Anyone that used zipzap and gave me their zipzap #s...

I am about to resend your orders thru manually.  I find this can resolve the issue in some cases.  However, not all cases are resolved in this way and I will need to forward zipzap issue with further problems up the chain.  I will post a list of people that have been pushed thru manually in a moment.

Zipzap:
Amount to Pay: $503.95
Account Number: 129510301

Amount to Pay: $503.95
Account Number: 872511969

Bitcoin Address: 18gzHtYuc3KNss2zLCREHs9ZgcEyNKuk3X

Nothing for me yet
Still waiting but....
I Thank You for your hard work and prompt resolution.

It is clear that bitinstant is shorting everyone's orders. I dont think they have paid back anyone that was shorted in the thread. Has anyone been shorted and then had their "second issue" resolved where they got the rest of their bitcoins according to the order price?

URSAY? update? I know, I know bit things coming on friday etc. etc. like I really care...

Can someone help me ... do I need bitinstant before opening up an account with mt.gox?

no you dont.  In fact once you open you account at mtgox you should stay away from bitinstant at all costs. This thread is full of people who have had their money disappear on in the bitinstant black hole to one degree or another

Hey URSAY,

Just wanted to remind you that I am on the 4/8 list (I believe it was 4/8) for the remainder of my BTC from my original order.

Here's my details again:

By my calculations, the deposit was short by .16 BTC.

I finally received my bitcoins, or so I thought.
I did not receive them at the rate at which I purchased them at the time, AND I didn't get all of them.
I can't believe Bitinstant still expects me to pay for the 'service' which they provided.

d0d8ea70-dffb-44c1-bed6-b3c4596bebcf is my quote ID

Would you like me to open a support ticket?

Please explain what you received and what you expected.  Thanks!  Cheesy

Yes, I would like to open another ticket
During the time of my quote, bitcoins were ~$160. I received ~1.8 btc

Does Bitinstant honor these transactions at the price of BTC when the attempted transaction was made?

If not, I am in Nyc too, don't make me come down there.

My BitInstant to Email transaction failed "fraud" checks with MtGox for some reason.  Please let me know what to do in order to resolve this please.  I know you are bogged down, and I greatly appreciate any help you can provide.

Thanks!

Was my issue resolved.....yes. Did i lose money due to the wait yes. My transfer was going to Bitstamp and by the time i got my funds to buy the coins the value shot up as it is still doing. Will I ever use their service again - doubtful. I have yet to see a valid explanation and apology to all of us formerly loyal customers. I am watching this thread even though my issue was resolved days ago and they are still robbing people today. They must be low on money or seriously incompetent and i think it is the first of the two. Since they know there are problems it is fraudulent for them to keep taking your money knowing you will either be burned or wait a month. So sad. Good luck to all you other victims out there.

Supposedly, I am on the "4/8 list", although I have seen zero value from that status as of now.

Bitcoin was at $140.50 when I placed this order, I am losing money every minute. Get this taken care of!

Good morning everyone.

I still have quite a few individual responses from level 2 support for users.  However, with the volume increasing everyday and with multiple users posting multiple times on the same issue it is becoming more and more difficult for me to manage.

Rather then integrating myself into the current BitInstant support software solution they are upgrading the whole system altogether.  They had planned to get me integrated into this new software support system within the next few days.  I'm not sure I can wait that long.

When I make it into the office shortly I am going to do my best to convince them that I NEED this new software management NOW.

Again...thanks for your patience and understanding.  I would like to get some of the older transactions resolved ASAP.  Bear with me while I try to make some major changes as fast as possible.

Thanks!  Cheesy

You just posted your coupon publicly.  I would suggest you try and redeem it before another user does.  Otherwise we will have to go thru the process of reversing your coupon and issuing a new coupon.  MTGOX-USD-GWR2K-8WRM4-B7CL4-5BCAF

There are a couple of things that seem to slow my speed down from +-300 Mhash/s to only 300 Khash/s.
The decrease is usually when i get the messages:

 "long poll: new block...."
and

ADL_Adapter_ID_Get failed, cutoff temperature disabled for 0:0:Pitcairn

I don't know why my speed drops after a new block has been found but it does, and when I stop/start for a sec it will be back to normal.
I don't even begin to grasp what the whole ADL Adapter thingy might mean. Can it be my PSU isn't sufficient anough?
