What a joke just called knc miner and since i live in sweden i got some extra details and she said the price is 12600=$ for the titan with taxes WTF i had 10k in mind but this shit is too much. Lets not even start about the delivery which they said will be when they themselves get the product? I though these guy were making it themselves or are they waiting for a chinese outsourcer to ship the crap to them so they can sell further.

Isn't it normal to be charged an additional tax? 6% here in the US.  Sounds like being charged VAT..

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I guess this says it all. Basically if THEY want, you'll get your money :

Please also note that according to our terms and conditions: https://www.kncminer.com/pages/tandc which must be accepted before placing an order, we are not obligated to provide refunds, they are offered as a goodwill gesture.

Thanks in advance,

Best regards  |

Guess that's their "2014's over-delivery".
When you think NOW they have finally reached the bottom of their honesty, then they over-deliver and show you there's still much room below the current mark..

Thanks to Edgar, I pushes for BTC refund, and from a once "it's only possible in special occasions"  I was offered a BTC refund.

Please do not missread already payed out with still in the waiting queue. I just hope they will transfer them before the price hits 1000 $ again.

I also called them and left feedback, that all this secrecy and lack of transparency will only lead to speculation an worse conspiracy theories.

Since I joined the bitxatm team as marketing manager, I swore that I will use BFL and now kncminer as examples of how not to treat customers.

I hope all turns out well in the end.

Well they said they will refund in 7-10 business days so that may explain the delay, but it's still stupid to have to wait 10 working days when they were mining 500k$ per day.

This. a pisstake - they are not short of the cash, or the BTC - I have friends who are adamant that they are keeping their neptune orders... i think in some vague hope that they will become magical 6TH/s unicorns. For my friends sake, i hope they get what they want but it just doesn't look very likely. What might even 6TH/s get you, in september...

Made 4th request for refund since the 16th without even one response. Account updated to " Refund ready for process (Payed) " but no email to accept banking info or give estimated refund date. I have also given them a BTC wallet address, if they would like to refund that way. Very piss-poor customer service, but they probably fired all the CS to hire more techs for their installs.

if the product is solely for business use they will need to prove that they have taken all reasonable measures to ensure that all purchasers are indeed running a business and using the product for the specific purpose of that business. It is not down to the purchaser to validate this information, but the vendor. If the vendor has sold (n=knowingly, or otherwise) a business product to a hobbyist purchaser, the purchaser cannot be held responsible. It is the vendor who have flowted their own regulations, and for this reason, would have no legs in a court to say it was a product for business use only.

having a shopping cart on the internet where anyone can go buy (even my Granny clicked to the KnC website and could have pre-ordered a Neptune), seems a tad reckless; or... a downright dishonest company. The machines are more hobbyist, than for business use.

Whooops! Sorry KnC, my mistake.

I asked for a refund several weeks ago and didn't receive money or a reply from the boys.
Today it became clear that they couldn't contact me because I forgot to renew my domain name.
