The same thing happened when launching CME and CBOE.

Yeah indeed, hairymaclairy has given a very nice thesis over it....

In other words: let's wait for the expiry date of the monthly contract Wink

Wow. Nice dip. Too bad I didn't have a bunch of spare fiat laying around to take advantage of it. Oh well.

Seems to have bottomed out around $8k.

It sort of reminds me of the Sept 2017 dip when it crashed all the way down under $3k after hitting $5k in August.

Let's see what Nov/Dec bring.

I just woke up to some of my buy orders getting filled. Here is a fractal that may play out. I am not expected a V bottom in any case.

Daily RSI nicely into the oversold zone.  Funds wired - can’t help myself but take a little nibble of physical.  Still holding plenty in reserve.

Down is the easier manipulation,

Shorts and then dumps, but that is not sustainable as the resistance grows with each drop. Unless capit I suppose.

I expect when down gets harder? then up

Good solid volume on the volume oscillator (bottom bar).  This is a potential capitulation event to seal off the baby bull and move to adolescent bull.  Would like to see volume higher still though.  You want the volume candle to look like a giant fuck off finger and we aren’t there yet.

Maybe if you're a careful day trader, but ultimately this thing is on its way to sub $1,000. Bitcoin simply cannot sustain anything more than that. It certainly will never be worth more than $10,000 again.

So statistics were telling the truth,

descending triangles are indeed mostly a bearish formation.

I shouldn't forget this next time.

No need to worry my friend, just shaking out the weak hands. I really want to pull the trigger & buy but I’m going to sleep on it & see if we’ve dropped further in the morning.

Long / short ratio drops below 2.0 for the first time since $6k.  Is the elastic band about to snap and hurl us the other way?

That would be a perfect play of my Bakkt prediction which is asking a bit much
