Do not even focus on Bity. Focus on how Alex and the Ethereum foundation are trying to cover their tracks. Only a stupid person will believe that article. The whole community should remain cynical.

Sometimes it's like that depending on the profitability of scrypt coins, price of etc and etc difficulty. I've been telling people about it since about page 80. When the conditions are right with nicehash prices and all of the above its a great way to make some extra. Also a good way to put your scrypt asics to work gaining etc, that gets bought during dips throughout the day helping support the price.

Road map is still under construction.  But this is a 2 week old coin like your man said.  Also, it was launched before it was planed so you will just have to do with a declaration of independence, a block explorer, a couple of wallets, and a spokes man with money for devs and a heap of volunteers.  We didn't have time for anything else.
