some other rag publishing the crisis at Crytpsy, they would've been blamed for Cryptsy's demise.

Ok. It makes sense. He has no alibi so he is making up clues for the court to Support his versión of the theft. Smart.

Actually. If there is no robbery charges there is negligence for that lack of good practises on security measures.

The date of those logs is November 2014. The poster is (or pretends to be) an "insider", e.g. Mullick. Unless the pretend-"hacker" was happily lurking around for a few months and/or the whole thing is doctored, both of which wouldn't be too surprising. But if we follow the "official" story then it's an "insider".

Since when does a person who sucked the dicks of 3-, 4- and 5-star Generals at Ft Food, TX, while serving in the US Army not know what agency to report the thief of over ten million dollars belonging to over 300K Cryptsy users as Paul Vernon claims as to why he stayed mute?

Ironically, just below the fold on the blog where the event was first disclosed, Paul Vernon goes into detail of how his Cryptsy reports suspicious activities and to what agencies.

Cryptsy's Bar and Grill: We cock bacon on this industrial shiny hot grill.
Customer: Where's our bacon?
Cryptsy's Bar and Grill: Some may ask why we didn’t cook the bacon when the order was place, and the answer is that we just didn’t know what happened, didn’t want to cause panic, and were unsure as to which grill to cook the bacon on. We're offering a bounty to anybody that can help us out.
Cryptbacon: I have tweeted Cryptsy's Bar and Grill and am here to help for a percentage of the profits. The contract is being signed now with a 1st Dispatch forthcoming, with promises of future dispatches.

The "tier system" was put in place immediately after the divorce was filed.

It's all a cleverly orchestrated scam. Post your proof. The 3LA's aren't going to tell you they are listening.

I is way more scary then that they where asking all kinds of information from their users to get "upgraded" while they knew this wouldn't help.
A company this shady holding a shitload of records from people.

Yeah they locked my account too. The excuse somehow is that I haven't signed in for 6 months. I asked them to unlock it and they start asking my "security questions" which of course I don't remember because I probably just made up something random for them and never expected to need them because I don't lose my passwords. I know my account name and password and have access to my email linked with the account. That is, according to them, not enough. They can't be sure I'm the account owner so they rather just steal my coins. What a nice customer protection. Really fishy, but the support "Gretchen" keeps acting as if they're even doing something legit. Why they bother, beyond me. (Just to fuck with people?)

After I did some googling including this topic and accused them of being obviously dishonest as you can read all over the internet, they stopped answering. It's now "Being Processed since 5 days 8 hours".

I'd taken most of my coins off already and I don't think I had much there, but still this makes me angry. Even more it makes me angry they're still somehow pretending to be legit. I really hope no one trades there anymore. Why aren't they already listed here as a scam site?  Angry
